Scope for Teams is a behavioral development platform that helps companies build and prove the human skills high-trust teams actually run on — ownership, follow-through, candor, calm under pressure, judgment, and more. Instead of workshops or surveys, teams run Organizational Expeditions: structured 14–21 day journeys built around one clear outcome (for example, Client-Ready Delivery, First-Time Manager Launch, or High-Trust Collaboration). Each Expedition aligns the whole team on a focused set of combined skills. Members practise privately through short daily 2-minute reps guided by an AI coach (Diya). At the end of each leg they complete practice-based verified checkpoints. Leaders see only aggregate progress via the Climb Line and full team analytics dashboards — never individual reflections or private coaching. At the close of an Expedition the team earns a living Culture Fingerprint — a verified, seven-dimension record of what the group has actually demonstrated. Individuals receive a portable Evidence Pack of their verified credentials that they own and can take with them. Key capabilities include: Outcome-driven Team Expeditions that create shared alignment Daily micro-practice + Diya coaching (fully private) Practice-based verification (not quizzes or self-reports) Admin and manager dashboards with team performance analytics, Climb Line, and Culture Fingerprint views Privacy by design: individual practice stays private; leaders see patterns and headcounts only Scope for Teams turns soft-skill development into measurable, collective proof — so companies stop relying on attendance records and start working with verified capability.
