Scrapfly has been a practical and dependable way to access sites that simply reject normal cloud-server requests. It gave us browser rendering, anti-bot handling, and proxy options that let us scrape sources like Waverley Council events and Cloudflare-protected publications from Replit when direct requests were blocked. Once I started scraping, I needed more credits, so I upgraded to the Pro plan. After that, I ended up going way over my credits with no notifications or emails. Eventually I received an email saying my overage charges were getting too high. I had no idea I was over my limit, and I didn’t realize it would just keep spending like that. No problem I tried to upgrade to a higher tier, but it wanted me to pay the pay-as-you-go rate on top of the new tier. Customer support says they can't/won’t fix it.
