"Scoop for Return to Office"
5/5
What do you like best about Scoop?

I love being able to know who on my team is in the office and when they are there. Not only does this help us with contact tracing in the event that an employee tests positive for COVID, but it also helps our employees know who is there day to day so they can decide if they want to go in to see their teammates in person.

The Scoop team is also incredibly helpful, and always available to answer questions or help to troubleshoot if anyone has any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoop?

There isn't much to dislike. The app is easy to use and syncs directly with our HRIS system, which means I don't have to add or remove employees as they join or leave the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scoop is intuitive and seamless!!"

What do you like best about Scoop?

I like that you can see who has check into the office and what desk you will be sitting for the day. It makes my job as HR much better since we will now be working in the hybrid enviroment. You are able to upload you vaccination card and its status so that we can make sure the staff is staff as a whole. It allows you to make sure not too many people are in the office at once as well. So as the office manager I do not have to be in 24/7, I can just look at scoop and see who is in or who is going in! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoop?

The only downside that I see with scoop is, when assigning specific desk, you have to do it manually on the employer's side, but this doesn't take too long to do if you only have 50-100 employees! Overall Great experience so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scoop?

Scoop is an extremely helpful app for office management. We are able to get a pulse check on attendees each day, which is also extremely useful for COVID protocols. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoop?

It would be super helpful if you could filter by office location to see who is coming into an office. Right now they are all listed together, so unless you know each employee and their location, it's hard to tell which office they are going into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scoop?

I like that you can see where employees are working, whether it be in the office, WFH, or if they are out office Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoop?

It would be nice to have an office swipe option. For example, it would be easier to check in AND swipe into their office from the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great value, Quick and easy implementation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Scoop?

When our company needed a Hybrid Workforce app on the fly, Scoop was able to set us up in a very short period of time. The subscription provides a lot of value for the cost and the features are intuitive and easy to use for Admins and End Users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoop?

Would like to be able to schedule and deliver reports outside the Admin platform, or extract all data more easily for consumption in other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
