Clearskies: The context layer for revenue AI Clearskies is Scratchpad's context layer for revenue teams using AI. It connects your CRM, call transcripts, email, calendar, and Slack into a single Customer Context Graph — so when your team asks Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI about a deal, an account, or the pipeline, the answer is built from every source, not just one. Sales leaders use Clearskies to: - Get pre-call briefs that pull from every system — not just the CRM - Detect pipeline risk across all channels, not just stalled CRM stages - Run win-loss analysis from actual calls and emails, not disposition codes - Surface coaching moments from every rep call with timestamps - Keep the CRM updated automatically after every interaction - Qualify deals against MEDDPICC or custom criteria using real signals Clearskies works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. It connects to Claude via MCP and works with ChatGPT and any LLM. Usage-based pricing with no per-seat fees. Two products. One team. One belief: Revenue teams are sitting on enormous amounts of signal across their tools. Scratchpad removes the admin work so sellers can sell. Clearskies makes that signal available to AI so every answer, every brief, and every pipeline review reflects what's actually happening — not what someone remembered to log. I've been using Scratchpad for a few months now, and it has saved me so much time. Scratchpad's interface is beautifully simple and user-friendly, it didn't require much training. As I work in sales, it makes it easy to manage my pipeline, update my statuses, notes etc. all with a seamless integration to salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

So far there's nothing I don't like. Having been a heavy salesforce user, scratchpad is such a time saver I wouldn't want to go back,

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 3. Scratchpad creates efficiencies in our sales process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anja L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It's been about 2 years since we launched Scratchpad with our sales team and from day 1 the platform has been super easy to use and intuitive. Reps have one place where they can manage their whole pipleline easily and effectively. Being able to see all your opportunites in one view and quickly make updates has been such a time saver for our team.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not too many downsides. We've always had great support form the team and they're continuously improving features to help make the tool even better.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is helping us save time updating pipeline. Rather than having to go into our CRM and update each opportunity one by one, reps have a wholistic view which enables them to act quicker and save time.

**Reviewed by:** Andy C. | Corporate Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I like how easy it is to fill everything out for an opportunity. I like being able to customize different views for account management vs prospecting, and I really enjoy using the highlights features to get a better idea of where I should be focusing my time. Their support team is also incredibly helpful and hands-on! I use this tool every single day.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The one thing that's a bummer is that it doesn't integrate well with our quote-building process, so I have to go into SFDC to build a quote before coming back to fill out the other steps.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit is the time-savings I get from the seamless workflows that would take forever in SFDC.

 ### 6. Quicker access to opps

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

I don't have to open my opps manually in Salesforce anymore, but can be changed within Scratchpad. Which is faster.

The platform is user-friendly with intuitive navigation. Real-time sync with Salesforce ensures up-to-date data. Quick data retrieval is a standout feature. Logging into scoping notes is easy, and the added title feature enhances organization. Overall, it has greatly improved my workflow.

However, it seems unable to directly extract reports from Salesforce.

My team and I utilized Scratchpad for managing pipelines and making bulk edits.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Logging into salesforce 50
Times a day...

As well as jusr the cleanest view on my pipe and forecasting.

 ### 11. The fastest and most natural way to manage SFDC pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I rely on scratchpad which manages the overall pipeline of all my direct reports across the globe. It also generates reports for me. The changes in the pipeline can be made instantly using a simple table interface. It's like working on an Excel sheet, but in the background, the data is updated in the Salesforce platform. The best part about this tool is its speed."=

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Sometimes the filters can be complex in order to get the data visualized the way I would prefer. But that is a matter of adoption and getting used to it.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

simplified report with excel-like visual

 ### 12. Saving so much time on updating SFDC

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Remove the mind numbing, tedious work of opening every single opp and then updating them because the report with editing options in SFDC your manager made, doesn't really give you the option to update every thing you need to.
Scratchpad is saving me so much time because I have the overview and can quickly go through all the updates I have to make.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

You can set up filters, but I would love to have blocks so you can visualize your filters to opps per Q, per stage etc.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time to update all opps and renewals in SFDC.

 ### 13. A solution that saved me, an individual contributor, time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The ability to update multiple opportunities from one pane of glass shortened the time it took me to update and re-validate my active opportunities each week in preparation to submit my forecast. In 15 minutes, I was up and running, and when I needed a bit of a refresher, the Scratchpad CSM was very accessible and helpful to me.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Just as I believed we were carrying forward Scratchpad as a long-term solution, our company shifted gears. I, like most salespeople, am a bedgrudginy adopter of new technology, though it was easy to realize the value of the solution and what it could mean to our organization.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It normally takes me 60-80 minutes each week to update the active deals in my sales funnel. The time I spent updating active deals in Scratchpad was 20-30 minutes. This was nearly an extra hour a week that I was able to spend with my family (we forecast on Saturday mornings).

The other part I really liked about Scratchpad was that I received fewer questions from my manager over the weekend or first thing Monday morning because all of the details were uploaded from Scratchpad to our CRM successfully.

 ### 14. Easy to use and friendly

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

What I like best about Scratchpad is its intuitive user interface, making note-taking effortless. It's a versatile tool with efficient note-taking features and seamless integration with other apps, enhancing productivity and organization.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I appreciate the opportunity to provide constructive feedback regarding Scratchpad. While it is a valuable tool, there are a few aspects that I believe could be enhanced:

Limited Offline Access: One of the drawbacks I've encountered is the limited offline functionality of Scratchpad. It would be beneficial if the application could provide more robust offline access, allowing users to work seamlessly in situations with unreliable or no internet connectivity.

Mobile App Optimization: While Scratchpad offers a mobile application, it could benefit from further optimization. Improving the mobile app's performance and feature parity with the desktop version would enhance the overall user experience for those who primarily use mobile devices.

Advanced Collaboration Features: Scratchpad is a valuable tool for individual productivity, but it could further improve its collaborative capabilities. Incorporating advanced collaboration features like real-time co-editing and comments could make it even more appealing to teams.

Customization Options: Providing users with more customization options for the interface and note organization would be appreciated. This would allow users to tailor the application to their specific workflow and preferences.

I believe addressing these areas for improvement could make Scratchpad an even more exceptional tool for users like myself. Thank you for considering this feedback as you continue to enhance the platform.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient Note-taking: The note-taking capabilities of Scratchpad are exemplary. I find it incredibly convenient to jot down ideas, capture thoughts, and make important annotations within seconds. The rich text formatting options, including bullet points and headers, allow for clear and organized note-taking.

 ### 15. So much information and action available!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

CMD+J - its amazing!

Salesforce can be unweildy and difficult to build into your routine when you are pulled in many different directions. Salesforce hygiene is always on my "things I need to impove on" list. However, Scratchpad really makes this so much easier. I have ready access to take notes, create Timeline Events, access critical account data, etc. Scratchpad has completely changed my relationship to Salesforce!

I also appreciate the Wish button which allows me to request features. Though I have not seen any be built, I do get quick responses from their team that feel human (rather than canned responses - though you never know in today's world of AI)

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing so far! I use it daily for note taking, referencing critical account data, and ensuring that others who need informaiton about my accounts have that information!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Hygiene, tracking notes and moments on an account for other teams to have ready access to!

 ### 16. Simplified Opportunity Management: Why I Like Using Scratchpad

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Seamless Integration with CRM: What I appreciate most about Scratchpad is its seamless integration with our CRM system. It's like an extension of our CRM, making it incredibly easy to update and manage our leads and opportunities. This integration saves me a ton of time, ensuring that our CRM data is always up-to-date.

Intuitive Interface and Quick Note-Taking: Scratchpad's user-friendly interface is a standout feature for me. I can quickly jot down notes, update lead statuses, and set reminders without any hassle. It streamlines my workflow, allowing me to focus more on selling and less on administrative tasks.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

While Scratchpad is excellent for individual use, it falls short in terms of collaboration features. I wish it offered more robust tools for team collaboration, such as real-time collaborative editing.

Occasionally, I've experienced sync issues between Scratchpad and our CRM. It's not a frequent problem, but when it happens, it can affect the accuracy of our data. I'd appreciate more robust syncing capabilities to ensure data consistency.

While both of these aspects are not essential requirements for the tool, they would be valuable additions that could further enhance the overall value that Scratchpad already offers.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is solving a couple of significant challenges for me. Firstly, it greatly improves lead organization by offering a clear and visual representation of our pipeline. This feature allows me to track and prioritize leads with great effectiveness.

Moreover, Scratchpad has streamlined the often tedious task of manual data entry into our CRM system. By automating this process, it frees up valuable time that I can now dedicate to engaging with leads and customers. This boost in productivity and sales efficiency has truly been a game-changer for me.

 ### 17. Such a life saver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marta C. | SEC Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It's so easy to use, no glitching, its so fast to pick up and learn to use. The customer support has always been amazing and all of our sales reps have found value from the product.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I don't see any downsides to Scratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me clean up data in bulk as well as find patterns in our account and deals.

 ### 18. Finally - a solution made for sales' reps to keep Salesforce updated!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ross M. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

In the past, I would argue with our salesforce admin and revops team about the "design" of things like object records and usability in Salesforce. Scratchpad solves this by allowing you to set-up your own dashboard that's much easier and faster to update.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I have almost zero complaints about Scratchpad except the Outreach integration. I wish there was the "Outreach Everywhere" dialer built into Scratchpad so you could call a prospect or customer with one click from Outreach.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's ALL about keeping my salesforce updated and having meaningful views that allow me to go through my Salesforce tasks in the smartest and most efficient way possible. Scratchpad does both for me!

 ### 19. Love it. Quickest way to navigate Salesforce without Salesforec

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach P. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love being able to update my pipe with being able to just look at the fields that I need. I don't have to scroll up and down SFDC. Its all just right there.

Finding accounts, leads, and opportunites are so easy. It takes seconds narrowing down a field that you are looking for rather than having to go into saleforce and build a report that can be complicted.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I wish I could get a little more specific with grouping. I wish I could do it by teams rather than just individuals.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves a ton of time. Easy to find and update what I need to in Salesforce.

 ### 20. efficient and saves me time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara H. | Account Manager III, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I have one view I can go to for my information and to update my notes. I don't have to toggle between many tabs anymore.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

some field receive errors that I can only resolve on SFDC so would still need to update the field on the account's record page

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

consolidated view of my accounts and user friendly reporting

 ### 21. Using Scratchpad to manage my pipeline

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuele G. | Sales Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I'm a sales guy; I was used to setup SFDC reports to manage my sales pipeline; but one day Scratchpad appreared.
I fell in love: quick, easy, editable reports. Completly another story from my previous world.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I'd like some more easyness in the filers setup, but it's really a nice-to-have requirement...

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy and editable SFDC reports

 ### 22. Scrachpad is my go-to application to simplify the most time-consuming SFDC tasks.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Petter E. | Regional Sales Manager, Computer Hardware, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It's especially awesome when you are orchestrating complex deals with several internal team members and you want to keep a consistent messaging and quality.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

No dislikes from my side, it's a very friendly product with a very friendly support.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The flexible view's give me a quick overview och progress from my team memebers.

 ### 23. Commercial AE pipeline life saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The ability to sync notes within Salesforce has been incredibly helpful to keep the team updated on the deal without having to use the Salesforce UI

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing! I think the tool is constantly improving and iterating

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping me manage my pipeline easier and take notes. I love the UI and the easy view access

 ### 24. Scratchpad is my efficiency engine!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Custom views, filters, highlights allow me to focus on the priority updates that leadership is looking for, first. We created a quote integration to save a few clicks to quickly access full details of the BOM, Game changer! We rolled the tool out quick, minimal effort. Engagement with the support team was lightning fast.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing. Minor nit about the quick links moving to the left panel vs the top.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad allows me to focus on customer engagement, getting away from SFDC management

 ### 25. Great and easy tool to support any Account Executive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I've been using Scratchpad for 12 months now, I really love this product as it gives me full visibility of all my open opportunities, which is great for meetings I have with management. It is very easy to use, and this tool makes it simple to update all my live opportunities on one page.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

To be honest there's nothing thing that comes to mind here, I guess I'd like to use more of the tool to be able to give deep feedback here.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipeline coverage, I really like that it makes it easy to understand you position at a simple glance

 ### 26. Scratchpad is a life saver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veronica Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The ability to save templates to reuse on my calls saves me so much time! I can't forget the incredible integration with G-cal, which lets me create a new note directly from my schedule! It also keeps me from doing double work by automatically updating my notes in Salesforce. Scratchpad has been essential in speeding up my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I wish I could have "mini" templates that I could add to any existing notes as I continue to follow up with my accounts.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is helping me be a more efficient onboarding manager. Keeping records of my notes has never been easier!

 ### 27. Helpful tool to not have to be in SFDC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad makes it much easier to update opportunities, make note templates, etc. Doing what I do in scratchpad would easily take me 3x longer if I had to click around in Salesforce. If I was building a tech stack and Salesforce made sense, I would not buy it without Scratchpad.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The notes object needs to be able to flow into the notes field on Salesforce. If I can create notes that will flow into my notes field it would be really helpful. But scratchpad creates a notes object and attaches it. This is not how most orgs run.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Much more user friendly than salesforce when having to do pipeline management. No more waiting for things to load in Salesforce and clicking 8 buttons.

 ### 28. Massively reduced time to update Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I have found Scratchpad makes it easy to review deals holistically, rather than just one at a time. It's very fast to update notes without the clunky navigation in Salesforce. Overall it saves me time and makes me feel less anxious about updating the pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not much I dislike, honestly. The task management feature is very basic but so is Salesforce so not much to complain about there. Honestly, it's a well thought out and simple interface. No complaints.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time going in and out of my opportunities to update my notes and advance deals in my pipeline.

 ### 29. Accelerate SFDC Admin Work with Scratchpad

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kai B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

For me, the thing I like the most about scratchpad is how easily I can add events for meetings that I ran. I like how it syncs up with my Google calendar and I can create an event from a contact right from the invite. In addition to creating events, updating opportunities is the biggest advantage. Utilizing the command feature makes updating opps 3x faster.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Sometimes there are certain fields and/or intricacies that I can't utilize it for. For example, I can't use it for generating a quote or anything to do with our CPQ system.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Better clarity into my book of business
- A holistic overview of accounts that I've already reached out to
- Better management of my pipeline
- Lowering the amount of admin time to input information in Salesforce

 ### 30. Scratchpad is the best add on for Salesforce I have used.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is so easy and intuitive to use. There are way more ways to sort and update data in bulk.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

So far, there is nothing I don't like about Scratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad helps me with everyday tasks in Salesforce, but especially with things that need to be changed in bulk. For example, when a customer divests some of its assets, and we need to change the way we store those in Salesforce, Scratchpad is the easy, painless way to update that.

 ### 31. Most powerful tool for an AE

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayley Q. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad makes it so easy and user friendly to update pipeline and get a really quick view of your quarter/year. No more needing to fumble through Salesforce reports, with Scratchpad I am able to filter by the opportuities I need, see the columns that are most important for me, and share it with my leaders in the organization. Another feature I love is being able to add notes directly to an account, so they are never lost somewhere locally on my desktop.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Honestly, nothing. It's been great. I have been using it for almost 3 years now.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to update my pipeline quickly & at scale

 ### 32. A seller's dream!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The ease and functionality of the tool are my favorite aspects. Organizing and cleaning my pipeline has never been easier! I use it almost everyday and I love that as I open a new tab, the ease of managing my pipeline is a click away rather than opening all my opps in different tabs when doing it via SFDC.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Can't think of anything at the moment...

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is solving the ability to update my pipeline and opportunities in a much more convenient and easier way.

 ### 33. As an AE, I live in this tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meghan K. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Salesforce is a mess when it comes to trying to keep your pipeline clean. I now live in Scratchpad. I can easily update all of my opps and stay on top of my deals. I love the product.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

It used to be free for pipeline management, but I guess all good things have to have a price tag eventually.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me with pipeline management.

 ### 34. Makes updating Salesforce a breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark W. S. | Inbound Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Gone are the days of it taking an hour to update my pipeline at the end of the month. Scratch pad helps take the busy work out of sales and allows me to focus on selling. I use this product every single day religoulsly. I always have a pulse on my pipeline without having to comb through dozens of reports. Have already reccomended this product to many others and will continue to do so!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There's not much that I don't like. Really easy to use!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce pipeline updates!

 ### 35. Best tool ever for workflow and pipeline hygiene

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego C. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The simplicity. In my opinion, it's what Salesforce should be. The way you're able to apply filters, create lists and update opportunities/leads/accounts in real time is almost too easy. Helped me maintain a clean pipeline and forecast accurately, not to mention, have all next steps, close dates as accurate as can possibly be.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The one thing I would improve is to have the ability to integrate other tools such as Dialpad or outreach. That would be like Thanos having all infinity stones.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipeline hygiene

 ### 36. AE tools to crush

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farinaz H. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love that Scratchpad integrates directly with Salesforce and I'm able to see the most important information about my pipeline in one tab. I'm an AE and staying on top of my pipeline is a daily task wether it's to stay on top of my deals or review with my manager. I can change close dates, change next step notes, etc. right there from one screen. I also love that a new tab opens up so I can see my pipeline easily multiple times throughout the day. I know this is a limited use of what Scratchpad can do, but it's amazing.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I don't dislike anything about scratchpad

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A good snapshot of my pipeline whereas salesforce is so clunky and scattered

 ### 37. Supercharge SFDC without having to open it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad allows me to get to the content I need FAST! I live in ScratchPad. The info I need from SFDC is always at my fingertips and I can create reports across various objects to get exactly the views I want. Hygiene is a snap because I create a view that provides the relevent content and just simply update the fields. Rich text fielding means I can get additional context into my updates and we have found that incredibly valuable and not native to similar products.

The wish component is awesome. The team is very quick to respond and has provided me with the "art of the possible" and really made me think outside the box on how to manage my view.

The ability to hilight with a fairly robust set of criteria is very beneficial for pointing out what is off-track. Really love that feature.

Note taking is breeze as I create a new note from a template right from my calendar. It's all just very convenient.

At the end of the day, ScratchPad saves me a considerable amount of time. I can do my SFDC related work in a quarter of the time.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There are a few inconveniences around search capabilities that hopefully are improved at some point. For example, I can't filter the content on related fields within my tiles, so I don't always see the content I'm looking for. I use ScratchPad for all my meeting notes. Again, I would like to see an ability to apply criteria to a search to find the exact note I'm looking for. Surprisingly, it still works quite well.

The one other inconvenience is the default field for views. An account extension ID doesn't provide much value. I'd rather be able to pin another field (such as the account name) to the view so I always have the context if I need to scroll horizontally.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ScratchPad is reducing, almost removing, my need to go into SFDC and is saving me a significant of time! I get the views I want and need and the data is always at my fingertips. ScratchPad makes me significantly more productive and efficient.

 ### 38. Save yourself some time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mac A. | Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is super fast for pipeline updates. You can update pretty much any field unlike Salesforce list views. It also lets you set up rules to review your forecasts by quarter and group by forecast status that makes pipe reviews really easy. The best feature is being able to tag your notes to accounts and keep a running note log of all your conversations in an account.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The note taking feature is really good for associating notes but it's limited compared to google docs/notion. It's hard to navigate or organize long notes.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Let's me update my pipeline super quickly and organize my pipeline so I can focus on the important near & long term opps. Makaes pipe hygiene a breeze.

 ### 39. Scratchpad makes my life easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is easy to use and learn. As a sales rep I would be using Salesforce everyday but somedays I find my not using SFDC because of my scratchpad usage! With scratchpad it also enables me to cut through the fluff and see/action what I need/want.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad replaces a lot of my SFDC workflows but not all of it. I still find myself having to navigate to SFDC to take care of certain things that I know would be faster directly on scratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SFDC is slow and unreliable at times. Scratchpad allows you to maintain your SFDC hygiene much quicker and with ease. It also gives me visibility (and the ability to action it) on my pipeline right away.

 ### 40. Scratchpad is a Lifesaver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Talecha S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is very convenient and easy to use. The information automatically populates in Salesforce which saves me a lot of time when updating client information or entering comments from a client call or meeting.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I haven't found anything to dislike about this product. It has helped me save time with multiple projects.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me determine which clients are bringing in revenue verses the ones that are not without me having to go into each individual account. This tool keeps me organized!

 ### 41. Scratchpad allows me to optimize my sales process and stay much more organized.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew H. | Account Executive - Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

- Bulk updates to my open pipeline opportunities
- add meeting notes in one consolidated place to quickly reference
- check on upcoming renewals

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

- a lot of filters but I could probably just schedule another training

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- salesforce is clunky and hard to utilize
- super easy to use and pick up quickly

 ### 42. Productivity Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

As a CSM, I consistently have to update notes, statuses and such in SF. Scratchpad gives me a quick and easy way of tracking and updating all of my accounts without having to leave a single page!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I don't have many negative things to say about Scatchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To quickly identify and update statuses on my deals and accounts, all in one place.

 ### 43. Made my life easier, saved me time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monica M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It was much easier to pull custom reports, track the work of my direct reports, and note trends I could coach on.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The forecasting function is a little lacking, but the Scratchpad team has been receptive to our feedback and is working on making product enhancements.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It used to take a lot of time to pull the data I needed, so we laid Scratchpad on top of our CRM to make it easier.

 ### 44. Game changer for sellers, managers, and VP's.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I'm constantly looking for ways to make my sellers' lives easier as they navigate their days, and Scratchpad has allowed us to do this in a major way.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There aren't really any downsides, however, developing a "heat map" for deals utilizing their highlights feature in the pipeline module would be fantastic. Also, if they could find a way to integrate with calling our sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Zoom.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is essentially bridging the gap between ineffieciencies that exist in Salesforce today. Everything from a more efficient way to log tasks, to keeping pipelines clean, to forecasting.

 ### 45. Account Executive

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamar K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I think the best part about Scratchpad is bypassing the clicks that it would take to update a record in SFDC.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Mapping issues lead to errors when trying to update records quickly. Also, adding new opportunities is annoying.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad removes the barriers within SFDC to make it easier for cross-functional teams to collaborate. We have multiple people who touch each account / opportunity, and it's easier to add information from engagements into the record via scratchpad.

 ### 46. Fantastic Salesperson Timesaver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love how easy it is to use, and the support has been second to none! The rapid access to my Sales Force information, ease to update, and staying compliant with management directives every step of the way are priceless. When I have had a challenge doing something in Scratchpad the support team has been right there in short order with a tutorial or pointer to move me forward.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I am using the free version. I would like my company to get on board with this application so the Sales Force experts get it fully set up with all the functionality I want. The Scratchpad support team will help me get there, I just need to keep notes about what needs tweaking for my next reach out to them.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit to my daily usage is increased speed in my actions. I don't think I can ever go back to using SF by itself, the application is so dated, and Scratchpad is super clean to use.

 ### 47. GETTING ME TO 150% OF QUOTA

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon M. | Senior Sales Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It integrates directly with Salesforce and allows me to access information that is typically scattered across salesforce, directly from one place. It has streamlined my entire note-taking, information recording, qualification, forecasting, organization, reporting, and so many other processes. I can also access Scratchpad from any web domain, allowing me to easily move about my workday when I need to be on other webpages for research, cadence, email, calling, etc purposes. I am able to quickly and accurately manage my pipeline to make sure I am prioritizing the appropriate accounts.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

It doesn't integrate with Salesloft, the cadence/call tool we use. It is one of the only times I have to leave Scratchpad during my workflow. That said, given that I can open Scratchpad directly from Salesloft, it is not an inconvenice.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad allows me to access all dispersed Salesforce information from one place. For example, I can have all information about an account, it's contacts, history, activity, opportunities, all directly in one place without having to bop back and forth between pages in Salesforce. This has saved me so much time, allowing me to spend more time focusing on reaching out to prospects instead of searching through various locations for account info. I am saving anywhere from 5-20 minutes per prospect.

 ### 48. WE LOVE SCRATCHPAD!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love how simple Scratchpad makes Salesforce updates. I save probably 3-5 hours a week on salesforce updates by using Scratchpad. It is also VERY easy to use and amazing for quick reports as well. I use it EVERYDAY!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing yet, I'm a new user so I'm still figuring out the capabilities!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad makes Salesforce updates VERY easy!

 ### 49. Changed Salesforce license just so we could use Scratchpad

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Logan W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It saves me hours a week on sales admin. Even though I'm the only salesperson at my company, I've converted everyone at my company to Scratchpad. It's easy to create different views and share them or for the team to make changes to opportunities or accounts. I know Scratchpad wasn't made specifically for small teams like mine, but I actually think it's more useful for me since my team doesn't know Salesforce flows.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is a "nice to have" but not an absolute necessity. If Scratchpad was cost-prohibitive, we would likely stop using it since everything it does can be done on Salesforce with more elbow grease.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is solving sales admin work and revenue operations. It's benefiting me by saving ~5 hours a week and helping my company be aligned on what opportunities are most important. It also makes sales organization an approachable task - before it seemed impossible.

 ### 50. Scratchpad makes my workflow streamlined in a substantial way.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren C. | Senior Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The ability to add contacts to my pipe with a holistic view. Customer service was fast, helpful, and kind. Easy to use in my day to day.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Can't think of any right now. I use it in a specific way and it meets my needs.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time
