What do you like best about Scilife?

Easy to mark documents as read and understood. Choice of downloading or using a PDF viewer. Reminder emails are helpful, and it's much better than a paper system where people have to update training records manually. Timestamps make it clear when documents were updated. What do you dislike about Scilife?

The wording of the emails to tell you a new training has come out can be confusing i.e., 'the start date has changed' rather than 'you have new training to complete'. The platform contains a lot of sections that don't apply to us; it would be nice to have an option to remove this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Maintenance of QMS"

What do you like best about Scilife?

I appreciate the structure and the workflows. Having so many layers/modules that interconnect is very helpful for QMS Maintenance. Customer Support is always quick to follow up with any inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scilife?

The system is constantly evolving. I don't currently feel like much is missing. Scilife is open to considering feature requests to help manage your system in the most efficient way possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scilife solving and how is that benefiting you?

Document Management, Training Records, Change Management mostly. The document workflows allow for a smooth process through document writing, reviewing, approving and publishing. What do you like best about Scilife?

The best thing that I like is that everything is uploaded online. In the past, all the paperwork could be devastating, and now everything works flawlessly using this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, the things we, as a company, want to do with SciLife are not achievable due to the limitations of the software. To make it work, we have a work-around for a couple of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The speed of the system is great compared to other eQMS solutions. Its easy to use and covers the principle aspects of quality management for companies in pharma and medical device industry. What do you like best about Scilife?

Fast software, great connection between the different modules. Very user-friendly. Pre-validation as per CFR part 11 is an enormous plus in the life sciences industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall software is working as expected, very minor bugs. No specific dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scilife solving and how is that benefiting you?

Digitalization of all QA documentation. Benefits with direct links between different QMS modules (e.g. Change control towards documentation, or Event logging towards CAPA).
