I like how simple screen cloud is to use, as well how I don't need alot of additional equipement to use the TV's in our buildings as a digital bulletin board for our church members. The user interface and online platform to manage all your screens, playlists, channels, and content all in one place is extremely useful. Coming from an on-prem solution, moving to a cloud-based system was a game changer. We also have multiple users and creators in the platform, so being able to manage permissions from an admin standpoint is helpful. I can easily manage screens from afar through the dashboard. Above all, ScreenCloud continues to innovate and add new apps and features to their product. I appreciate their customer success team and their SLA time is very fast. I love how easy it is to provision, implement, and maintain each display! This is a very versatile platform that integrates into any environment. We have several employees that maintain the screens on a daily/weekly basis updating content via the web interface. There has only been one instance where we had to contact support to get an issue resolve. The support team could not assist in that very moment due to the issue being categorized as a bug, however, they followed up on the issue after the issue had been resolved and verified that it was working. For one it is affordable, second it is very user friendly and the website is easy to manage, lastly ScreenCloud is super easy to set up on any screens you need by easily downloading the app and pairing your screens with an access key provided by ScreenCloud. I’ve used screencloud for a year and it’s been a great tool for me as an internal communications professional. We use it for employee comms on TVs in our break rooms across multiple sites. Allows me to create, test, and post content to any TV across the country. It’s also user-friendly so I can train non-communications people and it’s easy enough for them to use on their own. Sometimes when there are issues or errors it can be hard to navigate and resolve (ex: at one point our instagram app stopped working and it was a little hard to restore), but those issues are few and far between. ScreenCloud is very easy to navigate and use. It didn't take long to learn and set up was very straightforward. Our non-profit agency has multiple locations and this is such an easy way to get announcements out to all our staff without having to use print materials. And announcements with graphics and video is way more eye-catching than paper flyers. Screencloud APIs are extremely helpful in creating and using digital signage software that can be handled via remote access. The console is very easy. Screencloud support is also very quick and helpful.
