Making decisions based on guessing is common in DTC and online advertising, and granted... sometimes you can get away with this if you throw "spaghetti" and see what sticks. But as advertising costs rise you need to be able to compete and the best strategy always starts with market orientation. Amazon reviews, Google reviews and more can be downloaded in a matter of seconds. Once you've downloaded, you can upload to a google sheet or excel and sort the data. Recommend sorting by the lengthiest reviews as these are the people that REALLY care about the product (or service) they're writing about. Great tool and I'd highly recommend to anyone to keep in their toolbox of market research.
