Sales leaders use Clearskies to: - Get pre-call briefs that pull from every system — not just the CRM - Detect pipeline risk across all channels, not just stalled CRM stages - Run win-loss analysis from actual calls and emails, not disposition codes - Surface coaching moments from every rep call with timestamps - Keep the CRM updated automatically after every interaction - Qualify deals against MEDDPICC or custom criteria using real signals Clearskies works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. It connects to Claude via MCP and works with ChatGPT and any LLM. Usage-based pricing with no per-seat fees. Two products. One team. One belief: Revenue teams are sitting on enormous amounts of signal across their tools. Scratchpad removes the admin work so sellers can sell. ## Scratchpad Reviews
  ### 1. Sales reps - Avoid SFDC and updating things manually!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris F. | Founder, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is so freaking simple to use. It saves me time and energy, saves me clicks and the duldrums of having to log into SFDC, wait for it to load, log calls, send emails, take notes, etc. Scratchpad does it all for me now. It kind of seems too good to be true.
Everytime I open a new tab, Scratchpad is there waiting for me. I log call notes there and auto add them to that SFDC opportunity.
Making a bunch of calls, stop wasting your time in SFDC (and pulling out your hair) Scratchpad can log the calls for you with 10% of the effort.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing.
I guess it could depend on your instance of SFDC how well it works for you. The team is amazing so they can pretty much do anything inside of SFDC.

Wait, can I change my answer? I dislike SalesForce. 100% dislike SalesForce. So Scratchpad prevents me from having to live in SFDC which is amazing.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of the CRM stuff that reps dislike: logging calls, taking notes, tracking opps.
Benefits = More time selling, less headaches from SFDC.

  ### 2. Scratchpad is THE dashboard for managing my pipeline and renewals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love that you can edit within the screen and customize views. I have a page for all my accounts - which allows me to grab information quickly, but also get to the salesforce page when more granular details are needed. I start my day every morning on Scratchpad to ensure I'm on top of everything going on this quarter. I also like that I can switch between quarters easily to see different reports without the clunkiness of having to build out a custom report each time. Every time I've had a scratchpad question, the team is super quick to respond and assist.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I can't think of anything that I particularly dislike about scratchpad. I do wish I could customize it a bit more and do some color coding, but this isn't a deal breaker by any means. I've found that adding highlights can achieve this somewhat.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping on top of my sales pipeline and renewals so that nothing goes overdue and deadlines are met.

  ### 3. Scratchpad is the BEST timesaver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi P. | Channel Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The ability to update all of my SFDC opps in the matter of about 90 seconds - this is a HUGE timesaving application that I want to do even more with. I have never seen a product that is this easy to work with and implement into my daily workflow. I have added filters to help give me insightful data without having to use Salesforce a lot - unless I'm creating a new opportunity (which I'm sure has more to do with company provisions). The fact that once you get past the initial learning curve it is BEYOND easy makes it the clear winner for all apps.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The inability to be able to override systematic setup - this is obviously not a fault of the Scratchpad product, but rather internal company setup. It does have a little bit of a learning curve initially to figure out all of the little nuances, BUT the Scratchpad team is awesome in setting up time to help you out, complete with screensharing.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving me back much-needed time in my day. The one thing none of us can get back, is gifted to us in this product. I know if we could make additional edits internally, this would be my go-to place I would work out of. I would recommend any business that is looking to use this product - seriously - go ALL-IN! Your teams will love you for this and you will love that it gives your team more efficiency.

  ### 4. scratchpad saved my quota

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is the savior I've been looking for my ENTIRE career. I've integrated it into my calendar to quickly create notes, automatically include my specific template, insert prospect information into salesforce, and monitor my pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There's not a word count in the boxes so I don't know if I exceeded the word count in Salesforce

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating Salesforce opportunities, updating lead information, connecting sales notes

  ### 5. Country Manager, Canada

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

- Automation: Ability to automatically update multiple SalesForce records in a single pane saves me (team) hundreds of hours per month
- Flexibility: Everything is available at your fingertips to simplify the process of creating dashboards for pipeline, forecasts, action(s) & summaries.
- Visibilty: I can see more relevant account / contact / opportunity information that is important to me, without have to depend on an "administrator" to find time to create or modify reports & dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

If there is a downside to Scratchpad, I have yet to find it. If you are a salesperson and do not have Scratchpad in your arsenal, you are just wasting valuable selling hours making updates, when you could be spending that time moving your sales process forward!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad helps me focus on specific steps needs to move my sales opportunities forward. With a few easy clicks, I can focus on geographic or industry specific markets for prospecting, easily view & update next steps and take relative actions.

  ### 6. Scratchpad makes finding information so easy!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I like how easy it is to navigate and filter through the information to get exactly what you need. I also met with Joey from the Product team and she was a joy to chat with and walk me through the platform.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There is not anything to dislike about Scratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy way to view my accounts and see the information I need day-to-day.

  ### 7. Go-To for all pipeline management entry and review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

With Salesforce data entry continuing to be cumbersome, I've made Scratchpad my go-to for nearly all of my CRM pipeline management. They've created a very intuitive interface for creating and managing opportunities, as well as simple to-generate reports that I can walk my organization through.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

This is a limitation of Salesforce as well, but as a services organization, we accrue revenue as the work is completed (not when the deal is closed). This means I still need to use spreadsheets to forecast out our pipeline revenue. A simple tool to spread the revenue out across weeks/ months of service would be a huge boost to Scratchpad and get my organization out of spreadsheets!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data pipeline management and entry

  ### 8. A salesperson's superpower

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erynn B. | Strategic Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It helps me to manage my pipe efficiently, it ensures that my SFDC accounts are continuously updated, and my opportunities have clean notes that I can refer back to, which helps me to stay connected, aligned and to move my deals forward to the finish line.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I can't think of a single thing that I dislike, the team is so responsive to feedback and suggestions via the Wish feature that is embedded into the platform!

**Recommendations to others considering Scratchpad:**

Get it as fast as you can!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I am solving with Scratchpad is having account and opportunity notes in siloed places, relieving the burden of admin work so that I can focus on selling whilst simultaneously keeping SFDC updated and clean.

**Official Response from Nicole Tan:**

> Erynn, I'm so glad you've taken advantage of our Wish feature! The entire team watches that feed like a hawk. We're always looking for the latest and greatest ways to make your life easier 🥳 Keep spamming that button and let us know if you ever need anything!

  ### 9. Every Salesperson using Salesforce Needs this

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad has helped evolve my Salesforce 'clean up.' The first 8 months on the job, I was frustrated by the amount of time I had to dedicate to keeping my SF clean and up-to-date. When I installed the Chrome Extension, my world changed. It made things simple, quick, efficient and most importantly organized. The best part is getting the 1-on-1 personal training and set up for Scratchpad the way I need to use it. Luis helped me add the necessary fields and showed me how to complete so I would be able to do it myself moving forward. I have a 1-stop shop for all my leads, opportunities, accounts. I don't have like 20-30 open tabs on Chrome for each. I am able to give a quick synopsis to my manager without looking at each opportunity or lead. Everything is right there on one page. If my manager asks me about something, I can click the SF link, or open the tab box. Everything is so easy.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

It takes a little bit of time to set up Scratchpad the way I wanted and for it to be as useful and efficient for me as possible. HOWEVER! They give you free training and consulting with a Scratchpad pad rep that works with you 1-on-1 and follows up with you weekly until you are set.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time Efficiency.

  ### 10. How Scratchpad changed my SFDC hygene entirely

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney B. | Mid-Market Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The most helpful thing I found with Scratchpad is the unique ability to built out custom reporting QUICKLY with little frustration. Having one place to view all the ops I have in play and easily being able to toggle between months / quarter end was effortless and would have been slow and not seemless of an experience with SFDC. The updates are automatic, you can update in bulk (amazing feature esp at the end of the quarter when you push 15,000 close dates out!). More importantly it helped me keep better tabs on my opps and increased my ability to accurately forecast which was a big change in momentum for me. I would recommend it to any and everyone in sales, sales ops, rev leadership.

Implementation was awesome, customer support was great (and we weren't even a customer!). They helped me learn about the tool and also build out reports for me. Very very helpful folks.

This tool is something I use exclusively unless I am in CPQ. It is the first thing I open in the morning most of the time to pull open my report for all ops with a next step date of today.

Integrating this was so much easier then trying to build things out or submit report requests to sales ops. If you're on the fence, just go for it. It's easy, cool looking and I guarantee you if you want one place for notes, forecasting, next steps it will not let you down.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I wish you had a program for Scratchpad evangalists to have double the amount of edits to continue to use and grow in the tech. Our company ended up selecting another vendor.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad ultimately helped me view all my ops in play from a different lense and took away my frustration from SFDC reporting, forecasting and keeping next steps updated. Which they almost always were behind. It not only benefited me but also my prospects, my boss and my commission check.

  ### 11. Scratchpad had an immediate impact

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brendan S. | Director, Partner Business Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

We've been using Scratchpad for the past 2 months to help us manage our pipelines. We are able to overcome salesforce limitations to update in realtime and properly forecast our deals for the coming month, quarter etc. What was taking my team up to 8 hours a day can now be done in 20-30 minutes. Implementation was easy as we were up and running in a few minutes and ready to go. Our Scratchpad team has been extremely helpful working with us on our specific needs to try to identify other time savers.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

As of yet, no complaints. We have a unique scenario where we don't own opportunities by name so that limits our ability to use the forecasting functionality. This is more an issue that we've created than Scratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are immediately able to update our pipeline saving hours from our week.

  ### 12. Best Way to handle SFDC

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alain A. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

As a self sourcing AE, I need to juggle a infinite amount of tasks. Scratchpad helps me keeping my pipleine updated, create new regords quickly with online Items I want to see and are relevant. Also, Ilove the connected note taking feature, I only need 5-10 minutes to prep before a call vs 20-25 min before.
What I love the most is how easily can be implemented without the need of sales ops.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not sure if is something possible or not, but when I create new records from the command bar I would like to have them auto assigned to me instead of the need to imput my name everytime. Same for when creating tasks or contacts. If I create a new tasks form the account view, it would be nice having the 'related' auto filled.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me time on repeating tasks and keeping myself up to date with pipeline management.

  ### 13. Excellent, easy to use tool that saves me loads of time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad gives me a super easy-to-use interface with my sales data which I can customise and filter how I like. Its so much quicker to make edits to my sales forecast when using scratchpad that I barely ever need to open Salesforce. It also gives a much more intuitive view of my pipeline which I can build in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not every function is built into scratchpad yet so its not a complete replacement for salesforce. That being said, it certainly delivers on most of my Day2Day activities.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce takes so much time to navigate and make edits to my forecast that is barely usable. Scratchpad makes this much faster and therefore my pipeline hygiene is much better.
Creating my own views in my other forecast tools which filter to a specific set of opportunities, is either very difficult or not possible. Scratchpad, I can use filters and select columns to build the view I want, then I simply edit the data there and then.

  ### 14. Time-saver + great tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The bi-directional integration to manage your business at scale is monumental for my success in my role - thank you Scratchpad.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

It could be stage oriented around opp mgmt - but overall a great product.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I leverage Scratchpad everyday to manage my book of business and keep everything up to date. Saves me a TON of time!

  ### 15. I LOVE Scratchpad

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul K. | Commercial Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad makes my life as an Account Manager easy. I have a comprehensive list of my accounts, opportunities, and tasks all on the homepag of my browser. I'm able to quickly and efficiently in-line edit my notes, create tasks, and update opportunity fields without ever having to leave Scratchpad. I can also jot down notes during my calls and automatically link them to the salesforce record of the opportunity I'm working on. With forecasting being so important in a tough economic market, my leadership can count on me to take detailed notes and update the necessary fields to make sure that more of my deals progress towards closing and closing quickly.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I honestly can't think of one bad thing to say about Scratchpad. Any time I come up with an idea for a product feature enhancement, they take my feedback seriously and even sometimes reach out to let me try a beta version of something they're working on.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is solving the age old SAAS sales problem of keeping my pipeline clean and updated at all times. It's quick and efficient and I can't get enough of it.

  ### 16. Great product and even better support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

We have heavy documentation requirements within Salesforce that takes much of the team's time. With Scratchpad, the time has been cut by more than 50%. The ease of updating important information in one view is quick and simple. I also love that I can comment to the team on specific account needs. Of course, these needs are also reduced due to the conditional highlighting feature.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I'm not a big fan that Scratchpad pops up when adding a new tab to Google. I would prefer to open Scratchpad when needed and continue to have my normal google tabs.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad reduces the amount of time to verify key details have been updated across accounts and opportunities. In addition, it keeps the team on track and provides them with insight on what they may have missed without having to run reports, review, request, and confirm the information was updated.

  ### 17. Scratchpad is an AE game changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Being an AE, I have a lot of notes that I take in demos and internal meetings. Scratchpad gives me the ability to organize my thoughts and keep a record of how everything has been going. When I first signed up for scratchpad I heard it was awesome but then someone reached out to me and gave me a quick rundown on how to use it and it blew my mind on how many things I can use. I use it quite frequently and everyday. It also syncs to Salesforce and what I love about that is that it's easy to see where my note is on the contact or account. A lot of other softwares don't put it in an easy spot for quick viewing.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

It would be helpful if I could do inline editing within the Kanban view when looking at opportunities.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Note taking and pipeline management

  ### 18. Scratchpad user since 2017, game changing tool for sales reps and managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I've been an Account Executive for over 9 years and Scratchpad has been a go-to tool for me for 7 of those years. What started as just an easy method of updating Salesforce grew into a complete pipeline management solution, prospecting tool and forecasting dashboard.

If you're half as impatient as I am, you've likely had a meltdown after writing pages of notes into Salesforce fields, only to have that little red error popup, and make you do it all over again. Scratchpad is a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The free plan is a little bit limiting based on how I like to use the tool, but it's worth every penny.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass pipeline updates now take a matter of minutes, instead of hours. Prospecting into accounts and leads in SFDC is easy. Having pipeline management, account tiering, salesforce reporting in an easy to use UI.

  ### 19. Save valuable time with Scratchpad

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renita L. | Sales Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The ability to create and edit Salesforce records directly within Scratchpad is a game-changer for the work I do as a Sales Engineer for my team of sales reps. I can quickly update lead information, log calls, and make notes without the hassle of constantly switching between Salesforce screens. This saves time and reduces the likelihood of data entry errors. Another key feature is the ability to do bulk changes when territories or reps change.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

So far, I have not found anything I dislike about Scratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad for Salesforce allows my sales team to enhance their productivity and collaboration within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  ### 20. Literally saves me HOURS per week! Totally hooked!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ⛳️ Nick A. | Senior Customer Revenue Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The time it saves me each week with making live updates on my salesforce opportunities and pipeline overall, and how eeasy it is to instantly start using this tool right out of the gate!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Sometimes I move to quickly in making updates or go back to change a recent update only to find the system lagging or an error message is thrown back at me. It's very rare and only happens if you try moving too quickly between changes and the fields you want updated.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to go into Salesforce and click through the myriad of tabs and sub tabs within mulitple windows just to have everything easily in front of you and a click away, sounds normal, but it's incredibly inefficient and down right confusing overtime if you're managing large pipelines in real time. ScratchPad has eliminated the need for various windows and tabs to be open throughout the day in my web browser and saves me soooo much time by not having to toggle between all the various reporting, custom views, and SF tabs to get to the opps I need to see and update ASAP. ScratchPad shows me everything I need in one view / list and does not require me to ever leave that one view / list in my web browser to make the changes I need to make to opportunity fields, such as: opp status, opp stage, opp dollar amount, opp activity notes, projected outcomes, etc. Easily make these changes from one place across mulitple opps at the same time, and in a blink of an eye fast!

  ### 21. Faster and Easier Pipeline Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cole S. | Account Executive, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Our revenue team requires us to update and maintain a lot of fields in SFDC for every opportunity we create. With 20+ fields on each opportunity record across dozens of accounts, that are changing weekly, it's very time consuming to go to each opportunity to SFDC to make these edits. Scratchpad allows me to view my entire pipeline and cooresponding fields into one clean view where I can make edits without any additional clicks or loads. For me, I'm making thousands of updates a month and Scratchpad has helped me feel less frustrated with this data entry and saves me hours each month.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I'd like to see more field mapping. Specifically for me, we have data entry to feilds that are attachments to opportunities, I'd like to see a way to bring them into the editing structure. There might be a way to do this already I just haven't spent a ton of time investigating this.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time savings, compliant with rev org rules around data entry, peace of mind, more consistent pipeline updates

  ### 22. Good tool to do changes faster

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Most helpful : one page deals build easily and possiblity to make deals changes.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

It would be good to have it integrated in SFDC

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to see data

  ### 23. If you do a weekly info dump into notes/salesforce/crm... this is for you.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew S. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I used to handwrite my notes in a notebook, and then 1 hour before my scheduled forecast call I would race to update everything in Saleforce. By the time I load all the opportunities in separate tabs, I go get a coffee, and then come back and hope the tabs are loaded.

Needless to say I was rushed, felt unprepared, and didn't seem to forecast very well. Could I start earlier? Sure. But, I work well with deadlines and have a very busy calendar, so there really is a small window to be completely up to date for a weekly "check point."

Now, I use the scratchpad home page to update all of my opportunities daily. It even has fields that can be edited en masse, as opposed to the same fields in a report in SFDC showing as locked. Love it.

My org uses the lite version, and I've thought about buying the upgraded version myself, but currently I just keep my edits to the key fields that need updated routinely. At any rate, I think my team is upgrading next quarter. Love the ease of use, and a single place to manage my deals and notes in SFDC.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I am looking for more customizations, color coding, and basically a way to replicate a google sheet I keep as a deal tracker. I don't now if I can do it with the version I'm on or if I'll need to get an upgraded license.

I would be keen to see trends, reports, and maybe highlight interesting stats based on my dealflow.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is a simple place to organize, track, and update my opportunities in SFDC. Every rep gets judged on what people can see in a company wide system in addition to other factors. But I feel confident I am representing my work well to our entire company when I use Scratchpad to update and track progress on my sales efforts.

  ### 24. I'm 10 times faster.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moshe B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I'm not sure why Salesforce has such a clunky UI. I found myself so frustrated with clicking in and out of fields that need to be updated. I never understood why I couldn't generate a report and then update the fields in the report. Salesforce is a great tool, but frustrating to use without something like Scratchpad. I manage a lot of accounts, and my book of business is constantly expanding. Being able to use Scratchpad to keep things up to date has been incredible. I don't have to worry about clicking through a clunky UI or generating reports and jumping in and out of account pages. Scratchpad allows me to do everything quickly in view.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

No downsides! Talk to your revops team and get this tool.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is making it easier for us to have up-to-date data on a higher volume of accounts. Writing up reports in Salesforce can be extremely arduous and tedious because of the UI. Scratchpad is helping us keep things clean and freeing up a lot of man-hours.

  ### 25. Using Scratchpad makes working with Pipeline much faster and more efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrik M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

In my position, I own the opportunities I work on with my team. Scratchpad's biggest benefit for me is when reviewing opportunities with an extended team. Scratchpad allows us to easily view the overall overview and at the same time make changes to individual opportunities in this overview. Such an option shortens necessary internal meetings by dozens of minutes per week. Advanced filtering, highlighting and grouping capabilities are essential for building relevant views of the pipeline based on who I'm meeting with. And last but not least, it doesn't take more than 10 min of learning to fully use Scratchpad, so we were able to start using it from the first meeting after implementation. Not to forget, I appreciate the very fast and helpful support with personal touch.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I have no major complaints, but I would appreciate optimization for working on a mobile device. It would also help to be able to load all opportunities with grouping on instead of loading opportunities five at a time.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad makes working with Salesforce opportunities effective, fast and actually possible.

  ### 26. Scratchpad helps ramp new reps and strategically move pipeline forward

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fran R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love how Scratchpad shows me all of my opportunities in a very friendly and comprehensive UI. Every day I am able to quickly update my pipeline and see what tasks need to be follow up on. Having the tasks section is super helpful for me to stay on top of follow ups, outreach and even handling internal tasks. With Scratchpad integrating with my google calendar, I have the visibility to create my schedule for the day while ensuring all my tasks are completed. The scratchpad shortcut is also a life changer, as it saves me so much time when I'm using LinkedIn to research and update metrics on the accounts which exist in SF. The customer support has also been impeccable and they answer all of my questions with ease while showing me how to enhance more features.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I really don't have any strong dislikes about Scratchpad. The tool is very easy to integrate into my daily tasks and also gives me the ability to have enhanced visibility on what is most relevant for me in SF. One thing that would be nice to have is being able to view the activity for a company with more detail. I am able to see what numbers or emails were previously sent, but it would be nice to see the names of the contacts associated with an account.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me so much time when reviewing my pipeline. It gives me time back to do more outreach and go through a proposal in more depth or do research for an upcoming call. The tasks feature keeps me super organized with follow-ups. Companies that I want to prioritize are no longer falling through the cracks. The shortcut saves me so much energy compared to when I have to update a company details section on SF. This keeps me more focused for longer and eliminates distractions.

  ### 27. Makes salesforce useable!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love that it makes a valuable resource like salesforce actually useable. I know that sounds silly but salesforce provides such valuable data and insights to our team but as an account executive, it is a huge pain to actually use (especially when you're busy). Scratchpad allows us to give our teams the insight they love from salesforce without the pain and suffering that goes into actually using it!

Plus Brittney on the Scratchpad team is our FAVORITE! Quick and super helpful responses - plus she is fun!

Once we were onboarded, we were off to the races. It was relatively quick and I love the shortcuts!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I wish there was more power to adjust fields manually without having to do it in salesforce first, but i realize that is the nature of the beast!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly its just solving the problem of salesforce. No one on our team felt like Salesforce was user friendly but saw the benefits that using it gave us (put AE's in a bit of a tough spot). this allows us to have the best of both worlds!

  ### 28. Quick Pipeline Update and viewing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elke R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad allows me to quickly update my pipeline, track and view activity. I love how easy it is to manage everything in one spot vs. waiting for SF to load each opportunity.

Scratchpad allows me to stay on top of all deals with a single view of opportunities so I can efficiently stay on top of any next steps.

It's easy to change dates, hop into the SF record and manage my pipeline. I use Scratchpad every day. The notes feature is great and easily accessible - notes can be linked to the record if you so choose. I love that I can create templates for notes too.

The CS team at Scratchpad is excellent and responsive too!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There is nothing I can think of that I don't like about Scratchpad,

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad saves me so much time and effort by allowing me to see and take notes, and view my pipeline all in one easy-to-manage and editable report. The time savings aspect and pipeline management is my main usecase.

  ### 29. Scratchpad is a life saver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott W. | Strategic Account Executive - Healthcare, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

One of my colleauges introduced me to Scratchpad about a year ago and I was reluctant to use is as our company is very stringent when it comes to SalesForce, how data is entered and how leads are followed up with. After months of frustration using legacy SF I was looking for an alternative and Scratchpad saved my bacon! It is so easy to use and customize that I'm hooked and pay for the monthly subscription out of my own pocket. It literally saves me at least 1-2+ hours per day and my followup is more accurate and timely as I HATE creating tasks in SF. As a senior sales person with 25+ years of technology sales experience I plan to use Scratchpad for the remainder of my career.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I would like to have the ability to move or shrink the far left column on the main dashboard for my pipeline. I consider myself a novice user so don't really have a lot of other constructive feedback.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to create a customized view and use of SalesForce specifically for my role which is saving me 1-2 hours daily for certain tasks which gives me more time to focus on my actual job.

  ### 30. Gamechanger for day-to-day AE productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clayton B. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad dramatically accelerates the time it takes for me to do anything Salesforce, pipeline, or account management related. I helped champion bringing it in to my last organization and have been a huge fan ever since, so I was excited when I learned that my current company had already adopted it.

Even lifelong Salesforce users have joined the fanclub, being surprised at just how much they find themselves loving Scratchpad.

I'm in it daily to manage my pipeline, next steps, and getting a birds-eye view of active opportunities without the mess of working through Salesforce. That being said, I also leverage it heavily for note-taking (and creating visibility), building a plan of attack with my SDR, and more. I'm actually a huge fan of building out account lists, tiering, and other more powerful things that would either be slow in Salesforce or just way too difficult.

Simply put, Scratchpad is a great example of how a tool is only as powerful as the adoption -- Scratchpad nails the adoption part. They also walk you through onboarding when you first get started and the support is great at customizing your needs and experience.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad does uplevel the org a lot, but I wish they'd invest a bit more in two areas.

1. Notes are not as robust as other tools. I'd imagine this is somewhat determined by underlying SFDC capabilities but formatting would be helpful, even if it doesn't passthrough in Salesforce itself.

2. I think there is more to be done with Automations and surfacing more examples of exactly how these could be used both by leadership and individual users.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad uplevels the speed and efficiency at which I can manage my pipeline, while not sucking up hours of my day (unlike SFDC itself). Specifically, updates are much faster, bi-directional, and allows me to even build reports in a much cleaner way that can be shared.

I've also built a lot of discovery templates for team-sharing with the team.

  ### 31. Scratchpad helped me create a fast and efficient workflow!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael R. | Life Insurance Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The ability to create personalilzed views that work for me. Too often, companies set up the workflow for you, but it doesn't allow personal flexibility. Scratchpad allows me to set up my workflow just the way I want to. As a CSM, I love how streamlined it is to add new contacts, take notes and document next steps with my customers in one easy to use screen. I can bring in just the fields that I need without having to see all of the clutter that goes along with Salesforce.

In addition, the customer support provided by Scratchpad has been nothing short of amazing. From the early stages, Alex worked with everyone on my team to ensure we were set up properly and taking advantage of all of the features. Scratchpad is super easy to use and and will save you a ton of time on documentation tasks.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I would like the ability to add attachments to my notes.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow
Documentation
Organization
Task Completion

  ### 32. A product that is growing with us

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan K. | Revenue Systems Manager , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love that our reps love using Scratchpad. The user experience is phenomenal and keeps our reps conditioned to make updates to their salesforce records. Also their support is top notch! They are quick to respond and pateint to enable new features.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There are still some features that are missing from the product that may seem minute but would most certainly make the tool more sticky. One example is the absence of predefined values when creating new records from a specific object.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my eyes, Scratchpad is solving the pain of keeping Salesforce up to date for our reps. It is the type of tool that equips reps with the ability to quickly keep SFDC clean. If any rep comes forth and complains about their inability to keep their pipeline up to date, they no longer have an excuse. Scratchpad is the solution to that complaint. Which in turn makes my job so much easier!

  ### 33. Highly recommend and I know i'm only using a piece of what they have to offer.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark V. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I am in it daily to do my updates and review my existig pipeline. The fact that it is seamless no matter what website or application I'm in makes it crucial to my daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I don't know if there is something specific I dislike other than creation of reports is somewhat confusing.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problems being solved as an AE is time savings right now. I am in there daily updating and doing pipeline review either with my BDR, manager or on my own. Also, the note taking ability is keeping me organized and allows me to go back and find important topics quickly. Even better yet it is already updated in SF for me. My Solutions Engineers love this as we prep for important demos.....they know I have content there already they don't have to ask me for ahead of our prep calls.

  ### 34. Game Changing UX

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ray B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Makes using Salesforce a pleasant experience!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Adding new items goes to the bottom of the list. Can't simply hit a button and have them all alphabetically ordered. And you can't sort after that. You have to redo the entire list manually.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to enter information into Salesforce from any browser window I may be in. I rarely ever have to go into Salesforce as an app now. SO MUCH FASTER!

  ### 35. Great time saving app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Instant direct access to SFDC data without any of the SFDC barriers

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Some of the advanced features seem complex

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best way to do mass clean ups of legacy data

  ### 36. Scratchpad saves me time and enables me to do my job better!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I am able to make opportunuty field updates much better than in Salesforce or Clari. This saves me time and keeps me compliant.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I am a one-off user, so my company is not in sync with me.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all the required Opportunity fields updated. Also - our Salesforce instance is very messy. I am able to use Scratchpad to help keep me out of Disaster Mode.

  ### 37. Unified Salesforce collaboration experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The ability to link all your notes and Salesforce records together in one place.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The notes I share through Salesforce from my Scratchpad environment cannot be opened by my colleagues that do not have a Scratchpad account, and it is difficult to convince people to adopt a new piece of technology even if it could be efficient.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chaotic notetaking and cluttered task management. Scratchpad keeps everything as unified as possible and makes it more likely to have my relevant notes ready for a meeting.

  ### 38. Makes managing pipeline a breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Super intuitive and easy to use. Makes the hardest part of my day (sifting through salesforce reports to update pipeline and opportunities) a breeze. The ability to quickly edit necessary fields, keep everything up to date, and know it's being mapped back into SFDC is a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Overall been a positive early experience using the tool. I think having increased capabilities for collaboration would be awesome. As an IC it would be great to have ways to better collaborate with my manager directly within Scratchpad. That being said, it has leveled up our 1:1s and strategizing as is.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is solving the age-old problem of keeping salesforce up to date. Salesforce, however, is notoriously not user-friendly especially when it comes to managing pipeline / keeping opportunities up to date. It's helping me get better visibility into my pipeline, reduce the time spent on manual tasks, and it's helping me and my manager gameplan and strategize more effectively.

  ### 39. CRM Optimization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Salesforce is widely recognized as the CRM industry standard and for good reason, though it's not without its faults (e.g. UI & flexibility). Scratchpad fills all of the inherent gaps in Salesforfe, making it an even invaluable tool. Furthermore, the customer service is unmatched. Their knowledgable team of trainers are some of the most helpful people I've worked with and they're willing to help on an individual basis at any time. You can tell they're genuinely passionate about what they do.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The Filtering, Highlighting & Grouping capabilities for Tasks is one of my favorite tools, but I'd love to be able to sort the tasks based on different column values similiar to Sheets or Excel.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me to better organize all of my Tasks and Opportunities rather than the standard Salesforce UI which can seem daunting and isn't very flexible. The ability to gain customer insights and take call notes with the single click of a button on a Contact is also a huge highlight.

  ### 40. A great tool for productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is an incredible asset for sales professionals because it simplifies the entire arduous process of updating your CRM and makes it user-friendly. It's a tool that I genuinely enjoy using, not only because of its clean and user-friendly interface, but also because it streamlines the process of obtaining the necessary information to succeed in my role. Also, their support is second to NONE. Scratchpad's employees truly love helping their clients get the most out of the tool. Amazing support.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

What I struggle most about fully adopting Scratchpad in my mind is its apparent redundancy as well as lack of clarity on the unique value proposition other than "a better a salesforce." This is probably a "me" problem but I feel like its the greatest area of opportunity for myself.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salespeople tend to hate updating their CRM. Scratchpad fixes this by removing a lot of the friction that is typically found in doing menial tasks like updating opportunities, making notes and managing information.

  ### 41. Scratchpad has changed my worklife tremendously. All for the better!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

If is fast, easy, and the Scratchpad team and our CRM manager has added the fields my team and I need for the highly specialized services we sell. We can update, track, and report to management from a single place. Furthermore, we've created specific views for each person who needs access to deal progress and pipeline, without the need to contact the individual reps. Extremely versatile and useful. I no longer need to track deals using spreadsheets linked to the CRM.

And this is super important! Scratchpad has the best customer service team I've ever had the pleasure of working with in any context! Responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, cheerful. Keep up the good work!
Thank you!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I can't think of anything I don't like about Scratchpad. Now that we have management using the views, life is much better!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad has made updating and tracking deals, tasks, etc. super easy. Furthermore, we presented Scratchpad to our management team (all the way up to C Suite) and created specific views for each person so they can see details of every deal in a format that they like. Has freed up a lot of time, and reduced the number of meetings/calls I get for updates.

  ### 42. Scratchpad Saves Hours!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

My favorite thing about Scratchpad is the ability to be able to instantly update multiple Salesforce records at once. Having all of this data in one place, using Scratchpad, saves me hours of manual updates in Salesforce. I use this tool daily!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The Scratchpad "lite" minimum sync maxes out at 100 so after 100 syncs each month, I am unable to use it until the following month. I currently do not have a paid subscription to Scratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is solving the ultimate problem for me, which is having to open up multiple salesforce records to update only a few fields. With scratchpad, I can update everything all in one place and it automatically syncs over, saving me so much time.

  ### 43. Scratchpad is a game changer for all sales reps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ignacio M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad has helped our organization by greatly reducing the time it takes for reps to update their Opps in Salesforce, and therefore also helping maintain our pipeline information as updated as ever. The views that Scratchpad offers make it a very valuable tool both for reps to complete their pipeline information, and for managers to be able to do pipeline reviews.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There are a couple of features that are still being developed, but the team always hears our suggestions and tries to include them in their product roadmap.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that Scratchpad is solving is the time it used to take for reps to complete and update their pipeline in Salesforce.
Also, from a management perspective, it's much easier to do a pipeline reviews with the reps having everything centered in one view.

  ### 44. Review for scratchpad

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eli D. | AE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Very clear insights regarding opps and accounts.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not well integrated to CRM and not provide enough clarity on forcasts.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see updated status of my accounts.

  ### 45. Beautiful experience, eliminates need for repeated SFDC entries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The user experience and interface are beautiful and welcoming...not the standard sterile environments of so many other CRMs out there. The ability to customize my in-call notes and record keeping on the fly and added capability allowing to attache to opps and accounts and immediately provide the added visibility into the opportunity progress (including MEDDPICC) for leadership, is immenselyt helpful. The less I have to go into Salesforce throughout the day, the better.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not a whole lot I dislike, currently. Really enjoying how it makes the "admin" side of my role, better and less duplication.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminates repeated and duplicative processes and less enjoyable work within other CRM related apps.

  ### 46. The Reincarnation of SFDC.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karl D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It makes SFDC easy to use. We all know that SFDC is a 'previous generation' solution. The interface, even the latest one, is bad. What requires 3 clicks in next gen solutions still requires 10 in SFDC. That breaks the sales team's apetite and discipline to update the data and as a result disables leaders to do their job. And that's a problem.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Yet another tool of course. So the next step should be the possibility to consolidate other tools. I believe with the forecast features well on track to be more than an alternative to Clari which is overly expensive.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SFDC input, reporting, ...

  ### 47. Scratchpad is a great app!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love how Scratchpad makes it easier to leave notes, manage tasks (HUGE) and visualize deals in a more flexible and easy way. Their support is very fast to reply, and the team is very responsive if I have any issues. Still digging in and learning more all the time!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I wish there was a solid integration with Front (our email app we use) but it's easy to reference a record in browser, so it's not such a big deal. If there was a way to make calls through it with a Zoom integration (and track them through SF) it would also be excellent.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not easy or fast to add information to Salesforce, so Scratchpad makes it quick to move through tasks, update SF records, and other manual processes. It's helpful to do a quick reference as well

  ### 48. Saving your working time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hiroshi O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is really intuitive. If I want to update something, I just need to click in that field thne update. If I want to create something, just push Ctrl+J. Response time is crucial. Scratchpad is really fast.

Probably it is difficult to feel the benefit of Scratchpad if you don't try. But if you try it, you will be a fan of Scratchpad.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Probably Scratchpad is updated very often. Sometimes, I will face the degration. At that time, if I report the issue, the fix is really fast. So it is still acceptable.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest issue of SFDC for my company is not to support in-line edit function. SFDC is too slow to update each opportunity. This is really stressful. Scratchpad solve this issue.

  ### 49. Daily use to drive renewal forecast, upsell forecast, and customer health

I use this multilple times every day. Kills 1000 clicks and reports you'd have to spend hours on in Salesforce. I can run my renewal forecast, upsell forecast, and customer health cadence calls all from scratchpad sheets.

When I need to quickly summarize ARR, and churn risk, a few clicks to export and manipulate in excel is easy.

I pinged on a few support questions, and got an even better response than expected.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Would love a way to assign and track action items out of forecast calls. Would also like ability to see the sheets offline.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I dont have to spend hours logging into Salesforce, and crafting reports/dashboards to track business metrics. I also dont have to spend hours clicking my way through Salesforce to update key fields.

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Must have for Salesforce users, Scratchpad is fantastic for organizing information across multiple opportunities + accounts into a very readible way.

For anyone on the fence the timesave is incredible, and only increases the more accounts you're currently working / prospecting in your territory.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Takes a bit of upfront time to make sure you have the right filters to pull the information from Salesforce you need into different views, but that's not unique to Scratchpad, everything else is great.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping information organized in a neat and concise way.

Helps me stay on track and organized with my revenue pipeline.
