## Scrapfly Reviews
  ### 1. Bypasses DataDome with Speed and Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neilas J. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I use Scrapfly for scraping and crawling real estate listings, their prices, details and so on. It bypasses DataDome and runs efficient and large data scrapes that common proxies or scripts cannot perform. I like its reasonable price compared to competitors, and the speed of logging in and starting almost instantly. So far I've had no issues or interruptions. It was very easy to set up as a newcomer. It took around 2 minutes, and the API key was right there. I pair it with NodeMaven, Claude Code, and DigitalOcean.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

{"So far, nothing. Maybe the subscription price is just a tad high, but from a technical perspective, no issues, as I've mentioned before, have been encountered on my end."}

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrapfly to scrape and crawl real estate listings, their prices and details. It bypasses DataDome and runs efficient, large data scrapes that common proxies or scripts can't perform.

  ### 2. Scrapfly Makes Complex Web Scraping Reliable and Scalable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bartosz B. | owner of e-commerce, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

What I like most about Scrapfly is that it solves a real problem developers face when working with web data. I appreciate the focus on reliability, scalability, and making complex scraping tasks easier. The combination of strong technical challenges and a product that is actually useful to customers makes the company especially interesting to me.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

If I had to point out one thing, I think the pricing could be a bit more accessible for smaller businesses and individual developers. While the service provides a lot of value, slightly lower entry-level pricing could make it easier for more people to get started with the platform.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrapfly solves the problem of accessing, collecting, and processing data from websites that do not provide a public API or make automated access difficult. This benefits me because it allows me to retrieve data reliably and process it within my own systems and workflows without spending time dealing with anti-bot protections, proxies, browser automation, and infrastructure maintenance. As a result, I can focus on using the data and building business processes rather than solving web scraping challenges.

  ### 3. Great App That Works Smoothly and Reliably

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Federico I. | engenieer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

Everything I need is handled in a single API call—anti-bot bypass, JavaScript rendering, residential proxies, and AI extraction. What used to mean managing a headless browser stack plus a separate proxy provider is now just one endpoint with one key, which makes the whole setup much simpler.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

The credit system can get expensive fast once you stack features. ASP adds 5 credits, JavaScript rendering adds another 5, and residential proxies add 25 — so a single request with all three costs 30+ credits. It takes some trial and error to optimize your config without burning through your plan

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing proxies, rotating IPs, and fighting anti-bot systems used to eat up significant engineering time. Scrapfly abstracts all of that — no more maintaining a headless browser stack or chasing Cloudflare updates every few weeks. That time goes back into actually building the product.

  ### 4. Great product but their billing system is setup to rip you off.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

Scrapfly has been a practical and dependable way to access sites that simply reject normal cloud-server requests. It gave us browser rendering, anti-bot handling, and proxy options that let us scrape sources like Waverley Council events and Cloudflare-protected publications from Replit when direct requests were blocked.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

I paid for a basic plan to test it out, and that part went well. Once I started scraping, I needed more credits, so I upgraded to the Pro plan. After that, I ended up going way over my credits with no notifications or emails. Eventually I received an email saying my overage charges were getting too high.

I had no idea I was over my limit, and I didn’t realize it would just keep spending like that. No problem I tried to upgrade to a higher tier, but it wanted me to pay the pay-as-you-go rate on top of the new tier. Customer support says they can't/won’t fix it. It’s a good product, but it’s horribly run, with terrible cost management tools.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For blocked or JavaScript-heavy sources, Scrapfly has been one of the most useful pieces of infrastructure in the project because it saved us time.

  ### 5. ASP Feature Makes Scraping Popular Sites Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nolan R. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

the asp feature is very helpful when scraping popular sites

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

I haven’t had any major issues so far. Sometimes the proxies get banned, but that happens less than 10% of the time.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrapfly helps us collect data from websites that are difficult to load with standard requests. It can render pages, handle bot protection, use proxies, and return detailed information about each request.

This is useful for us because it lets us test live scraping in a controlled way. We can set cost limits, track what each request costs, understand why something failed, and avoid storing sensitive data we don’t need. Overall, it saves time and makes our scraping tests safer, more manageable, and easier to audit.

  ### 6. Scraping Content Reliably Across Protections, Friction Less for You...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris R. | Group Automation Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

What I like best about Scrapfly is how much complexity it removes. I don’t have to think about proxies, captchas, browser crashes, or anti‑bot changes anymore — I just make one API call and get the data. It also helped me do away with separate proxy and anti captcha costs, which simplified both my setup and my billing. On top of that, the pay‑only‑on‑success model makes it feel fair and low risk when testing or scaling.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

At the moment, it works beautifully for my use case, so dont see a downside yet, costs too are reasonable and the limits on the paid plans are generous with a PAYG option for those month end spikes.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me keep my clients business running, cannot delve more without giving away specifics, but this is one of the core data feeder for a client tool.

  ### 7. Scrapfly: Reliable API-First Scraping for Dynamic Websites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

What I like best about Scrapfly is that it makes web data collection much more reliable for dynamic and protected websites. In my case, I used it to extract real estate listing and property-detail HTML pages from Plusvalia in Ecuador for an academic data project. The most valuable features were JavaScript rendering, ASP/anti-bot handling, country targeting, clear API cost tracking, and the ability to integrate it directly into a Python/Google Colab workflow.

The day-to-day experience was smooth because the product is API-first and well suited for a reproducible workflow. Once the parameters were configured, I could download listing pages and detail pages, save local HTML files, track credit usage, and build manifests and validation logs. The documentation and examples also made onboarding easier, especially for understanding how to use rendering, wait selectors, retries, and cost budgets.

I have not used Scrapfly as an AI tool in the traditional sense, but its automated handling of JavaScript rendering and anti-bot challenges stood out. Those features reduced manual troubleshooting and helped me move from unstable scraping attempts to a more structured, auditable data pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

The main downside for me was the pricing structure. Scrapfly worked well for my use case, but the jump between plans felt relatively large, especially for an academic or research project where usage can grow temporarily during data collection. I would have appreciated more intermediate plans or more flexible credit packages, because the cost difference made it harder to move to a higher plan even though the product itself was useful.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrapfly is helping me solve the problem of collecting structured data from a dynamic real estate website that is difficult to access reliably with basic scraping methods. For my academic research project, I needed to download listing pages and property-detail HTML from Plusvalia in Ecuador in order to build a housing dataset for price analysis and predictive modeling.

The main benefit is that Scrapfly makes the data collection process more stable, scalable, and reproducible. Instead of manually checking listings or dealing with inconsistent page loading, I can automate the download process, save the HTML locally, track API costs, create logs and manifests, and validate which pages were successfully collected. This saves time and gives me a cleaner foundation for later steps such as parsing, geocoding, variable construction, and model estimation.

  ### 8. More Stable Scraping with Shorter run , Easier-to-Maintain Scripts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

Coming from Apify, I found Scrapfly more stable on websites where Apify was struggling.

I also like that the scripts are much shorter, which makes them easier to test, debug, and maintain.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

The free demo credits were a bit short for a new user. Since I was still learning how Scrapfly works, I used them quite quickly before fully understanding how to optimize my setup.

The pricing can also increase fast if the scenario is not optimized, so I am still learning how to improve my scraping flow and reduce credit consumption.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrapfly helps me scrape websites protected by Cloudflare or CAPTCHA more reliably than Apify. It is not perfect yet, but it works better for my use case.

The runs are also fast, allowing me to launch more production runs, collect more data, and create more value for the business.

  ### 9. Scrapfly Makes Web Scraping Easy: Reliable Anti-Bot Bypass, Great SDK, and Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro G. | Head Of Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

What I like most about Scrapfly is how it handles the hardest parts of web scraping out of the box. The anti-bot bypass (ASP) just works — sites that used to block me with Cloudflare or DataDome now go through without me having to mess with custom headers, TLS fingerprints, or proxy rotation.
The Python SDK is clean and well-documented, so I was making real requests within minutes of signing up. JavaScript rendering is built in, which means I don't need to spin up a separate headless browser setup for dynamic sites.
The dashboard is also a big plus — being able to inspect every request, see why something failed, and replay it has saved me a lot of debugging time. Pricing is fair for what you get, especially compared to running my own proxy infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

Honestly, not much. My main complaint would be that the concurrent request limit on the Discovery plan can be a bit restrictive when you're running larger scraping jobs — I sometimes hit the cap and have to throttle my workers or upgrade temporarily. It would be nice to have a more flexible mid-tier option between plans.
Other than that, the learning curve for some of the advanced features (like ASP configuration and session management) could be smoother — the docs are good, but a few more real-world examples would help newcomers get up to speed faster.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrapfly is solving the biggest pain points of running a scraping operation at scale: anti-bot detection, proxy management, and browser rendering. Before using it, I was spending a lot of time maintaining my own proxy pool, rotating user agents, dealing with TLS fingerprint issues, and debugging why certain sites kept blocking my requests.
With Scrapfly, all of that is abstracted away behind a single API call. I just send the URL with a few parameters (ASP, render_js, country, etc.) and get the data back reliably. This has dramatically reduced the time I spend on infrastructure and let me focus on the actual data extraction and parsing logic.
The benefit is concrete: faster project delivery, fewer failed requests, and far less time spent firefighting blocks. For solo developers and small teams, it basically replaces what would otherwise require a dedicated engineer to maintain.

  ### 10. Highly Configurable Tool with Cost Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohan S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I like that Scrapfly gives us a lot of control without adding complexity. The parameters like render_js, asp, and rendering_wait allow us to fine-tune each scraper individually based on the specific site's needs without needing custom browser automation code. I also found the initial setup straightforward and quick; getting started was as simple as signing up, grabbing the API key, and installing the Python SDK. Our first working scraper was up and running within a couple of hours, with no complex configuration or infrastructure to manage.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

A couple of things come to mind: Credit cost on heavy rendering when using render_js=true combined with asp=true, the credit cost per request jumps significantly - around 20-30 credits per call versus 5-6 for non-rendered requests. For a pipeline processing 25k+ SKU's across multiple scrapers, that adds up fast. It's understandable given the infrastructure behind it, but more granular pricing tier between 'no rendering' and 'full rendering +ASP' would help optimize costs for large-scale runs. No built-in retry visible when a request fails transiently - 502s, proxy errors, tunnel issues - we handle retries ourselves in our code. It would be useful if Scrapfly had a built-in retry option with configurable attempts so we don't have to manage that logic on our end. Rate limit feedback when we hit 429s under heavy concurrent load, the error comes back but there's no indication of how long to back off. A retry-after header or similar signal in the response would make throttle handling much cleaner on our side. These are relatively minor compared to the value we get overall - they're more quality-of-life improvements than deal-breakers.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Scrapfly solves anti-scraping issues and provides control without complexity. Features like render_js, asp, and rendering_wait let us customize scrapers for each site, bypassing obstacles like Javascript rendering and making the process efficient without needing custom code.

  ### 11. Easy Setup and Competitive Tech but Pricey

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I think Scrapfly is easy to use with a pretty simple dashboard. The technology is really competitive, and the initial setup was really easy, taking me only about twenty seconds.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

I think Scrapfly's UI and UX could communicate better. I had to use AI to figure out how to avoid certain bots like Casada, which wasn't clear. If they communicated this better from the start, I wouldn't need to do extra research. It'd be helpful if they listed all the bots they're working around and how to avoid them blocking me. Also, I find Scrapfly to be a bit expensive.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrapfly to download images from companies that have bots, like Casada, which usually restrict this action.

  ### 12. Effortless Setup and Impressive Scraping Capabilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Layne S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I like how quick and easy the setup process is with Scrapfly. It's really straightforward, which is something I appreciated about this service. I'm also impressed with how much data I can scrape. Scrapfly is able to bypass bot detection systems, making it possible to scrape data without being blocked. Additionally, it was surprisingly good at bypassing systems that prevent data scraping, such as those that put everything behind Cloudflare or render client side, which was crucial for scraping data from marketplaces like Vestiaire.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

The POST body handling could be much cleaner in the docs. I spent quite a lot of time getting 405s on Vestiaire endpoint before realizing that you have to actually POST to the Scrapfly API.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrapfly to scrape data across marketplaces without being blocked by bot detection. It bypasses systems like Cloudflare, making it surprisingly effective for places like Vestiaire. The quick and easy setup is also a huge plus.

  ### 13. simple and useful tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amir S. | Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

You can simply put:

> What I like most about Scrapfly is its reliability and ease of use. The platform allows for efficient data scraping while automatically handling anti-bot protections, which saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

Overall, I am very satisfied with Scrapfly. If I had to mention an area for improvement, it would be the cost, which can become high when the volume of requests increases significantly. Some advanced features could also be better explained for new users.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrapfly solves the problems related to scraping websites protected against bots and managing proxies. This allows me to collect data reliably, save development time, and focus on my business rather than the technical aspects of scraping.

  ### 14. Scrapfly Makes Web Data CollecScrapfly Helps Make Web Scraping Stable and Scalabletion Reliable and

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

Scrapfly is most helpful because it makes web data collection much more reliable and easier to manage. I like that it handles many of the technical challenges such as proxies, anti-bot protection, rendering JavaScript pages, and keeping scraping requests stable. It saves time, reduces maintenance work, and lets me focus more on analyzing the data instead of constantly fixing scraping issues.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

The main downside is that some advanced features may require time to understand and configure correctly at the beginning. Pricing can also become an important factor when usage grows. In some cases, I would appreciate clearer examples or ready-made templates for common scraping scenarios, so implementation could be even faster.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrapfly helps solve the problem of collecting reliable web data at scale without spending too much time on proxy management, browser rendering, anti-bot issues, and failed requests. It benefits me by making scraping workflows more stable and predictable, reducing manual troubleshooting, and allowing me to focus on using the collected data for business decisions, market research, price monitoring, and SEO analysis.

  ### 15. Effective Solution for Bypassing Restrictions and Website Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William M. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I like that Scrapfly works very well with my Claude Code from Anthropic. It was suggested to me as a very good solution for getting around a lot of websites that were previously blocked. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

It would be nice if I could use Ultra on the initial free mode because it would allow me to test whether it would work for my purposes before purchasing it. But, otherwise, very happy.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrapfly to scrape information and news articles from websites, especially to overcome specific restrictions with growing political tensions.

  ### 16. Scrapfly: Overcome Anti-Bot Protections with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I like the ease of Scrapfly for making successful queries, even on sites protected against anti-bot technologies. I also appreciate being able to use different regions or other settings that help access the desired data. Additionally, the initial setup process was relatively simple, as I used an existing project as a base and, when problems arose, I turned to AI to improve the configuration and increase the success rate.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

Well, the advantages themselves sometimes do not have enough reach, for example, you must know from which regions the target page is accessible to have greater success when trying to obtain data from that page, since despite having a very good success rate, it can be reduced without this configuration, although it is something more related to the target page than to the tool itself.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrapfly allows successful scraping on portals with anti-bot protection, achieving access to data without being blocked, unlike other scraping tools.

  ### 17. Effortless Video Downloads, Simple Cost Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam G. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I like that Scrapfly allows me to safely download videos from websites that are otherwise difficult to download from automatically. It's also simple to track credit usage and estimate the cost for my complete project. The ease of doing a quick trial smoke test and estimating if I could afford the full project was really helpful. Additionally, the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

The free demo was too cheap. It didn't include enough cost credits to run my smoke test as I wanted to. I think the larger demo would be helpful for users trying out the service.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrapfly lets me safely download videos from websites that were difficult to automate, and it simplifies tracking credit usage and estimating project costs.

  ### 18. Great value against competitors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmett H. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

Great success rate when scraping pages and also super easy to get started and configure settings in the app. Also found it to be the best price for what we needed and I appreciate their pricing tiers!

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

I've hit some cloudflare errors before that when they changed their no robots detection but scrapfly was quick to update that and support my endpoints

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me defeat no robot cloudflare detection

  ### 19. Quick data collection, but risk of blocking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DM S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I like the speed of Scrapfly's collection and reporting. In the dashboard, I can view all requests and their status. Setting up Scrapfly turned out to be very easy. I also liked that the tests went wonderfully, and I received 1000 requests for testing.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

I tested what requests Scrapfly sends and found that the requests are sent with the same signature, even though they come from different IP addresses. I am concerned that Scrapfly is at risk of being blocked due to the identical request signature.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrapfly for data collection where there were previously blocks with other services. Scrapfly provides 1000 requests for testing, and the tests went excellently. I like the speed of collection and the ability to track requests and their status.

  ### 20. Effortless and Affordable Web Scraping Solution

I scrape stock information for my company with Scrapfly, and I'm impressed with how it manages the captcha problems brilliantly. What I like most about Scrapfly is that it's easy to use, efficient, and affordable. I never had any problem setting it up in my code; it came out of the box without having to spend a ton of money and works really well. The initial setup was very easy compared to NDS scraper, which we used before.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

I am pleased with it.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrapfly for scraping stock information. It brilliantly manages captcha problems. It's easy to use, efficient, and affordable with no setup problems in my code, and it works really well without a high cost.

  ### 21. Time Saving With Demanding Learning

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I use Scrapfly for my personal projects to scrape websites, which saves me time. I particularly appreciate the success rate, as it ensures my scripts work properly without me having to spend hours debugging.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

Rather complicated to use, getting the hang of it is necessary at the beginning. There are many features, and some websites do not scrape in the same way, which makes the task complicated. Quite complicated at first.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrapfly to save time and ensure my scripts run smoothly without spending hours debugging.

  ### 22. Versatile and Cost-Effective Solution for Web Scraping

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ghaith M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I like the versatility of Scrapfly, which offers reliable and smooth full screen screenshots with the option to wait before capturing. The simple pricing structure is a big plus too, making it cheaper with less overhead compared to Browserless. The monitoring capabilities are quite good, and the initial setup was straightforward and fast. I also appreciate the ability to experiment more with the free tier.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

Sometimes I still get blocked on Google search results. Google is very strict with their bot detection, and sometimes we still get the captcha.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrapfly to overcome bot detection issues, letting us capture screenshots of sites protected by Cloudflare.

  ### 23. Unmatched Bot Protection for Seamless Scraping

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yağız Y. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I really like Scrapfly's ASP feature, which bypasses anti-bot protection on target websites. This has been crucial for my SaaS project as most of the websites I need to scrape have aggressive bot protections, and Scrapfly successfully eliminates them. I've tried many other scraping services, but Scrapfly is the best when it comes to bypassing bot protection. I also use their MCP with my coding agents while prototyping, and it works well. The initial setup was extremely easy, just an API key and you're done.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

Not much.. Maybe their logs could be faster so I can see the result on their dashboard more quick

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrapfly for web scraping which easily bypasses anti-bot protections unlike other tools. It's effective against systems like Akamai and Datadome.

  ### 24. Effortless Data Scraping, Bypasses Detection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia P. | Application Developer Beginner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I use Scrapfly for scraping Reddit reviews, YouTube videos, and their transcripts. I like that it helps me bypass bot detection and the need to rotate my proxies. I appreciate its easy implementation and simple documentation that I can follow, which helps me incorporate it easily into my codebase. It's pretty much plug-and-play, so I don't have to worry too much about being blocked from scraping sites. The initial setup was simple, which I really liked.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

Scraping sometimes fails due to upstream website errors, but that is the issue of the upstream website itself.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrapfly to bypass bot detection and rotate proxies easily, and its simple documentation helps me integrate it quickly without worrying about being blocked while scraping.

  ### 25. Easy setup, high success rate, reasonable price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

Very easy to start and use, and it just works. I didn't have to do any troubleshooting for this to work. Integrated into the app seamlessly. Price is reasonable for the amount of scraping I do. For onboarding and support, Claude was more than enough to make this an easy process.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

Hard to find a complaint, the success scrape rate is 99% so I'm not wasting credits here.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are various websites I'd like to scrape, and those sites have anti-scraping technology like Akamai. Scrapfly thwarts Akamai with a very high success rate.

  ### 26. Robust Tool for Fetching Page Data Across Many Websites

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

the quality and robustness of the tool allows fetching of page information on many websites, and the proxy pools have been good so far

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

It would be nice to have a pay-as-you-go pricing model for APIs from the start, so that I'm able to use what I pay for. I'm at a weird place for a while where 200K is too much for a month, but I have to pay the $30/mo fixed price.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to scrape information from websites without needing to build all the infrastructure to manage IP addresses, etc

  ### 27. Convenient, Well-Priced Scraping with LLM-Friendly Markup Output

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhur S. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

It’s a very convenient, well-priced scraping tool, and I like that it also lets me get the output in markup format for LLMs.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

The concurrency is restricted to 5. I do not have need for a higher plan and in basic plan I am stuck with 5 concurrency

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Scrapefly to research our clients by scraping information from their websites.

  ### 28. Easily Automates Web Data Gathering, Needs Better CAPTCHA Handling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabe C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I really like the ease of use and the ease of connectivity to AI with Scrapfly. Connecting it to my cloud instance in Visual Studio Code is a breeze, and it's been fantastic. Scrapfly allows me to easily connect to public websites without worrying about automation shutdowns, making it super convenient for my tasks.

There are some CAPTCHA instances that I'm not able to get past, that would be really helpful if it could do that.

Scrapfly solves the problem of accessing public information on websites, which is otherwise very time-intensive when done manually. It allows me to automate the data gathering process.

  ### 29. Reliable Anti-Bot Bypass and a Clean API That Integrates Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

We use Scrapfly to track regulatory and legal events from public sources for our RegTech AI platform — monitoring for published updates. Its biggest win for us has been reliable anti-bot bypass, particularly Cloudflare and similar protections that standard residential proxies couldnt past

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

A few high-friction targets with hardened WAF and TLS-fingerprinting setups still returned errors on the base configuration and needed the higher proxy tier for full coverage.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to monitor public regulatory and legal sources for new updates and events — tracking when regulators publish changes. It reliably gets us past anti-bot protections on sources that previously hard-blocked our cloud egress IPs.

  ### 30. Straightforward, Cost-Effective, and Great Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

Very straightforward to use even for someone without tons of technical skills. Also very cost-effective (much cheaper for my use case than BrightData, for example)

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

I genuinely have not had any bad experiences with Scrapfly so far. One thing that's a bit annoying is that they took away the 100K free credits once I signed up for a paid plan before I had a chance to use them. I assumed they would stack with what I was paying for but apparently they didn't.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm trying to collect data from fairly difficult-to-scrape websites. Brightdata worked as a solution but was very expensive. Scrapfly provided me with the same functionality at a much lower cost.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

The turnkey tools for Idealo could be improved to be more plug and play, so that I don't have to configure the scraping myself.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrapfly to retrieve product prices and perform a price benchmark against the competition. I like its ease of use and its robust solution with a systematic success rate of 100%.

it helped me get pricing data from a a bunch of websites that i needed internally.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I like how Scrapfly bypassed the scrap guard program, making it possible to scrape websites that have guards against web scraping. This feature enables my business to grow with automation. The initial setup was fairly easy too; just an API key and that was it.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

I find Scrapfly a little bit too expensive. It uses a token system, and I don't know how exactly the usage converts or translates to tokens. Some scrapes are a few tokens while others are hundreds of tokens, even when scraping the same website.

**What problems is Scrapfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrapfly bypasses web scraping guards, solving my problem with certain websites and allowing my business to grow with automation.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrapfly?**

I like that Scrapfly can run web scraping fetches in parallel with good anti-bot techniques. It solves the problem of dealing with tough websites that have anti-bot detection services. The anti-bot features work better for me than what I experienced with Brightdata. The initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Scrapfly?**

I would like to have my Playwright/browser sessions route through similar anti-bot networks. It would be amazing to write custom scraping scripts on my end. Some websites need custom Playwright scripts, or they are very strenuous to bot detections, and sometimes you might have to login automatically.

I use Scrapfly for scraping websites, resolving tough sites with anti-bot detection. It runs web scraping in parallel and has great anti-bot techniques, unlike Brightdata.
