I like the tiering abilities and the customizable columns. I also appreciate how it connects with Salesforce. What I love most is being able to add and share notes and have different dedicated sections between different team members, which helps me discover accounts. These features save me a lot of time, allowing me to aggregate a lot of data into one visible source, and I can then prioritize my accounts and get an almost bird's eye view of my book of business while cross-collaborating with team members. Scratchpad solves interconnectivity and collaboration problems between SDRs and account executives, especially for sharing notes on target accounts for new business. Scratchpad makes bulk updating a specific salesforce opp so much easier, especially with some of the limitations of salesforce in-line editing. The integrate with salesforce makes things os much easier. Most useful for inputting a bunch of opportunity information at once for whatever forecasting methodology your management uses (MEDDPICC, Force, etc). Especially if you leave it to end of the week right before forecasting call. Wish there was a better way to collaborate on note taking, example\> have account specific notes that both you and your SDR are able to edit at the same time without them needing to click a link every single time. The user experience is phenomenal and keeps our reps conditioned to make updates to their salesforce records. Also their support is top notch! There are still some features that are missing from the product that may seem minute but would most certainly make the tool more sticky. What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you? In my eyes, Scratchpad is solving the pain of keeping Salesforce up to date for our reps. It is the type of tool that equips reps with the ability to quickly keep SFDC clean. If any rep comes forth and complains about their inability to keep their pipeline up to date, they no longer have an excuse. Scratchpad is the solution to that complaint. While it is a valuable tool, there are a few aspects that I believe could be enhanced: Limited Offline Access: One of the drawbacks I've encountered is the limited offline functionality of Scratchpad. It would be beneficial if the application could provide more robust offline access, allowing users to work seamlessly in situations with unreliable or no internet connectivity. Mobile App Optimization: While Scratchpad offers a mobile application, it could benefit from further optimization. Improving the mobile app's performance and feature parity with the desktop version would enhance the overall user experience for those who primarily use mobile devices.
