"Couldn't live without it!"

What do you like best about Scratchpad?

I love Scratchpad's ease of use and search capabilities. It flows so nicely into my workflow (I can create things in Salesforce straight from my google calendar) and I'm constantly in the tool. I used it multiple times per day and it's truly the backbone of my entire work day! I am constantly trying to get my other colleagues to adopt it as much as I have! What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

The only issue I've had is internally since I had another plug in and that plug in was fighting with scratchpad to be my home page when I opened a new page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scratchpad?

Scratchpad quite literally puts hours back in my day. I can quickly update my forecast, stay organized, write my notes and share views with the rest of my team. I like being able to set conditions and notifications on opportunities in my inbox or on slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

Surprisingly, I haven't found anything I dislike about Scratchpad. I met with a CSM Cristina when I was a free user, running out of allowed credits and she spent 2 separate hours with me showing me how I could improve my day to day. Easiest decision to become a paid user ever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An invaluable tool for actually accessing information Salesforce"
5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

Scratchpad is not only a way to derive meaningful insight from the information that the teams I work with are logging in Salesforce, but also provides a much-improved experience for actually saving these notes in the first place! The Scratchpad browser extension means I rarely (if ever) need to log into my Salesforce account - my teams can easily add notes on the fly, increasing both the quality and quantity of information that I have acces to.

The Scratchpad support has been invaluable as well! They've been incredibly open to meeting over solutions calls to help implement new Views for reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

"Tasks" is a very useful feature with one small issue. Automatically-generated calendar-event tasks seem to create duplicate Task events for each Salesforce Contact added to the meeting (e.g. 4 different Tasks for 4 different customer contacts). This may be a me-issue, as I've never actually tried to debug this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for Sales"
5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

Scratchpad is easy to pick up and start using Day 1 with zero training for some of the most complex tasks a Sales team needs. Unlike Salesforce's interface and report builder, Scratchpad saves literal hours every week in account reporting, pipeline updates and has the added bonus of a notes feature to centralize everything a Sales team needs in one place. The team is incredibly quick at providing updates and responses to questions and feature requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

Scratchpad has a very robust reporting aparatus already and with some of the more niche reporting requests they are quickly closing the gap here. Their one click ability to provide feature requests is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Big fan - easy to use - Wish I had the enterprise plan"
5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

I've been using Scratchpad for going on 5 years. I've had Enterprise versions and free versions.

Its a great, easy to use tool to take notes on calls, update opps, tier accounts, filter and sort leads, contacts, accounts etc.

Company support is amazing from the CEO and down through the product/cs teams.

I use Scratchpad everyday.

Its really easy to implement and integrates well with SFDC and Google Business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

Stuck on the free version currently. Lots of overlap with other sales tools these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Save time and focus on what actually matters!"
5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

It's so simple to get started, giving you a great visibility of your pipe. Check any account at any time on any page—update notes, titles, or any field in your SFDC. Log in with your SFDC account and its connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

If you have a well-built SFDC, Scratchpad can become a nice to have making it hard to sell internally. I use it daily and I haven't found a feature I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent tool to make you faster"
5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

The most helpful part of scratchpad is being able make udpates within Salesforce without ever opening Salesforce. It's accessible from anywhere (not just in a browser) which makes it easy to look up information quickly (i.e. saving 4-5 clicks and waiting for things to open/populate). Really a gamechanger with Salesforce Lightning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

Not too much. They have a good outreach for current customers and are always sharing tips/tricks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
