Scoobycares is all-in-one veterinary practice management software built in Karnataka, India, for vet clinics, animal hospitals, grooming salons, pet boarding centres and pet shops. It replaces paper registers and scattered WhatsApp chats with one simple app the whole team can use from a phone or laptop, with nothing to install. Appointments: in-clinic, online video consultation and home-visit bookings, with doctor-wise slots, approvals and automatic reminders. WhatsApp automation: pet parents send "Hi" to the clinic's own WhatsApp number (official WhatsApp Business API) to book a vet visit, grooming or vaccination, order from the clinic shop, or check timings. Bookings go straight into the Scoobycares calendar, and confirmations, reminders and receipts go out automatically. Vaccinations: every dose, batch and due date on record, with WhatsApp reminders sent 10 days before the due date and online booking for the next dose. Clinical records: consultations, prescriptions with reusable templates, lab reports with normal ranges and branded PDFs, surgeries with step checklists, and admissions with a ward board. Billing and inventory: invoices, stock in and out, batches, expiry and low-stock alerts, saved distributors, bulk upload from Excel, and an online pet shop for pick-up or delivery. Clinic website: every clinic gets its own website at yourclinic.scoobycares.com, with real-time online booking using just a mobile number. Grooming and boarding: salon and home-visit grooming with groomer assignment, live tracking and payouts, plus kennel management and daily WhatsApp updates for boarded pets. ScoobyPaw AI: an AI assistant that answers questions from each pet's own records, in 11 languages including Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu. It never diagnoses or prescribes. Plans start at ₹1,399 per month, with a 60-day free trial.
