Scout Data is a homeowner data platform for teams that sell to homeowners by phone or at the door: solar installers, roofing contractors, HVAC companies, appointment setters and outbound call centers. Lists are built from property signals that point to a likely buyer: recent storms, building permits, roof age and condition, ownership and move-ins, home value. Every row carries the owner on title with a mobile number matched to that owner and screened against the Do Not Call registry before delivery. Wrong and dead numbers are replaced, and each new file is suppressed against everything already delivered. Teams can work in three ways: - Full-service data: a data expert builds the list for your market and dialer, and re-cuts it from what your own call results say worked. - List Builder: build and count homeowner lists yourself with property, storm, permit and roof filters, then export. - Property Data API: the same property and owner record for an address, for developers. Specialty lists cover homes with orphaned solar permits, storm-hit roofs, older roofs and recent move-ins. Roof type, age and damage signals come from aerial imagery of each home.
