All the information pertaining to sales pipeline, project delivery and invoicing is in one place, as a business owner it is invaluable. Previously, all our KPIs were focused on completing administrative activities, such as the completeness of spreadsheet data entries. Now, our focus has shifted towards project execution and achieving outcomes. I should also mention the incredibly helpful team there - don't skimp on the implementation support, use them to get it set up right for you and you will be able to hit the ground running with it.
