I like the ability to export SF reports utilizing Scratchpad. The ability to edit accounts, opportunities and contacts is helpful versus the alternative of logging into SF. Rather than logging into SF reports, opening each account separately, selecting "edit" and then making changes - I can do that from a Scratchpad report on a single screen. One of my biggest pain points for the team is tracking emails and activities in an efficient way. I wish there was a way to pull Gmail right into scratchpad so it could track the emails being sent and tie them to the contact.
