It is great as a non-profit, to be able to provide Wifi at our facility, knowing that people will be accessing content, that is safe for the age groups we work with! **What do you dislike about ScoutDNS?** honestly I have not had much to say as a negative of this company. Since the day we started using them, we have had great service! **What problems is ScoutDNS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am part of a small Non-profit youth theater and we wanted to make Wifi available for our students and staff, but wanted to ensure that people were not accessing inappropriate material. Customer service is personable, knowledgeable, and above and beyond to address any questions or concerns. **What do you dislike about ScoutDNS?** I cannot think of one reasons to list regarding something I dislike about ScoutDNS. **Recommendations to others considering ScoutDNS:** If you want a set it and forget it experience, ScoutDNS is for you. They will take the initiative to address any issues and will meet with you face-to-face virtually to assist you and help you find the solution to any questions or issues you are having. You cannot go wrong with this company and their service. **What problems is ScoutDNS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Knowing our network is secure and not able to be used inappropriately is a great peace of mind. Knowing that people are actually keeping an eye on our system and reaching out with any questions or items to address makes the filtering of our internet a worry-free experience. We have had issues with our internet provider and ScoutDNS immediately noticed the problem it was causing and took the initiative to reach out and let us know. ### 10. Simple effective filtering solution. Only issues related to the fact it is a hosted DNS filter rather than an on-premises solution If you have only a single IP address from your ISP can not have different rules for different clients on the LAN. This is just a fact of life and in no way a bad reflection on Sout DNS. **What problems is ScoutDNS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Web filtering on a Church WiFi system. Previously used onsite FW (Smoothwall Express) with content filtering. This can not filter https traffic.
