I also appreciate how they continuously develop new gamification concepts, which keeps things fresh and engaging. Their campaign formats are really effective at entertaining and activating our customers. **What do you dislike about Scratcher?** What I like least is that setting up campaigns can sometimes take quite a bit of time, since we tend to be very detail-oriented with our creative materials and often want specific adjustments. This sometimes means we need to reach out to support several times before everything looks the way we want. The platform is user-friendly, and if you need help with something extra technical, the Danish support always makes sure it happens quickly. They go very far to make it easier to be a customer. **What do you dislike about Scratcher?** I would like a little more inspiration for campaigns that make sense for our industry.
