If used regularly to send review requests to customers and clients after completing work for them, it results in more feedback and reviews on the major sites-Yelp, Google, Angi, etc. As of yet, we have not encountered any problems or issues with the software. Our business usually has a difficult time getting new reviews from our clients. We didn’t know how to ask them or they wouldn’t know how to leave reviews, then we found Score My Reviews. Our costumers can easily leave us review, but if they respond to the SMS, then they will just receive a message to contact us directly.
