Clearskies: The context layer for revenue AI Clearskies is Scratchpad's context layer for revenue teams using AI. It connects your CRM, call transcripts, email, calendar, and Slack into a single Customer Context Graph — so when your team asks Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI about a deal, an account, or the pipeline, the answer is built from every source, not just one. Sales leaders use Clearskies to: - Get pre-call briefs that pull from every system — not just the CRM - Detect pipeline risk across all channels, not just stalled CRM stages - Run win-loss analysis from actual calls and emails, not disposition codes - Surface coaching moments from every rep call with timestamps - Keep the CRM updated automatically after every interaction - Qualify deals against MEDDPICC or custom criteria using real signals Clearskies works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. It connects to Claude via MCP and works with ChatGPT and any LLM. Usage-based pricing with no per-seat fees. Two products. One team. One belief: Revenue teams are sitting on enormous amounts of signal across their tools. Scratchpad removes the admin work so sellers can sell. Clearskies makes that signal available to AI so every answer, every brief, and every pipeline review reflects what's actually happening — not what someone remembered to log. ## Scratchpad Reviews
  ### 1. Sales Ops' Best Friend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is an incredible tool to help sales organizations take control of and streamline pipeline management and support seller onboarding. However, since we initially brought on Scratchpad over a year ago, it has become so much more than that. Scratchpad has since launched Automations and Cards and are working on several new product features that we are very excited about. Through the Notes feature, our use of the tool has expanded to include our Customer Success team, allowing us to drive better collaboration between Sales and CS and avoid silos in communication.
Perhaps even more valuable than the tool is the support we receive from everyone at Scratchpad. We constantly challenge their team to help us use Scratchpad to solve new problems, even if it is out of the tool's scope and are always met with creative solutions. While Scratchpad is clearly Operation's best friend, our reps also love Scratchpad; we constantly receive positive feedback about their experience using the tool and how much it aids in workflow efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There isn't much to dislike about Scratchpad, but having a mobile version or compatibility outside of Chrome would be next level!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is helping us tackle many common challenges found in sales organizations from an operations perspective - pipeline hygiene, first and foremost, as well as supporting our forecasting efforts, communication, and reporting needs.

  ### 2. Amazing tool to simplify complex Salesforce workflows and save time!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alice S. | Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is simple and easy to use, saving so much time not having to dive in to the complexity of Salesforce. The instant updates to Salesforce and ability to pull in all fields allow for personalisation for individuals makes Scratchpad a key tool for our revenue org!

We also have the most amazing CSM, Kate who is always keen to support with training and troubleshooting if we have queries.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not much! Would be great to have the ability to integrate with Gong call recordings and pull in Salesforce activities.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps the sales team to keep their Salesforce heigine in check, save time in their busy days and optimize their time spent on admin.

  ### 3. Scratchpad is hands down the best sales tool out there

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is a MASSIVE upgrade from the clunky workflows in SFDC. I started using Scratchpad in a sales ops role, and now I'm using it as an account executive; it just keeps getting better. My sales activities can be done in 1/10th of the time, and I can easily collaborate in real time on any opportunity/account. We've implemented it across teams, so that CS and Sales are continuously operating on the same data and views. It's flexible enough that you can customize it to your liking (unlike SFDC where it's impossible to figure out how to do anything, and I have a SWE background). Honestly, just a good example of value add technology that has helped our team be better salespeople.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Once more visualizations are available for dashboards/reporting, that will make it so that we can do literally everything in Scratchpad - from forecasting, sales ops, notes, actions, updating ops, CS, etc. No negatives really, even the customer support is top notch. I love Scratchpad!!!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing opportunities as an AE, and managing existing accounts in collaboration with the Customer Success team. Super helpful to have the opp open during meetings for context, notes, actions.

  ### 4. First thing I open in the morning, and the photos they select always put a smile on my face!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

My favorite feature is being able to have a more user-friendly, simple way to see my territory. As an SDR I'm often keeping track of my accounts, with scratchpads I add notes and easily share with my AE, they automatically get sent to Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Limited Formatting Options: Scratchpad is primarily designed for creating simple text-based notes, and it lacks advanced formatting options such as font styles, colors, and sizes.
No Offline Access: Scratchpad is an online platform, and users need an active internet connection to access and use it. This lack of offline access may be inconvenient for some users who want to use the platform when they are not connected to the internet.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing Notes: One of the primary problems that Scratchpad solves is the scattered nature of notes across different devices and platforms. Scratchpad allows me to store all my notes in one central location, making it easier to find and access their notes when they need them. This feature helps me save time and improve productivity.

Easy to Use: Scratchpad's user interface is simple and easy to navigate, making it accessible to users of all skill levels. This ease of use helps me quickly create, organize, and edit notes, saving time and effort.

  ### 5. Simplifying Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander C. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

ScratchPad has made the life of an Account Executive that much easier. When you think what I hate most about sales, it's the mundane process of updating Salesforce and logging information. SP makes that process extremely easy by customizing the fields that you fill in most and automatically updating salesforce in real time.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing in particular. It takes a great job at doing exactly what it sets out to do which is saving time that would be otherwise spent logging into salesforce and manually updating fields.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Scratchpad, it would always be the worst part of the day/week when you would have to manually update salesforce opportunities, deals, etc but Scratchpad makes it easy to customize everything in one place so you can have a hollistic view of your deals. If you need to update a deal, you can do it on the fly and it syncs to salesforce in real time.

  ### 6. Literally life changing, not joking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I went from taking hours updating Salesforce in it's UI at the end of the day to doing it instantly while on calls. I'm so much faster and can access information about my prospects so much easier. I can not recommend Scratchpad enough. I don't know what I would do without it.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Honestly nothing. The only reason I'm writing in this field is because G2 requires it. And now I have to reach a minimum character count... Which is reached in 87654321. :-)

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's painfully slow to update things in Salesforce. It's also painfully hard to provide a good UI for sales folks inside Salesforce too. Breaking things into little cards and the UI for the reports has been completely game changing. Also beingable to access it from any time with the click of "command j" gives me and my team 5x the speed we had before. That speed makes it so we have so much better notes and input into Salesforce as well which is great for long term data clarity.

  ### 7. No more random post-it notes!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I really appreciate that it eliminates the need for me to go into Salesforce - in previous roles, I would have multiple tabs open to update next steps in all of my opportunities, etc. With Scatchpad, I can easily do this in seconds in a user-friendly interface. I also really appreciate their workflow specialists, who have enabled me to get the most out of the tool through 1:1 sessions (shoutout to Beth and Alaina!). They set-up customized grid views with relevant filters for fields that are important to my team specifically. It keeps me focused and organized for my day to day!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There is nothing that I dislike about the platform; the only thing I'd say is there is a bit of a learning curve to using it -- but that is why I found the scheduled 1:1s with a specialist so helpful!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping up to date, accurate records in Salesforce -- Scratchpad allows me to do this so much faster and all in one tab. I no longer have to dread updating my notes/next steps for pipeline review + forecasting.

  ### 8. A helpful tool for creating and managing pipeline in SalesForce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaiah S. | Senior Business Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

When I used Scratchpad, I really liked the UI and the design. It was very easy on the eyes and provided a clean view of the dreaded "description field" in SalesForce that I often had trouble viewing and editing on the lead record.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad didn't integrate with SalesLoft, the sales automation platform I was using to manage most of my workday. Since that was where I spent most of my time during the day logging prospect notes and completing tasks, it was a little harder to translate those notes to the right fields in SalesForce.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad was solving the issue of editing and managing pipeline (more specifically, notes for each prospect/lead) in SalesForce. That was more helpful for one specific case when I needed to convert a lead and create an opportunity, although most of my day and workflow was managed in the sales automation platform I was using.

  ### 9. Tailor your view to how you work. Simplify Salesforce to the way you work.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Enterprise Account Executive - Southeast, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Everything! Building views for existing accounts and opportunities that align with what I need to see. Ability to update systems in one place without having to jump from section to section in SF.

Centralized notes, one view with tabs for customers. Ability to link the notes to the account, the contact, the opportunity. Still one view though.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

That I'm only using the free version. Wish that there was a way to buy a single license to unlock all the additional potential.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing action
- one pain across multiple SF sections
- notes in one place, not decentralize like in SF
- easy to create views that you can update, unlike SF

  ### 10. Scratchpad helps with managing pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaimarr P. | Executive Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The ease of use and the integrations with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing instantly comes to mind as a negative.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization challenges and working with multiple systems for note taking.

  ### 11. Great experience, made updating deals so much more comprehendible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Ease of use, nice layout. Makes deals so much easier to update, view in a holistic way. Really a gamechanger.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing really, I loved it all and it made my job way easier.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updating deals, forecasting deals, seeing views in a drilled down view, or holistic view when needed.

  ### 12. I Love Scratchpad

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is a fantastic resource for me as a seller. The ability to customize how I interact with Salesforce allows me to provide the reporting and clarity my team needs.

Additionally, the support and workflow team is outstanding. I have worked with two team members now, and both have been outstanding. They are super consultative, help you brainstorm new workflows, and make the tool a truly remarkable experience.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

This section is required.

There is actually nothing that I dislike about Scratchpad. I recommend it to everyone that I work with. I have recommended it to my Mom and Dad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad makes dealing with Salesforce a much better experience. Salesforce is a truly horrible application from a user-experience perspective. Scratchpad fixes all of its problems and makes data entry significantly more bearable.

The UI is responsive, flexible, and intuitive (all things that are not true about Salesforce).

  ### 13. Strategic Account Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

it easy to navigate with a single pane of glass. allowing updates to my next steps, and viewing my priority opportunties to ensure i am in sync with follow-up in a timely manner

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

its a little thing but when make changes to my next steps. I need to double click my cursor in order to edit comments.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate records and timely follow-up

  ### 14. Scratchpad helps me work more efficiently

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad makes it easy to log my client interactions in Salesforce. The most helpful feature is the ability to pull up the hot key menu from any browser window. This allows me to log notes in the natural course of my workflow without having to context switch.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not much to dislike! After I developed a workflow that worked for me, it has been smooth sailing ever since.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad helps me work more efficiently and reduces tool fatigue. I use 10-15 different applications daily, and being able to log my interactions from any window without having to find a specific page in Salesforce is a huge time saver.

  ### 15. Cannot live without scratchpad

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It makes it so easy to view and update my pipeline. Further, making new contacts/opps is super easy - I've recommended Scratchpad to at least a dozen friends and they all agree. Also their customer success is awesome

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing - I am a huge fan of scratchpad. Would recommend it for everyone

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying on top of my pipeline and adjusting fields quickly

  ### 16. Scratchpad makes pipeline & account management a breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I've used Scratchpad both from a leadership perspective and as an individual contributor. It's super easy to enter information in one cosolidated view to update your pipeline and manage your territory. Changing fields on a report is extremely easy. I've set up lots of different views for both myself and those on our business development team that I work with daily to pursue target accounts.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

One thing that is nice about reviewing your pipeline in other platforms is they give you a visual overview on recent activity, engagement, and how many different personas you have attached to an opporunity. This is not accomplished within Scratchpad although the simplicity of it is a real benefit.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad makes data entry significantly easier and consolidates everything into one simplified view. It's all the first thing you seeing when opening up your browser- nice touch!

  ### 17. Time Saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

quick access to the information that I need

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

nothing, this solution is everything I expected

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping Management up to date

  ### 18. Scratchpad helped me optimize my day to day

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jazmin Z. | SDR New Business México y Centroamérica, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I'm from Mexico, and what I like most about Scratchpad is that they give me support in Spanish, despite the fact that most people speak English, I've had a fantastic experience with the human quality of customer service, on the part technology, what I liked the most is the practicality you have to have a vision of your leads and the ease with which you can edit the fields. IT'S INCREDIBLE! It saves me more than 3 minutes that it took me to open the lead in salesforce directly

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

What I dislike is that it does not fully display the leads in the tray What I dislike is that it does not fully display the prospects in the tray, also that it is not possible to integrate the calendars to add customer calls.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it solves is that it took too long to go between pages and fields to edit a lead, and now it can be done directly with just 2 clicks. I love it!

  ### 19. Makes admin as BDR much easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Me personally I would be more happy if Scratchpad would have a bit more color elements. Who knows, maybe they will develop the product towards a unique UI for SDR/BDR purely focued on outbounding and prospecting? Comared to Salesforce Scratchpad just saves time: I update fields (notes, account tiering) on seemlessly on my screen without salesforce's "edit > save" and just this saves soooo much time! Building reportings is much easier, too. I use Scratchpad to create new contacts/accounts via shortcut and edit notes on my account. All this with a free version. Great timesaver!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

If the product develops into a whole UI for sales more colors and icon would be maybe needed to enrich the slick design

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves time on updating contacts and accounts and creating quick reports compared to just using Salesforce

  ### 20. If I had to bet my quota on one sales tool, it would be Scratchpad

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Task management, pipeline management, the ability to update tasks in two clicks, and scheduling out the day. My whole team started using it after I showed them.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I don't know what I don't know! I'm sure there are plenty of benefits to Scratchpad that I don't use. Occasionally there are glitches where a task doesn't complete even though you click complete

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time is money. In a former life it took me an hour to do 30 tasks on SFDC if not more, today I can do 60+ tasks in an hour using Scratchpad. They aren't even comparable.

  ### 21. Review of Scratchpad

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Allows me to work on my pipeline more quickly, I get to see all my accounts in one place.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

It's not always the most intuitive, there are some things that don't port over from SF to Scratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to multitask most of the time, working on my pipeline quickly.

  ### 22. Great tool but trying to understand how it helps my day-to-day

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I like the ability to export SF reports utilizing Scratchpad. The ability to edit accounts, opportunities and contacts is helpful versus the alternative of logging into SF.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I dislike how it takes over every new window I open on Chrome. It's not a big enough impact to my day where I would want it to open everytime I utilize Chrome.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving me some time back. Rather than logging into SF reports, opening each account separately, selecting "edit" and then making changes - I can do that from a Scratchpad report on a single screen.

  ### 23. Must Try for Salesforce Notes!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Safety | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love the fact that you can have all of your Salesforce notes in one central place. The organization and integration with the CRM has saved me tons of time with note workflow and deal management.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I really don't have any complaints or dislikes

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

note organization for opps and accounts

  ### 24. Scratchpad = Game changer!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The automation that scratchpad provides is fantastic! It is saving me huge amounts of time in opportunity management meaning more time to focus on whats important - speaking to customers!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not much, a few Salesforce workflows we have that cannot be automated yet

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeding up manipulation of sfdc opportinites

  ### 25. Simplify updates and tasks from Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Simple integration with Salesforce, which makes it easy to use by listing the data from Salesforce in a way the info can be quickly updated and sent back to the relevant register. It's a hub for updates and tasks that has become the center of my workday

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not anything to dislike about Scratchpad itself, but the need to teach sales people how to use another platform, this has possibly been the biggest hurdle to adoption, since many sales people see it as a completely different application.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the input of data into Salesforce

  ### 26. Way Faster

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love that it instantly syncs all the changes back to SFDC, and I didn't have to have any help with setup. I didn't need to ask our Sales Ops or SFDC admin for help. I connected my SFDC login and that was it.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The search bar at times will only open from a Scratchpad tab vs a browser tab. The report building/widget functions are a bit confusing for a low tech person like me.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SFDC Lightning/console is SLOW. I have to update lead statuses to various stages that just take forever. Inline editing also takes forever. I can do all of that very quickly with Scratchpad, and like I said, I didn't have to get any other person involved. Just paid for it myself, expensed it, and moved on.

  ### 27. Great tool for time saving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

SalesForce sync. It's great to have all my open opportunities in one single dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Some features aren't available for sync on SalesForce through Scratchpad

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using SalesForce maybe be not user friendly some times for sales. Scratchpad solves this problem, creating a great experience between both tools

  ### 28. Great experience for note-taking and staying on top of Salesforce opportunities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Note taking is very easy, and it allows me to sync directly with Salesforce to keep on top of my accounts. They also have fantastic enablement!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I was going to say I had not figured out how to do bullet points, but I just googled it and it is actually pretty easy - just type a hyphen, followed by the spacebar

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have made it easy for me to keep on top of customer calls, and automatically add back into Salesforce. Additionally, they allow for better oppty views than SFDC.

  ### 29. Never again spend hours updating your pipeline in Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The ability to quickly update various different fields within Salesforce -- from contacts, to opportunities, to close dates. It saves you hours of clicking around in Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing glaring that I don't like. For what it does, it does an amazing job.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is helping me speed up my time spent updating everything in Salesforce. This is giving me time back in my day. It is also allowing me to seamlessly move between prospecting tasks with greater speed and efficiency.

  ### 30. Simplifying the SalesForce user experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis A. | Client Services Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Easy and fast access. I use Scratchpad to search for opportunities, make updates and add notes. It saves me a lot of time! I can always click a button to access opportunity in SFDC, if need be.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There are certain things I still have to use SFDC for, like reviewing or creating a Life Cycle Responsibility Matrix.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can access Deal IDs / Opportunities quickly and with just a few clicks. The search engine works way better and faster than the actual search options in SFDC.

  ### 31. Scratchpad making note-taking easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Very easy to keep notes organized and use templates/frameworks for calls

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Would be interesting to see if scratchpad can suggest attaching notes to different contacts/leads based on the conversation notes.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me with notetaking and keeping track of all my opportunities

  ### 32. Time saver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan S. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is intuitive and immediately adds efficiency to your workflow due to the ease of updating SFDC and customizing fields to your specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Tiny kinks (that likely will get ironed out soon) that I've already suggested in the "Wish" icon. Otherwise, I disklike nothing.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Faster prospecting capabilities (speed of updating SFDC account fields and manually adding contacts and contact information)
- Opportunity maintenance (speed of immediately updating fields necessary)
- Customized view of account report
- Notetaking
- Deal Management / Next Steps

  ### 33. Love Scratchpad

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

the integraton saves me hours of salesforce updates

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

nothing. for what i use salesforce for, scratchpad is the perfect tool

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

time to update accounts/pipeline management

  ### 34. Convenient tool for note-taking, pipeline updating, and general organization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke B. | Client Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Love the gcal integration that let's you launch a note right from the meeting invite and seamlessly tie it to salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Note editor is a little bare bones. Also, the inability to organize notes by most recent within the customer account view is frustrating.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to easily create, track, and organize meeting notes and seamlessly tie them to salesforce. The ability to quickly update opportunity status on one page rather than having to go into each individual opportunity and hunt and peck within salesforce.

  ### 35. Excellent tool for SFDC users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitchell O. | H, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Makes using Salesforce easy, excellent CS team, easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

It's not available on Hubspot, although Hubspot isn't anywhere near as painful as SFDC

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easy to update opportunities, companies and contacts
Driving adoption of salesforce

  ### 36. Great tool but didn't have everything to solve my team's pain points.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I like how easy it is to update opportunities, accounts, etc. That definitely saved myself some time each day and week.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

One of my biggest pain points for the team is tracking emails and activities in an efficient way. I wish there was a way to pull Gmail right into scratchpad so it could track the emails being sent and tie them to the contact. The current Gmail tool for Salesforce is nice, but it bogs down and slows things down sometimes.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the need to switch back and forth between accounts, contacts, opportunities, tasks, etc. It' s nice to have everything on one screen and be able to make a lot of updates quickly.

  ### 37. Scratchpad simplifies our salesforce process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charmie W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad has made it easier for our sales, account management team and strategy team to all be on the same page. There is less distractions and is much more user friendly for our team to work simultaneously from.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

We use scratchpad simultaneously with our Salesforce and mainly use scratchpad for update accounts and notes quickly. There isnt anything I dislike about Scratchpad. It's less features but that is also the benefit of it, it more simplified.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes team alignment and note keeping easier for assigned accounts. We mainly use it for our sales meetings to go over account status. The availability to create your own dashboards for viewing is a great value in segmenting our customer base.

  ### 38. A Streamlined tool to save multiple hours of work each and every week!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Being able to update records from SalesForce in a spreadsheet format in Scratchpad that way you don't have to open up individual accounts saves so much time!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There is not much that I dislike about Scratchpad, they listen to customer feedback and work on growing their product.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to bring multiple reports into one simple view is awesome! Also the highlight feature is such a great tool to see if there is anything missing.

  ### 39. Makes operating within Salesforce very easy and simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven H. | Director, Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

the ease of use when it comes to reviewing data from salesforce and updating it across the board across multiple columns and fields

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

You do have to rebuild the majority of your reports within the scratchpad experience rather than accessing what has been created already in Salesforce

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The amount of time it takes updating a pipeline reports, the amount of time it takes to update fields across a large subset of accounts, creating updated in certain fields for leadership review

  ### 40. Update CRM in minutes!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I can easily see all my opps and details in one spot and update all at the same time. Additionally, I can change layout instantly.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Seems to log me out constantly. But the re-login process is seamless and easy.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is saving me time on updating my deals.

**Official Response from Nicole Tan:**

> Hey Chad! Thanks for dropping us a quick review. I'm sorry to hear you're being kicked out of the app regularly (but also glad that the sign-on process is uncomplicated). Is this still a problem? I'd love for our team to dig into why this is happening to you. That extra couple seconds can't be helpful for your long-term efficiency, and we can't have that!

  ### 41. Great Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I loved being able to book time 1:1 to design my scratchpad layout. I have only used Salesforce for 4 months and was overwhelmed. The scratchpad consultant, Luis helped me tremendously. Seeing the last touch point has been a game changer when prospecting.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

So far, so good! I feel like I just scratched the surface. Looking forward to booking more time to optimize the platform.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my pipeline up to date and where each deal is for forecasting.

  ### 42. SFDC without the lag..

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

That I can't get more than 100 credits :(

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me priortize my pipeline and save time working in Salesforce

  ### 43. Great solution

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I enjoy how user friendly it is the most

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Sometimes the mapping with salesforce can be confusing

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's able to keep things in a centralized space and make things more user friendly

  ### 44. Lightweight, configurable and highly addictive!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad unlocks a ton of efficiencies, especially if you're still using Salesforce Classic. I recently migrated from google to Microsoft, and SP's notes functionality has become my home for all opp notes, 1:1s, and to-do lists.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I wish that notes could go directly into fields within salesforce, and that SP had notifications or reminders capabilities. Otherwise, not a thing.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad ensures I'm able to collaborate with teammates and managers on individual opps in way that makes sense for us, and it allows us to keep each other accountable. It also gives me shortcuts to the fields that matter most in SFDC so that I can update my accounts and opportunities more easily.

  ### 45. Makes my day so much easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad takes the ugly out of Salesforce and turns it into a masterpiece. We all know how much of a beast SF can be and how difficult it can make the simplest of tasks-like just changing quick fields requires multiple clicks, screen loading time, and save. With SP, I can just make the change on one screen! The shortcut to add info to SP while you are on LinkedIn or any other website is super convenient.

The ability to turn reports, opportunities, and lists into more visually digestible data is extremely helpful. Looking at SF looks like a 1985 library system and while SP is clean, modern, and user-friendly.

Plus, the team at SP is incredible. I've had the pleasure of working with them at two companies. Each time they were patient and understanding of what my needs are. Plus, they absolutely take into consideration what you say would be helpful as far as changes go with their product.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I do wish I could have multiple account/contact tabs open at once. Would be nice to have 'My Views' be able to open in a second or third tab. Otherwise, I haven't really had any issues but know if I did, the team would be able to help fix or find a solution!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes SF admin work much quicker, is easier to use than SF, and generally makes things look more presentable. Even the picture of the day brings a smile to my face and I look forward to what it will be each day.

  ### 46. Scratchpad streamlines sales workflows with a smooth interface and enjoyable data updating.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

How Scratchpad caters to the needs of sales professionals with a smooth and integrated platform that makes it easy to track deals, develop sales plans, and take detailed notes without leaving the platform, and how it transforms updating data into an enjoyable experience that frees up more time to focus on building customer relationships and advancing deals.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The free version of Scratchpad has limitations, so it's challenging to persuade decision-makers to invest in the platform without being able to fully demonstrate its value to the organization.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to inline edit and quickly access contact information, such as adding new contacts or checking a contact's status, from any webpage is a game-changer.

  ### 47. Scratchpad helps supercharge pipeline management and ramping new reps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jani M. | Sales Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

We brought Scratchpad into our organization as we were building and ramping a new sales team. We found it to be highly intuitive, especially for reps who didn't have extensive background using Salesforce. Since we started using them 6 months ago, we've found value in this across leadership, sellers and other revenue supporting groups such as customer success and solutions directors. It's collaborative for note-taking and adding in information into deals very easily as well as bulk-updates and exports. The sellers are huge fans, and updating tiles is very intuitive. We loved when they launched their automations as we use all the alerts to automate Slack messages and drive better visibility into our pipeline. Their customer service is phenomenal (highly recommend taking advantage of their 1:1s - we are always able to brainstorm with their team members and they are continually innovating to support the customer.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

All in all, Scratchpad drives immediate value. As we've rolled out to more users on our team, there are limitations when it comes to views from a management perspective for pipeline management that still require the team to go into Salesforce or pull reports from there (bringing in Contact Roles and Opportunity teams into pipeline view). Another area that would be helpful would be to see historic snapshots which are stored in Salesforce data to track deals more closely. Also, the feature to add contacts from emails is really nice, but it's a midway solution for really helping maintain CRM hygiene since sellers still will not remember to add manually. The other area I'd love to see improvements are are in the collaboration sphere - allowing more ease of visibility in shared notes. But the benefits still far outweigh any limitations today!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us - it was about ramping up a team quickly and ensuring that we're noting gaps in pipeline hygiene early, especially because it helps us to drive deal analysis and forecasting. Scratchpad allowed for that and because of their catered guidance to each of our reps, everyone was able to quickly get on board with usage, and even shared best practice guidance and lists with each other to help out other teammates. It's great because Scratchpad allows each rep to create their own views, so they can follow their preferred process but still supports our selling motion as a whole.

  ### 48. Great for managing pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher M. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad has saved me tons of time updating Salesforce and managing my pipeline. Usually takes a long time to go into each of my opps and individually update Next steps, dates, numbers etc. Scratchpad makes it all easy to do and see with a few clicks of the mouse. I can also visually see where all of my opps are and how far along each is in my pipeline and update all from the same screen. Saves me a ton of time messing around in salesforce to do the same thing but way slower.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I love the notes feature and use it for all of my opp notes, one thing that would be nice is if there was some way to sync this to the "Ae notes" section in SFDC. I usually copy paste it over into the notes section after linking the notes with my SFDC opp, but if it could automatically sync or if i could type straight into the AE notes section as the notes in scratchpad it would be really helpful. Not sure if this is already a thing that scratchpad can do yet too.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing and updating my pipeline and opps. I have been able to more efficiently track how I am doing as an IC and even my managers have been able to pull up views of my pipe during our 1:1s using scratchpads and talk about it that way as well.

  ### 49. Scratchpad is a major time saver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aimee W. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is super user-friendly. After watching the intro video on their site and downloading it, I immediately started using the tool. Connecting to SFDC, Slack and Google allows me to quickly update SFDC accounts and opportunities and search for information I need from accounts. Scratchpad Command makes it easy to do these tasks from any open tab, not just the Scratchpad site. I can view all my accounts and opportunities on one screen and customize the information I see. What was going to be a week-long task of updating my notes on all of my accounts was done in one afternoon using Scratchpad. I always joke Scratchpad changed my life, and it did because it made my work day SO much more manageable and organized. They send out a series of emails when you first sign up to help you get acquainted with the platform, and a workflow specialist, Vanessa, reached out to help with any questions and ensure I was optimizing my workflow. Vanessa has gone above and beyond, connecting with my team and me to ensure we're up to speed. Cannot recommend this tool enough!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

So far, I haven't encountered anything I dislike about Scratchpad. I find it easy to use, and they have many tools to help if you get stuck. Once you have a flow set up, you're good to go!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAVING TIME! Instead of logging into SFDC and going to individual accounts to make updates or view information, I can view and edit all of my accounts and info on one page. I can add a contact in seconds from a Google Calendar invite. I can quickly view a customer's information from any open webpage. It's easy to stay organized and optimize my time with this tool.

  ### 50. Scratchpad for sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I like the notetaking ability and automatic syncing of those notes to SFDC. Scatchpad is very easy to use as well.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

At times it logs me out and I need to log in more than I would like to.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping call notes all in one place so its easy to go back and get things I need from the call. It automatically loads those notes to my Opportunity or Account on SFDC.
