What do you like best about Scilife?

I love how simple the system is to use. The help function is good to help you use the system if you are unsure. It also is brilliant for automating document control with the version control and ensuring everything is in one place. What do you dislike about Scilife?

Have been waiting for the KPI functionality to be fit for purpose for Yusen for over a year. Sometimes changes take a lot longer to implement. and sometimes requires chasers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scilife?

Scilife is easy to use, costumizable, and very complete. It has lots of tools. Their teams are always willing to help on what you need. They hear users to improove the service and deliver the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scilife?

There are a few things to improove yet. You can´t costumize permissions to users like allow a regular user to make "Controlled copies" (to assign to administrative positions) neither alerts for documents (you have but can´t costumize). The workflow to make documents obsolete are difficult to follow up. The good point is they look to improove to make it better for the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scilife?

What I like the most is the orderly way to find the documentation and the organization of the different folders in the system. In addition, you can see all the contents of the individual annexes of a procedure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scilife?

What I don't like is that to filter a document I have to enter a complete word in the search engine, and it doesn't filter automatically as I add letters. It seems to me that if this type of document filtering could be implemented I would have a much faster visualization of what I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scilife?

The features scilife has for documentation, capacitation, equipments and CAPAs, also the security, and the fact that an online signature is valid as a regular one. Finally the fact that complies with GAMP5. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scilife?

The searching in scilife may be difficult sometimes, the filters are not always easy to find when you search for a specific document. Also uploading documents after editing them online fails (a lot) which means lots of time wasted and reprocessing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scilife?

The way they have set up their modules really helps us stay organized, as it's clear where the document, event, etc. is in the workflow.

Scilife helps us maintain organization in our documentation of everything going on on our production floor, from SOPs to Equipment Logs to Deviations. For example, we used to create SOP's on google drive but now are able to ensure they are reviewed by the appropriate party, that all changes are tracked, and that trainees are reading them. "Way easier for training tracking than pen and paper"

What do you like best about Scilife?

I like the fact that I can see what training I need to do and what training I have left to do on a single platform. Email reminders about what trainings I need to complete are really helpful as well as the status bar letting me know what percentage of trainings I've completed. What do you dislike about Scilife?

I wish the interface was a bit more user-friendly. It would be nice to be able to click on a training article, read it easily within the platform, and then have a 'training complete' button at the bottom rather than having to open a separate page to read and then return to the main page to mark the training as read. What do you like best about Scilife?

Scilife works very well, it is actively developed, and its pricing model is scalable and well suited for start-ups. We built our ISO 13485 QMS on Scilife platform from scratch and have been very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think pricing could be further evolved by allowing more flexible allocation of seats (we've had new staff and some earlier members of the team have left the company). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Cloud Base QMS system I've ever used"

What do you like best about Scilife?

I can list more than one feature which makes Scilife best among others such as prevalidated software, smooth integration between modules, functions, tagging, and so on.

1. This cloud-based software is prevalidated and compliant as per regulatory requirements (Scilife is pre-validated according to GAMP5 and supports FDA 21 CFR part 11 compliant electronic signatures), so no need to invest your time for validations since it's a compelling and time-consuming process and to perform compliant CSV (Computerized System Validation). In addition, the software updates itself periodically and when needed, but no need to revalidate it when the new revision is in place.

2. The most important and best feature that Scilife has is smooth integration between modules (Plus other software). Scilife consists of basic modules for QMS activities but also has specific modules that help you manage your activities. You can choose what is best for your organization. The Scilife team also assists you in which modules you need. They don't want you to implement all modules unless they're necessary for your processes. The integration works smoothly when you create proper functions and tags within the software.

3. When you create action within a module that wants to connect with other QMS processes it

What do you dislike about Scilife?

I had used other QMS software for several purposes such as documentation, training, CAPA, and Change control management in the past.

But Scilife as a QMS software is the best among others in terms of providing excellent benefits.

I haven't got any issues using Scilife, for this reason, I couldn't say that I have no dislikes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Scilife:

Do not hesitate to implement SciLife in your processes.

You can start to manage your QMS processes smoothly without wasting time, paper, labor, and so on.

If you're using a paper-based QMS and still can't decide to transfer to a digital system.
