"Scratchpad has changed my worklife tremendously. All for the better!"
5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

If is fast, easy, and the Scratchpad team and our CRM manager has added the fields my team and I need for the highly specialized services we sell. We can update, track, and report to management from a single place. Furthermore, we've created specific views for each person who needs access to deal progress and pipeline, without the need to contact the individual reps. Extremely versatile and useful. I no longer need to track deals using spreadsheets linked to the CRM.

And this is super important! Scratchpad has the best customer service team I've ever had the pleasure of working with in any context! Responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, cheerful. Keep up the good work!

Thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

I can't think of anything I don't like about Scratchpad. Now that we have management using the views, life is much better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scratchpad Saves Hours!"
5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

My favorite thing about Scratchpad is the ability to be able to instantly update multiple Salesforce records at once. Having all of this data in one place, using Scratchpad, saves me hours of manual updates in Salesforce. I use this tool daily! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

The Scratchpad "lite" minimum sync maxes out at 100 so after 100 syncs each month, I am unable to use it until the following month. I currently do not have a paid subscription to Scratchpad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scratchpad is a game changer for all sales reps"
5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

Scratchpad has helped our organization by greatly reducing the time it takes for reps to update their Opps in Salesforce, and therefore also helping maintain our pipeline information as updated as ever. The views that Scratchpad offers make it a very valuable tool both for reps to complete their pipeline information, and for managers to be able to do pipeline reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

There are a couple of features that are still being developed, but the team always hears our suggestions and tries to include them in their product roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beautiful experience, eliminates need for repeated SFDC entries"
5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

The user experience and interface are beautiful and welcoming...not the standard sterile environments of so many other CRMs out there. The ability to customize my in-call notes and record keeping on the fly and added capability allowing to attache to opps and accounts and immediately provide the added visibility into the opportunity progress (including MEDDPICC) for leadership, is immenselyt helpful. The less I have to go into Salesforce throughout the day, the better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

Not a whole lot I dislike, currently. Really enjoying how it makes the "admin" side of my role, better and less duplication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Reincarnation of SFDC."
5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

It makes SFDC easy to use. We all know that SFDC is a 'previous generation' solution. The interface, even the latest one, is bad. What requires 3 clicks in next gen solutions still requires 10 in SFDC. That breaks the sales team's apetite and discipline to update the data and as a result disables leaders to do their job. And that's a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

Yet another tool of course. So the next step should be the possibility to consolidate other tools. I believe with the forecast features well on track to be more than an alternative to Clari which is overly expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scratchpad is a great app!"
5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

I love how Scratchpad makes it easier to leave notes, manage tasks (HUGE) and visualize deals in a more flexible and easy way. Their support is very fast to reply, and the team is very responsive if I have any issues. Still digging in and learning more all the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

I wish there was a solid integration with Front (our email app we use) but it's easy to reference a record in browser, so it's not such a big deal. If there was a way to make calls through it with a Zoom integration (and track them through SF) it would also be excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saving your working time!"
5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

Scratchpad is really intuitive. If I want to update something, I just need to click in that field thne update. If I want to create something, just push Ctrl+J. Response time is crucial. Scratchpad is really fast.

Probably it is difficult to feel the benefit of Scratchpad if you don't try. But if you try it, you will be a fan of Scratchpad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

Probably Scratchpad is updated very often. Sometimes, I will face the degration. At that time, if I report the issue, the fix is really fast. So it is still acceptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Daily use to drive renewal forecast, upsell forecast, and customer health"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

I use this multilple times every day. Kills 1000 clicks and reports you'd have to spend hours on in Salesforce. I can run my renewal forecast, upsell forecast, and customer health cadence calls all from scratchpad sheets.

When I need to quickly summarize ARR, and churn risk, a few clicks to export and manipulate in excel is easy.

I pinged on a few support questions, and got an even better response than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

Would love a way to assign and track action items out of forecast calls. Would also like ability to see the sheets offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Account Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Scratchpad?

Must have for Salesforce users, Scratchpad is fantastic for organizing information across multiple opportunities + accounts into a very readible way.

For anyone on the fence the timesave is incredible, and only increases the more accounts you're currently working / prospecting in your territory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

Takes a bit of upfront time to make sure you have the right filters to pull the information from Salesforce you need into different views, but that's not unique to Scratchpad, everything else is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
