we like has well it works with all our TVs around campus. It is easy to set up and I like that even if a TV goes offline it is still able to show old information on the screen while our team works to get it back online. ScreenCloud Digital Signage helps our company stay up to date on our metrics and communicates the information we share in office effectively and efficiently. It's easy to update our digital signage (which we do fairly frequently) as well.

Today, I had an issue that I could not figure out how to resolve, so I sent an email and expected to have to wait 3-5 business days for a resolution. Instead, I heard back within 30 minutes and the issue was resolved within 2 hours (after my delay in response). JC resolved my issue quickly and made it easier than easy by fixing it for me! There's not much that I dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage, so I will provide a couple suggestions that we would benefit from: first, the ability to schedule certain content for certain days within playlists; and second, the ability to add certain content to multiple channels at a time (not using playlists). It is ease of use. We use it in our environment and any person in any role can pick it up with little to no assistance. The ScreenCloud university also makes it easy for someone to learn how to use the software. Support staff at ScreenCloud are laways helpfula nd I really appreciate the video lobrary I have at mys dsiposal when I need a refresher on an item.
