You can easily add diifrent sections and upload all kinds of format of the data to the section Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?

I wish all the changes can be saved automaticly so I don't have to click save button again and again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Olivia Hulst of SciSure (formerly known as...

Thank you for your positive feedback!

We understand the convenience of automatic saving. There is no autosave function because maintaining traceability and versioning in the audit trail is crucial for compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and FDA regulations. An autosave function would create excessive versions and changes, which could clutter the audit trail and make it more difficult to use effectively.

What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?

I liked how all lab protocols were easily accessible and able to be reviewed inside the lab notebook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?

One thing that was slightly inconvenient is that other group members were not able to view edits in real time, it had to be saved, then completed, and then another member could see the changes. Sometimes group members edited the same document at the same time and things got slightly out of order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Used eLab to help write notes, procedures and overall results of a group project in bio 2 lab"
3.5/5
What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?

I liked how it was easily shared within the group and could be seen at anytime as soon as the updates were published. I also enjoyed that ability to use past published procedures and add them into my personal notebook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?

I didn't like that you can't collaborate on a single note at the same time as another group member. Made it difficult to record findings as a group because only one member had editing access at a time. Additionally the formatting of the notebook was not the most user frieldly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Olivia Hulst of SciSure (formerly known as...

Thank you for sharing your experience with eLabNext. We're happy to hear that it aided in understanding the research topic and accessing data easily. We understand your concerns about collaboration. Working on the same file simultaneously is not possible because we must log every user action to adhere to GLP compliance. Regarding notebook formatting, we are currently working on enhancing the user experience.

"Works well for our needs with outstanding customer service"
5/5
What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?

We use SciShield for our organization's safety data management, and the experience has been positive. The platform is user friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy to organize and access important safety data, enhancing our overall compliance. SciShield enables us to conduct lab inspections, training, and manage chemical inventory all in one place. In particular, the ChemTracker and SDS auto-match functionality has streamlined our processes and significantly cut down the time spent manually searching for and attaching SDSs to chemicals — a game changer for our team.

Furthermore, SciShield's customer service is excellent. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the setup and implementation process and addressing all our questions and requests promptly.

Overall, SciShield has become an integral part of our safety program. It is a reliable tool for anyone looking to modernize their safety data management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?

While our experience with SciShield has been largely positive, there are some limitations to note.

First, SciShield lacks the ability to customize features. Having the option to tailor the platform to our specific workflows would be invaluable. This flexibility could enhance our overall efficiency.

Additionally, the ChemTracker/SDS auto-match feature, while useful, could benefit from a more comprehensive database. Ensuring that every product in our inventory has an assigned SDS readily available is crucial for maintaining compliance and safety standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
