"Scoro is a great help in my work, here are my clients and sales pipelines"
5/5
What do you like best about Scoro?

I have a good overview of my existing customers, what solutions are in use, what can be sold, when agreements end and need to be reviewed again. It is very good to keep new sales under control and move them forward in stages, in addition, it is very convenient for our internal exchange of information, making worksheets for different departments that need to be solved, communicating with assistants, sending them tasks. I always get a feedback email when someone has solved my worksheet, added something to it or completed it. It is very convenient to work this way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Sales offers could include more information about our company, shape the content of the offer, and have more flexibility in preparing the offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Hi Taavi, thank you for the fantastic 5-star review and for sharing your experience as a Corporate Key Account Manager. "Integration with MLS is Manual"
5/5
What do you like best about Scoro?

Before Scoro, my "system" was a colorful, scary mix of Google Calendar, a spreadsheet for due dates, and a CRM that only told half the story. Scoro didn't just replace those tools; it forced me to be a better, more accountable professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The integrated CRM isn't just a place to store phone numbers; it's the beginning of the entire process. Once a lead (a new contact) is qualified, I can instantly convert that contact into a project, pulling all their initial requirements and budget constraints straight into the workflow. No manual data transfer is needed. This seamless hand-off saves me at least 30 minutes per qualified lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thanks for the great review — love hearing how Scoro helped you replace scattered tools and become more accountable, Abhishek! Your workflow showcases what Scoro does best: qualify a lead in the CRM, convert it to a project with scope and budget carried through, and manage delivery with task dependencies and proactive risk flags. On MLS, many customers reduce manual steps today via our API, webhooks, scheduled imports, or no-code connector like Scoro MCP. If you’d like, we can review your setup and suggest the fastest automation path.

"Effortless Organization and Search Make Scoro Stand Out"
4/5
What do you like best about Scoro?

It is very easy to find things in Scoro - whether that's projects, time reports, invoices... there is a place for everything and it can be found easily using the ample search and search filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

As Scoro has become more popular over the last 5 years, I've noticed additional delays in getting responses back from support. Support is always helpful, but it does take much longer to get a response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

"Scoro Solves Tougher and Complex Business Challenges"
4/5
What do you like best about Scoro?

It brings everything together in one clear, organized place. Instead of juggling separate tools for projects, finances, and client management, Scoro connects the full workflow from sales and planning to time tracking, invoicing, and reporting. We also appreciate how it supports for clear decision with real time insights, without feeling overly complicated. Overall, it feels like a practical system designed for real teams who want more clarity, control, and structure in their daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

With features like detailed task planning, budgeting, time tracking, and custom reporting all in one place, it takes some time to learn. Some actions require more clicks than expected, so it doesn’t feel as quick as simpler tools. And if your team doesn’t already have structured processes, features like work schedules and profitability dashboards can feel complex rather than helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on Scoro!

It is great to hear that Scoro is helping your team solve complex business challenges by providing real-time insights into project progress and profitability. We are happy that you are spending less time on admin tasks and finding decision-making easier with a clearer view of performance, which is exactly why we built our automated workflows to connect everything from sales to reporting. It is rewarding to know that you appreciate how the platform brings your entire workflow into one organized place, providing the clarity and control teams need to thrive without juggling separate tools.

Regarding the learning curve and the number of clicks required for some actions, we have recently released a revamped project task list and a new project modify view that features a more intuitive, tabbed design to make navigation much faster. For teams looking to simplify their daily interactions, our new Scoro for Gmail add-on and the ELI AI-powered chat allow you to convert emails to tasks or pull complex data using natural language, significantly reducing the manual effort involved. If you are still refining your internal structures, I also recommend exploring our "Admins and Champion Users" section in the Help Center, which provides best practices for setting up work schedules and profitability dashboards that align with your specific processes.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro as your partner for business clarity and thank you again for your honest review.

"Scoro is the single, integrated system that finally pulled those two worlds together."
5/5
What do you like best about Scoro?

We can finally run post-mortem reports that accurately connect our initial estimate for concept development time to the actual time logged. This has allowed us to increase our quoting accuracy for complex projects (like high-end residential or hospitality fit-outs) by over 15%, reducing under-billing significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Scoro acts as our main client hub. The initial quote, the signed contract, every single piece of correspondence, every drawing version, and every invoice is attached to the client's single profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thanks so much for the detailed review — we’re thrilled Scoro helped you connect estimating and delivery into one source of truth, Niranjan! It’s great to hear post-mortems now tie initial concept estimates to time logged, boosting quoting accuracy by 15% and cutting under-billing. Your workflow also showcases Scoro as a single client hub – from quote and contract to correspondence, drawing versions, costs, and invoices – all linked to the same profile. And the real-time budget view – with every task, hour, and supplier invoice rolling into the project dashboard – is exactly how we aim to surface margin impact early so teams stay efficient and financially on track.

"Comprehensive Project Management, Initial Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Scoro?

I like that Scoro solves great problems with workforce management, making it easy. I find the planning, reports, and booking features convenient as they're all in one place. As a project manager, I appreciate how setting up projects with due dates, labor costs, external costs, and invoicing helps me stay aligned from start to finish. The visibility into timelines and capacity through due dates is valuable. Additionally, I found the initial setup easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Getting adapted initially to the interface is a bit difficult and too much information is presented. From an interface perspective, the main challenge is that a lot of information presented at once can be overwhelming for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thank you, Kuldeep, for taking the time to leave such a comprehensive review of Scoro!

It is great to hear that Scoro is making your workforce management easy by keeping your planning, reports, and bookings in one place. We are happy that as a project manager, you find the ability to set up projects with due dates, labor costs, and external costs so valuable for staying aligned from start to finish. It is rewarding to know that the visibility you gain into timelines and capacity is helping your team stay on track, as our system is specifically designed to provide that end-to-end oversight without the need for manual spreadsheets.

Knowing that our reporting tools are helping you manage your workforce more effectively confirms that Scoro is meeting the needs of mid-market consulting and service teams. It is fantastic that you have found consolidating these tools into one platform to be a significant benefit for your organization.

Regarding the initial learning curve and the amount of information presented, I recommend personalizing your site menu to hide modules you don’t use daily, which can be done easily under Settings > My settings > Menu. You can also reduce "information overload" by customizing your list views and saving them as bookmarks, allowing you to hide unnecessary data columns and set a simplified version as your default view.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro to manage your business operations and thank you again for your valuable insights.

"Powerful but also flexible"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Scoro?

We operate as a hybrid consultancy and contractor. Scoro is the only PSA software available that has both the complexity and flexibility to meet our needs. Once set up correctly, it is very powerful at removing the 'manual handling' of data to get the information needed and this has enabled us to reduce administrative time, reduce errors, and focus more on the important tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Scoro receives frequent updates and new features, which is great. However, there are still several quality of life improvements that should be made to enhance the overall user experience. On the positive side, the client support team is very open to feedback. While Scoro can be straightforward to use, the level of complexity you need from the system may lead to a longer training period for new users to become comfortable with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thank you for this great review!

It is fantastic to hear that Scoro has simplified and automated your financial and project management processes, giving you the critical visibility needed to understand your financial outlook each quarter.

We are thrilled that the flexibility of our platform supports your hybrid consultancy needs, allowing you to reduce manual data handling and minimize administrative errors so you can focus on what matters most.

Regarding the learning curve for new users, we recommend utilizing the video tutorials and Admin and Champion User guides in our Help Center to help your team get comfortable with the system faster.

We appreciate you choosing Scoro to help drive your business forward.

"The Juggling Act of the All-in-One Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Scoro?

While the interface is clean and functional, it can sometimes feel a little dense, especially for team members who just need to log time or update a single task. The high customization options mean that if your Admin doesn't hide the irrelevant data, the screen can look cluttered. You need to use the permission settings aggressively to simplify the view for non-power users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

You need dedicated training and a strong internal champion to get it configured right. If you try to jump straight in without setting up your company's unique workflows, you'll feel lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thanks for the candid take, Jishna! An all-in-one can feel dense without the right setup, and you’re spot-on that smart use of roles and permissions keeps non-power users focused. The upside you’re seeing is exactly what Scoro is for: quoting, time tracking and invoicing connected end-to-end so PMs can watch margin in real time and act early. To keep things simple for occasional users, we recommend: role-based views with fields hidden by default, dashboard tiles tailored to each team, time-only or task-only views, and saved filters so people land on “their” work first. Dedicated onboarding and an internal champion make a big difference — and our team is happy to help review your configuration and streamline screens so your users get the power without the clutter.

"Integrated Quote-to-Invoice Cycle"
5/5
What do you like best about Scoro?

I use the resource planner to visually map out which drivers, which vehicles, and which specialized equipment (like cranes or refrigerated units) are assigned to which route or warehousing task. If a driver logs sick, I can instantly see who is free, avoiding manual calls and ensuring the delivery window isn't missed. This minimizes downtime and maximizes vehicle utilization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

When billing clients for demurrage (delay charges) or specialized services, the time logs are irrefutable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thanks for the detailed review and for showing how you’re using the planner to keep drivers, vehicles, and specialist equipment aligned so delivery windows stay on track. You’re right that mobile adoption on the dock can be tough in the moment; we could streamline the flow with minimal required fields, tap-to-start timers, and role-based views, plus focused onboarding for the field team so logging becomes second nature.

"Simplifies Project Management, Needs UI Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Scoro?

I use Scoro to manage projects and set up integrations, and it really makes it easier to price jobs and understand how much time we're spending on each task. I really like the time-keeping feature as it allows us to keep track of time spent versus money received. It also helps our clients understand how long certain creative tasks take, as many of them don’t understand the value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

I think the UI design could be bettered to match modern day sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Hi Adam, thank you so much for leaving such an awesome review of your experience with us.

It is wonderful to see that Scoro is helping you price jobs more easily and track the exact time spent on each task, as our quote-to-cash workflow and project management tools are built specifically to help teams prove the value of their creative output to clients. You noted that you like the time-keeping feature best because it allows you to compare time spent versus money received, which is a key benefit of having your project finances and time tracking unified in one platform.

Regarding the UI design, we have recently introduced a revamped project view and a new project task list to provide a more modern and streamlined look, so I suggest checking our latest version updates to ensure you are using the most current interface. You can also improve your daily experience by using the menu customization and bookmarking features in the help center to simplify your view and keep only your most used tools visible.

Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback, and we truly appreciate you choosing Scoro for your project management needs.
