I like ScreenCloud Digital Signage because of its ability to create channel playlists and individual media playlists. This feature allows me to really narrow down where and what content is going, which is great for tailoring our messaging to specific locations. Additionally, I appreciate being able to set availability and time expirations for content, which is really helpful for adjusting during season changes and product updates. I would love there to be a little bit better of a sandbox environment to play around in. Not necessarily with code, but a preview screen, just not on a real screen — a digital sandbox that you could trial on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ScreenCloud makes it easy and efficient to project, manage, and update content across multiple screens in our office. In some cases, I find myself wishing for more customization options or more granular controls to fine-tune the content and layouts. These would help create an even more tailored experience. Screen Cloud has made it easy to upload and manage screens across our various locations across South Florida. This has allowed us to manage them all remotely using Screen Cloud. It has been very consistent in its uptime and rarely has given us any issues. The screen cloud boxes are dependable and are able to continue functioning even with internet interruptions.

ScreenCloud has the best in class of any end user interface. Easy to understand and intuitive allows users to quickly and easily post their messages. Customer Support is always quick and responsive to assist with any issues as well as the customer success managers connecting clients with the development team for discussion on new features. Having used several different platforms for digital signage, ScreenCloud is the most straight forward and direct approach to getting the project started. Simple, secure and effective. While ScreenCloud has multiple levels of security for users it is a bit cumbersome the way they currently have their tiers setup but still very functional. Deploying to over 1,000 locations is becoming slightly overwhelming with having to create user groups and adding each location with different security levels. The ability to customize slides and sort your content in your online portal is great, because then making slides are very easy and able to rotate a lot of them oppose to the same info.

Having an app on Google play and Fire OS makes it much easier to set up than other as we use these all day every day in 2 locations and the company, I left still uses it to this day.

Their customer support knows me by name but not because of bad issues, more so for how to use and me looking to use the apps and such, The integration with Office apps is a bonus their staff helped me set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to throw content up on our screens without a bunch of issues. I’ve used other programs before that were a pain in the butt, but this one just works. Setup was quick, and I didn’t have to dig through a million menus to figure things out. The best part is that I can update things from anywhere, which has saved me a lot of time.
