**What do you like best about Scope?**

We use Scope to onboard new partners, support current ones, and communicate with customer success teams across our network of suppliers. Scope allows us to ditch the email, ditch Slack (and Teams, ugh), and co-operate efficiently with partners. Through robust integrations, we have cases flowing from Salesforce to Jira and getting exposed to the partners for quick resolution. We love the tool and are looking forward to future improvements, including the AI component.

**What do you dislike about Scope?**

There is not much, really. The team at Scope is responsive and is able to address our needs on time.

**What problems is Scope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scope allows to collaborate with our partners through a platform that is robust and reliable.

**What do you like best about Scope?**

Scope does a great job of getting customers to respond and engage in the customer onboarding process. The dashboards allow our team to stay on top of every customer, making sure no one gets left behind.

**What do you dislike about Scope?**

There is a bit of a learning curve to getting everything configured and setup.

**What problems is Scope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scopes workflow and customer facing tools (emails, portal)  has improved the responsiveness and participation of our clients when managing projects with them.

**What do you like best about Scope?**

I believe Scope is a great tool. Right when I created my account and started using it, I found it very intuitive. This one is, in fact, a light and simple version that can be easily implemented in different areas. My team and I use it for almost any project that we implement. Moreover, I love the chat feature because that prevents us from using personal phone numbers.

**What do you dislike about Scope?**

Maybe something that can be improved is to include more features. I'm guessing they will be included eventually.
