Use Screaming Frog for free to scan as many sites as you wish. You really only have to pay for the license when you end up scanning larger sites or you want more detailed information. Screaming Frog is great because it allows me to scan an entire website no matter how large it is, which is one of the restrictions that you get with other SEO software (in that you can often only scan a thousand pages).

The only negative aspect of Screaming Frog SEO Spider is that it can be a bit heavy. It sometimes takes time to load, and crawling large websites may also take longer. It can slow down the system, especially on lower-configuration machines.
