Sales leaders use Clearskies to: - Get pre-call briefs that pull from every system — not just the CRM - Detect pipeline risk across all channels, not just stalled CRM stages - Run win-loss analysis from actual calls and emails, not disposition codes - Surface coaching moments from every rep call with timestamps - Keep the CRM updated automatically after every interaction - Qualify deals against MEDDPICC or custom criteria using real signals Clearskies works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. It connects to Claude via MCP and works with ChatGPT and any LLM. Usage-based pricing with no per-seat fees. Two products. One team. One belief: Revenue teams are sitting on enormous amounts of signal across their tools. Scratchpad removes the admin work so sellers can sell. Clearskies makes that signal available to AI so every answer, every brief, and every pipeline review reflects what's actually happening — not what someone remembered to log. ## Scratchpad Reviews
 ### 1. My most buttoned up AE loves this, and so do I

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad allows me to efficiently get in and out of salesforce. Salesforce had to be the record of truth, but it can be uninspiring to work with when you are in productivity mode and are constantly delayed by page loading.

Scratchpad allows me to fly through reports, inspecting pipeline and salesforce accuracy while coaching and policing data hygiene along the way.

The ability to edit almost any field that is commonly blocked in SFDC (e.g. pipeline reports) is my favorite feature and most used feature. I use it to update, probability, next steps, qualifying, criteria, etc..

Yes, salesforce, super users… Scratchpad is much better than Split View and it actually works on my cell phone :-)

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I don't like that so many of the features are gated beyond the free version. This limits my team's ability to use the software to its fullest extent because I've got to go through normal procurement process is on my side.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is making it easier for me to fly in and out of reports that normally have a lot of limitations on which fields can be edited in certain views. This is my core use case.

 ### 2. Scratchpad makes managing sales reps much easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I like how the software enables me to have simple reports that are quick to load, rather than having to wait like I do in Salesforce. I also like how easy it is to share a view that I create that I want my team to utilize. It helps us to stay on the same page when we do Funnel Reviews. I also love the support I'm getting from the team as they make it really easy to get the help I need fast.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There are certain updates you do in Scratchpad that don't necessarily translate well over to Salesforce. That said, a lot of that depends on the logic gates you have established. We can't do our Intake process at this time in there, which would greatly speed up our efficiency but that is a custom thing for us.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The interface simplifies my ability to see my team's sales funnels and identify places where they need to update proper fields for tracking. It's a lot easier to use this in my 1:1s as well as daily life to streamline my meetings.

 ### 3. Would be hard to ever go back to "old school" salesforce after using Scratchpad

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siam F. | Senior Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

We brought in Scratchpad to our SE team about 4-6 months ago. Before Scratchpad, updating our SFDC records wasn't a common or timely practice for our team - many of us are doing multiple calls per day, and updating all those records directly through Salesforce was burdensome. Scratchpad makes updating records a breeze, and the organization of Scratchpad turns SFDC records from a chore into an actually useful tool to plan your week, follow up with prospects, and close more deals. I use Scratchpad every single day to organize my work and check on my prospects, and would find it incredibly hard to ever lose Scratchpad given how transformational it's been for us.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Theres not a lot that I dislike about Scratchpad. There are minor things that I've made feature requests for - being able to see more records at once by default, having some additional highlight or sort functions included. These don't take away from the core usage of the product. It's so customizable already that sometimes you expect it to do just about anything!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is solving the issue of the clunky and burdensome nature of updating salesforce records directly in SFDC. With Scratchpad, updating records becomes much easier and much quicker, allowing the records to become a sales tool instead of a chore.

 ### 4. Aesthetically pleasing and incredibly helpful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tristan S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love Scratchpad! It's been a game-changer when it comes to updating my Salesforce pipeline. One of the things I love about it is how easy it makes the whole process. It streamlines everything and which saves me a ton of time. Plus the app itself looks great and is very user-friendly. What really sets Scratchpad apart is how efficient it is. If you're constantly dealing with a lot of data, this app is definitely for you. It makes updating your pipeline a breeze, and you can do it all in a fraction of the time it typically takes.

I'd recommend Scratchpad to anyone looking to simplify their sales process.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

One thing that would make Scratchpad even better would be integrations for apps like SalesLoft. Not having to go back into Salesforce to export contacts would cut out several steps in my process.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep track of my pipeline, organize my accounts and visualize my reports, take notes on demos, and more. For creating and updating contacts and accounts, it's significantly faster than going into Salesforce and hunting for all the dependent fields that need to be filled out. I can add only the fields I need to a custom til.

 ### 5. Helps immensely with everyday workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sascha B. | Inside Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad allows me to have a quick look at my entire pipeline in a single window and to make changes to individual Opportunities, that would otherwise have me going through several different pages. And Salesforce is often not the quickest to load. It doesn't save me a considerable amount of time not working with hundreds of Opps at a time, but enough to make a difference but not having to go to Salesforce for Next Steps, Tasks, changing Forecast etc. makes it really comfortable and easy to do those everyday tasks.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

If you are working with Salesforce, there really is nothing to actually dislike about Scratchpad. Some of the features are obviously reserved for the paid subscription, but the free version works just fine for most everyday workflows.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeding up everyday tasks and workflows without having to go to Salesforce for every step.
For users handling large amounts of Opportunities, it can probably save a lot of time doing those tasks.

 ### 6. Whoever created Cmd + J is my hero (an ode to Scratchpad)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love using Scratchpad because it is 1) easy to use, 2) has an approachable and clean aesthetic, and 3) saves me so much time. I describe Scratchpad as a wormhole to Salesforce because it allows me to access and update fields in a few clicks which would take me many more clicks and some extra loading time in Salesforce. It is overwhelming to keep such a high volume of opportunities up to date, but Scratchpad helps me stay ahead of things, allowing me to quickly identify outdated pipeline and keep eyes on my most important deals so that things don't fall through the cracks.

Cmd+J is life!!!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

This is a toughie. In my use of it thus far, I haven't found anything that I dislike - really! Initially I wasn't sure about Scratchpad opening whenever I open a new tab, but now that I use it so frequently, it doesn't bother me. I think it's actually a plus.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is helping me keep my pipeline up to date, organize my opportunities to help me prioritize, and allowing me to quickly navigate to Salesforce pages that would otherwise take more clicks and more minutes to get to.

 ### 7. Scratchpad has completely streamlined my Salesforce Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie V. | Account Executive , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love how easy it is to use and set up. There is a notes section that links to google calendar and can attach to any deal and you can create templates. So easy to keep everything in one place. I also love the in-line editing abilities so I can update all my deals seamlessly from one place.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The only downside is that there are limitations with the free version and after the trial, which showed all features, I had to revert back to the free version since we didn't have budget approval. The paid version is excellent. I am still hoping we can bring it on to my organization as some point because there is a lot of value.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to open a note from a calendar invite, populate it with a template, and then link this to a salesforce deal is an time saving workflow for me. I also love being able to edit all my deals from one place and edit multiple at the same time. Updating Salesforce fields was such a nightmare before scratchpad and I found myself doing the bare minimum. Now my salesforce is so clean that I am used as an example to the team on how our salesforce should look. All thanks to Scratchpad!

 ### 8. Scratchpad for Financial Services Company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henry P. | SVP, Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I by chance, came across Scratchpad and am so glad that I did! I lead business development for my company and as a result, spend a lot of time in Salesforce. Our company is incredible cross functional and therefore, information symmetry across various divisions is paramount to the success of our business. Prior to Scratchpad, there was no uniformity in how team members took notes or the cadence in which we synced/uploaded those notes to Scratchpad. With Scratchpad, our notes are easily related to Salesforce and sync automatically. Data fidelity has improved tremendously and will only continue to do so.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I wish Scratchpad was compatible with Microsoft Outlook the way that it is with Google Suite. We are fairly new uses with Scratchpad, but so far, we have had very little complaints and find tremendous value.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is helping our internal CRM processes improve. Data fidelity is improving rapidly. Having Scratchpad has allowed our team to maximize the utility out of the data that we already have in Salesforce while also increasing the amount of data that we have on each record.

 ### 9. Game Changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alanna T. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad has been an absolute game changer for me as an Account Manager. Using Salesforce has been so time-consuming and clunky when trying to keep accounts and opportunities updated and ultimately left things falling through the cracks. This platform allows you to make quick updates without opening up extra tabs or doing an additional 10 mouse clicks. Highly recommend it to anyone who is currently using SF in their day-to-day.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I haven't been able to find anything I dislike yet. Their features allow you to customize things to your preference and when you need help, their team is ready to assist at any time! Hard not to love.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of my accounts and stages of deals. It allows you to quickly get a sense of what's going on without needing to spend an extra 5 minutes clicking through SF. I can make an opportunity without even going into SF as well which overall just makes the flow of my day go so much smoother. Being able to filter and highlight fields has been so helpful to target specific deals to keep on top of.

 ### 10. Makes updating Salesforce a breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia S. | Enterprise AE, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I used to be notorious for not updating my opps in SF. Since starting my new job we use Scratchpad and it's amazing. Can tab through each cell to update opps. I actually don't mind updating my notes now. I also have created a number of lead gen workflows which have kept me accountable on a daily basis. Unsure how I did my job prior to SP.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

You need to be on the Pro version at least. Free version is OK but doesn't have bulk updates which is SO useful if you want to create workflows and be super efficient.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, I've seen sales leaders hound reps to update Salesforce with 20+ required fields. It was distracting from revenue generating activities. As a sales rep I would much rather spend time with customers and Scratchpad solves my number one pain point, which is spending time on useless activities. SP makes it really easy to stay organized without bogging you down with pointless clicks. It's been a godsend!

**Official Response from Nicole Tan:**

> Hey Julia, thanks for taking the time to drop us a quick review. No one wants to be notorious for poor note-taking 😅 I'm so glad Scratchpad has kept you from that ignominy in your new role. The team gets pumped when we hear salespeople talk about increasing their revenue-generating activity and decreasing their admin time. LFG! 👏🏻

 ### 11. Scratchpad helps me to get my work done faster

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It organizes my contacts and compaigns in a better way

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There is a large amount of duplicate fields so I need to go through and remove the duplicates

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad helps me to see all of my contacts and campaign members in a more orangized way to help me to update them quicker.

 ### 12. Scratchpad Makes Reporting easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** C George T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The views we can create and share makes creating a specific report for specific needs a breeze. I've used it for all sorts of reports, and the in line editing is a lifesaver in a world of countless tools.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Every so often a field is difficult to locate or hard to filter by, usually when there is a custom field you have created within Salesforce. As with every other tool, I would love to have further integration to really create a one-stop shop, but I also know that is limited by other businesses as much (or more) than Scratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reports are incredibly clear and easy to make custom for the different needs. I have made numerous reports that allow users to look at hyper-specific and ever-updating lists of opportunities - as well as update their own opps without having to have a lot of different tabs open.

 ### 13. Incrediblly fast and easy to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henrik P. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is so fast and so great, it now takes less than half the time to log activities, and a tenth of the time to create contacts, convert leads, etc. This also helps our data quality and sharing the correct info between the team. The notes feature is also amazing as it helps current account teams and future account teams maintain insights about the account. Love it!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

No real downside, some pending feature requests around the notes feature - but this is all nice to haves - it is absolutely brilliant!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed. It helps me update SFDC so much faster than other tools or in SFDC directly.
It also allows me to manage and share my notes, as well as ensuring good data quality.
I also love the ability to customize the views that make sense to me in the Pipeline feature, it is intuitive and quick!

 ### 14. Scratchpad is extremely helpful in getting meaningful information out of our salesforce account

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaylyn H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

-Scratchpad was easy to set up, I was able to start with one of our public reports and make it my own
-I am able to create reports to share information with my managers

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

-I wish I could combine two salesforce instances into 1 scratchpad

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

see all of my accounts in one place - helps me prioritize accounts and engagements

 ### 15. Save time, reduce clicks, customize dashboards, increase load time, and cut the fluff!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kat O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad takes the guesswork out of a workflow. Being able to log in and see exactly what you need to do for the day in 1 click instead of 10+ is a game changer for efficiency and motivation. Before Scratchpad, my colleague was tracking their billing using pencil and paper because there was no other way to get a holistic view of their To Do List. Scratchpad saves time and trees!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There are slightly fewer formatting options on Scratchpad than on some other programs due to its barebones nature which enables fast loading times and clean visuals. A worthwhile tradeoff IMO.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad makes billing a breeze! The customizable portfolio dashboard makes billing a 2-5 click process instead of 10+ clicks per invoice when using Salesforce alone. Furthermore, it's so easy to update the portfolio right in the dashboard instead of opening every individual opportunity.

 ### 16. So efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad makes editing salesforce updates so easy and efficient. I can update multiple accounts on one page. Salesforce is quickly becoming a legacy tool and apps like Scratchpad make it more usable.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

It's a little pricey. Other than that, no complaints.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce takes forever to load pages and for most things, you can only make edits in one singular account, opportunity or contact page. Scratch pag aggregates multiple accounts, opportunities & contacts in one view and lets you make edits. It is also superior to salesforce in visualizing and managing your pipeline.

 ### 17. ScratchPad is a must if you are in Sales and use Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin C. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The platform is extremely easy to use, user-friendly, and can save you TONS of time. The ability to easily create lists, keep track of deals and update SFDC at a moment's notice is a complete lifesaver for day-to-day sales operations. The team is also spot on; I have had multiple sessions with the team whenever I have questions, and they always go above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Haven't experienced anything that I dislike about scratchpad. Have used it at multiple companies, as both an SDR & AE.

**Recommendations to others considering Scratchpad:**

Just give it a try it will change your life!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping everything up to date, easily making changes that sync into SalesForce. Also, I use the note section daily when it comes to keeping personal notes, specific account notes, and the ability to enter notes directly into the SDFC record, sync back to Scratchpad and share with the team.

**Official Response from Nicole Tan:**

> Hi Kevin! If I could shout "just give Scratchpad a try, it will change your life!" from the rooftops, I probably would. Since I can't, your awesome review will have to suffice. Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback! I'll make sure we've recorded your wish for a dashboard instead of our normal home screen too. If you think of anything else you need, just drop us a line!

 ### 18. Simple, customizable Salesforce interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Straightforward to implement and integrate with Salesforce. Easy to build/customize reports for managers and admins. Easy to group fields for easy checks/updates and train end users to make updates that sync back to Salesforce. Phenomenal customer support—the best I've ever seen from a software company.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is a very lightweight tool—as such, there are a couple of small gaps, like not being able to customize field display names (they rely on API names) and not being able to create multi-object reports (ex. opportunities + accounts).

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad helps us centralize note-taking, important field updates, and lightweight pipeline reporting. This benefits our sales and customer success teams by giving them time back in their day, and it helps us ensure that we have the right level of context for our leadership team to make decisions.

 ### 19. Very useful for sales management & sales ops

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

notes function seamlessly works with our SFDC instance

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I wish it could be smarter... tons of potential to use AI to draw inferences and make notes better

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeping track of many conversations throughout each day

 ### 20. Incredible Time Saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love that Scratchpad save me time updating SalesForce records. I love and miss the spreadsheet days where I could see everything at a glance and allow me to customize my views of data. This allow me to organize information where I like it. I use it everyday and it's so easy to setup.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The only thing I dont' like about Scratchpad is that my organization didn't adopt it sooner!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hate how slow Salesforce is and now tedious it is to update. Scratchpad saves me loads of time and I actually enjoy updating records now.

 ### 21. Easiest way to update Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pam O. | Senior Director Enterprise Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love love love Scratchpad. It is the easiest way to update Salesforce!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I haven't found anything I don't like. If you want something added, you just have to ask.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have not spent any money or time customizing Salesforce so it is very clunky to use. Scratchpad fixes that and now I never have to go into Salesforce.

 ### 22. A great way to keep track of your pipeline and make quick changes!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott F. | New Business Acquisition Specialist, LogMeIn, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I heard about Scratchpad from a colleague and scheduled a meeting with a rep. They explained how easy it is to manage pipeline and make changes, all without having to open the opportunity in Salesforce. It is a GAME CHANGER when adjusting close dates and puts all your opps in one central location! I highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I've only been using Scratchpad for a short time, so I haven't discovered any downsides as of yet. I am currently only using the free version, but I've seen what the paid version can do, so I'm lobbying my company to approve the purchase! Fingers crossed!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to keep all open opps and daily tasks in one central location without the lag that is inevitable when using Salesforce. I've calculated it is already saving me HOURS each week in administrative work.

 ### 23. Allows our Sellers to Focus on Selling, and Nothing Else

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gordon D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

All of my reps love scratchpad. Rather than spend a ton of time updating Salesforce, they use Scratchpad daily for call prep, enrichment, and other-dos. This means they can spend more time selling and I can get the right information surfaced to me

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I wish it were easier to update scratchpad with custom salesforce fields, and I wish their admin navigation were a little easier.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data quality and speed of enrichment

 ### 24. Simple to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad has been a big part in keeping myself organized as an AE. They make it simple to set up tasks, and check your pipeline.

The one click feature to move into the salesforce record is nice as well.

Their team has done a good job of reaching out to make sure I am fully utilizing the tool.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I have no complaints about Scratchpad after 5 months of use.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad has streamlined the process of creating tasks in Salesforce for me. I like to set tasks for call follow ups, multi-threading, and nurturing accounts.

 ### 25. Productivity Hack- Spend More time on RGA

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randi-Sue D. | Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

1. Productivity
I tested the tool before I rolled it out to the team. As a leader, I could easily save hours of time so I knew my team would benefit even more which means more time for RGA.

2. Easy to customize
It was easy to customize the view (by role) and we've continued to refine it as we use it.

3. Customer Service
The 1:1 sessions are amazing and so helpful and the fact that this is free is just mind-blowing.

4. Price
It's so affordable and the ROI is priceless.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I don't have anything I dislike at this time.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a leader over Sales and Customer Success, I'm giving my teams more prospective buyer and client face time (RGAs). They document more because it's not time-consuming so we also have better data collection.

 ### 26. Great product to manage your SF Pipeline

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

This tool significantly streamlines our pipeline management, providing us with a more efficient way to oversee deals. It allows us to seamlessly view and edit deals on the fly, which in turn saves our team a substantial amount of time compared to the traditional process of navigating in and out of each opportunity in Salesforce. This enhanced efficiency has greatly facilitated our sales process.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

It would be great if there were more options for customizing our grid view in Stratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier way to view and manage our salesforce opportunities

 ### 27. An AE's best friend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Billy C. | Sales and Technology Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

What I like best about Scratchpad is that I can update and salesforce record on any window at any time. I used to have to block time off in my calendar to bulk update my opportunities or leads, but with Scratchpad as changes or updates happend I can update instantly.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I don't dislike anything wih Scratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updating Salesforce is clunky and slow. I find that sellers spend the same if not more time completing admin work than actually selling. Scratchpad allows me to stay connected and stay agile.

 ### 28. Better CRM hygiene + easy notetaking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad's UI is great and easy to use. It speeds up my CRM hygiene while making it easier for me to share notes on opportunities. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing! I think scratchpad is intentionally made easy to use without any clunkyness

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier to update the CRM + notetaking that allows my manager to stay up to date on everything I'm doing

 ### 29. Amazing functionality that helps bridge the shortcomings of Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love using the notes section to keep me organized. This syncs with SFDC, so it's great that way. I also use my pipeline view often to do mass updates from one screen vs. having to bounce around to different opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I haven't found any downsides to Scratchpad yet. I wish the notes section would populate some of the fields in SFDC since I'm bringing those headings in. IE, MEDDIC. I know there's a workaround, but it would be nice for things to be in one section (maybe it's been updated since I've last tried)

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No longer is there a need to flip back and forth between screens and tabs to update specific accounts or opportunities. I just have to update in Scratchpad, and it syncs back up seamlessly with SFDC.

 ### 30. Great tool for Account Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter G. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

the user interface is very organized. It is easy to use

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I wish you could sort the sections on the left more easily

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily keep track of all activities within my accounts. It helps me organize how I engage with accounts and it is very accessible.

 ### 31. All your projects and their details in a single place.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad helps me have an overview of all the projects I am working on in a single place. It's the first thing I look in the morning and I keep checking it throughout the day. Makes daily tasks easier and updating Sales Force objects less time consuming.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I've found a few bugs in the past, but the team promptly emailed me so they could solve.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulling all relevant sales information in a singke place. Saves me a lot of time from having to navigate SF.

 ### 32. Easy interface and sync with Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** İlker d. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is really useful with the syncrohinaztion with Salesforce and also interface is really easy to use

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

there is no export option for the reports. Also bi-drection info sharing is not possible between Salesforce and Scratchpad

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps on my orchestration meetings with my team

 ### 33. Scratchpad gives me great visibility!BDR

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

 ### 34. Huge time saver for reps!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alison S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

- Easier UI than salesforce
- More user friendly than updating accounts in salesforce
- Provides more visibility into account and opportuity lists
- Saves a lot of time for reps!
- Customer Success is excellent to work with! They provide training, support and best practcies. Extemely responsive.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There isn't anything I dislike about Scratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we roll out new processes from an enablement or sales perspective, Scratchpad allows for reps to adapt to the new required behaviors quicker and with more ease.

 ### 35. The best tool for managing pipeline - a must have for all reps!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A.J. M. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I've been a scratchpad user for 2 years and am a huge fan. Updating pipeline/opp notes in Salesforce was always a clunky, time-consuming process, and Scratchpad helps streamline everything. Being able to organize all opportunities and make updates/notes in one view is a game changer.

I also love how you can have Scratchpad as my home page - their background pics are 10/10!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

At this time, I do not have any issues with Scratchpad, it's the perfect tool for my needs!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the process of forecasting, managing opportunities, and updating notes/next steps. Scratchpad allows me to do all this in one screen, and with the tight integration with salesforce all my changes/notes are reflected in the CRM instantly to keep my team on the same page.

 ### 36. The fastest way to keep on track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben H. | Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Pipeline management
- Highlighting
- Mulitple views
- Clean UI
- What is important to the team is all I need to see and its very easy to customise

Note-taking on calls
- Clean UI
- Never lose notes
- File and folder
- Sync with SFDC

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I am happy with the product I would have a couple of suggestions around product roadmap such as integration with Zoom, Gcal to ensure that calls get logged automatically rather than manually logging them. However, this maybe due to the way we have the tool setup.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables me to focus on what is most important or what needs the most attention.

I need to work quickly so this helps me to reduce the admin it takes on these tasks.

 ### 37. Manage your pipeline effectively

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It really is a faster and better way to manage the forecast. Creating custom views help with any individual or managerial reviews you might have, and updating the opportunities status and dates is blazing fast. Much better than doing it on SFDC

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Some companies have a heavily customized SFDC, and it may happen that some attributes of the opportunities are not easy to update within Scratchpad. That means that you still have to jump to SFDC now and then.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipeline management.

 ### 38. Fast, simple way to edit Salesforce on any page.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

ScratchPad allows me to edit all my notes instantly. One of the challenges with SFDC is that it can be slow just to make a quick edit. With SP, I can edit things from any screen.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Some of their views are limited to a certain number of opportunities.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ScratchPad is saving me time. During demos, I can easily take notes that will attach to the opportunity. I never have to open up SFDC. I can edit my next steps, stages, etc...

 ### 39. Great, easy to use platform, highly recommended.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad takes so much of the admin out of using SF as a stand alone platform, and the ease at which it gives both a snapshot of a pipeline, but also the means of amending records is easy and saves time. Additionally, the notes function (being able to customize templates), which links with Salesforce, is a great feature.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There isn't anything which I can immediately think of, it's a great service, which I would recommend to both AEs, SDRs and managers, to optimise the process of managing pipelines.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the need to head into Salesforce to change or amend records, which means that our admin is more effective, and we have a better view on where our business development is at any stage.

 ### 40. Great tool to centralize workflows

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

My favourite part of Scratchpad is being able to simplify Salesforce. By using shortcuts to source net new clients quickly without needing to exit websites. As well, being able to bucket my opportunities to see what needs to be brought in each month and where everything stands. Makes one on ones with my manager easier.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not much I don't like. Its easy to learn and use.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me simpflify salesforce information and perform searches of contact information easier.

 ### 41. Amazing product and customer experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is the best tool to overcome Salesforce's limitations and long-windedness. It's very easy to use, instinctive and the fastest way to update your Accounts and Pipeline. In addition to that, they have a top notch customer onboarding and support!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing so far, they have a free trial so don't hesitate to give it a try!

Scratchpad is saving me lots of time and allows me to have clear visibility into my pipeline and accounts

 ### 42. Streamline saver for sales

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

This may not be standard moving forward.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is solving how we maintain our opportunities.

 ### 43. I love using Scratchpad, it makes my life easier

Note-taking and updating salesforce records

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There isn't anything I dislike about the product.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad makes it easier to update pipeline, so focus can be given to other tasks that generate revenue.

 ### 45. Scratchpad is the first tool I download at any new company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad makes it easy to update my notes, stay on top of all my accounts and ultimately make it really easy to share information with the entire company. I've been complemented on my notes and the details within them and the primary factor is scratchpad. Instead of opening up my Notion or Notes app when speaking to a customer, I type directly into Scratchpad and thus salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing! I've always found it to be easy to use and it has a seamless integration

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce is hard to update consistently because it's slow and cumbersome and it's hard to have a birds eye view on your BOB without generating 15 million reports.

 ### 46. A MUST HAVE for any sales rep

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Never spend hours organizing salesforce and building custom reports to be able to talk about pipeline with your boss. Also helps with easy forecasting for your own pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Some of the initial setup can be complicated and take a while. Once you get going you are fine. The scratchpad team has been happy to help with demo's and questions as well.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't remember the last time I looked at Salesforce when planning my 2023 number.

Not to mention the Notes section when you open a new tab makes you lightning fast and linking the call notes to SF saves you even more time working in that overly complicated CRM....
