We have been using their software for our HVAC Company to collect more online ratings. Their system setup was a breeze. We can send either individual review invitation when each technician finish the job, right when we are at the customer’s job or send mass invitation to our customers by uploading an excel sheet. I’m a small business owner and using this tool allow us to concentrate on our business instead of distressing about our online reviews. Asking our customers for review is very easy now, since every Friday afternoon we just upload our excel sheet of our customers into their system and we receive couple of new reviews every week. The system also block the bad reviews and we receive email notifications if customer complain so we can reach out to them. Their customer services is the best! Score My Reviews application provide a great way to automate review generation. The review invitations are personal and my clients think it comes from our salon and stylists.
