The ability to create personalilzed views that work for me. Too often, companies set up the workflow for you, but it doesn't allow personal flexibility. Scratchpad allows me to set up my workflow just the way I want to. As a CSM, I love how streamlined it is to add new contacts, take notes and document next steps with my customers in one easy to use screen. I can bring in just the fields that I need without having to see all of the clutter that goes along with Salesforce.

Salesforce is widely recognized as the CRM industry standard and for good reason, though it's not without its faults (e.g. UI & flexibility). What I struggle most about fully adopting Scratchpad in my mind is its apparent redundancy as well as lack of clarity on the unique value proposition other than "a better a salesforce."
