What do you like best about Schoox?

Schoox is a very user-friendly and intuitive system. Many tasks are easy to accomplish. The Schoox Support team have been very helpful and responsive for many of our system issues and questions as they arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Schoox?

There are still many useful system configurations and features that are not available at Schoox. However, the Schoox team has been attentive and receptive to deploying enhancements. The Questions/Pools/Exams feature still needs a revamp to make it more user-friendly with better reporting to understand Exams data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Schoox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Schoox is a very user-friendly and intuitive system. Many tasks like creating courses and curriculums are easy. We like that it is mobile friendly which is very useful for staff training. The reporting has been pretty good and easy to use. The Schoox Support team have been very helpful and responsive for many of our system issues and questions as they arise. What do you like best about Schoox?

Easy to create training lectures, very easy to create exams, you can add any type of materials like Docs, videos, etc..

I like the feature of mark the training as public or private

What do you dislike about Schoox?

I don't like that it has no video editing tools, I hope if they can integrate with Powtoon or any other video editing tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Schoox solving and how is that benefiting you?

We created our training academy, so we solved the problem of no knowledge transfers, and we are able now to assign specific courses to specific roles, so once any new employee is hired, we can assign him/her to the appropriate set of courses within a specific category. What do you like best about Schoox?

The helpfulness of their support team is unmatched. Almost any feature we request, they are able to implement. They are growing and learning with us, which is appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Schoox?

The library of available trainings is cumbersome to use. You always need to contact the 'sales team' when maybe you just would like to purchase a one-off course. This should be more self-service in my opinion, with an option to contact sales if you would like a specific combiation of courses, a multi-course discount, or another special arrangement. What problems is Schoox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Distribution of trainings to over 100 sites across the nation -- each site has its own hierarchy which you are able to set up in Schoox. Local managers have more control in this sutation than with other products I've investigated. The training manager can empower others to do pretty much anything the other person is comfortable doing. What do you like best about Schoox?

Schoox had the ability to add training for multiple disciplines, sent our at various frequencies. Sorting employees by their manager and location help organize and track completion rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When training large groups that are not all under the same manager it is difficult to sign off on the employees training. I tend to search for each employee individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Schoox?

I really like the academy wall, the ability to create a very rich training content with documents, videos and links, also the test creation process is very smart and has all options you may think to use, also the training monitoring for team members is smart and effective. Recommendations to others considering Schoox:

Should definitely use Schoox, it makes getting certifications and training so much easier! I have never been disappointed by Schoox. I have been using Schoox for about 2 years and I have never had any trouble using this. The volume on all the videos is high quality and easy to hear in a very loud restaurant. There is honestly not complaints here I have never had any problems with this application, signing in is easy as well. In my opinion Schoox is a very high quality app and overall is very good to have. You can also access it on your mobile phone and they have an app ! "A training program for everyone"

What do you like best about Schoox?

Schoox allows for step by step training that you might not always receive hands on. It goes every every aspect of the position without missing a step. It gives you all the knowledge you need for your shifts to run successfully and the quizzes at the end double check that you soaked up all knowledge it has offered you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While it is a great training program for new hires it can run slow or seem time consuming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Schoox solving and how is that benefiting you?

While my one issue is it’s slower paced it does help people like myself that prefer hands on, quick training. We move so quick and train so quickly that we miss certain steps or little pieces of knowledge. Schoox prevents that slippage of information. It gives you the baby details you might otherwise forget to teach. What goes on a day dot, how long can butter be left out, etc. It ensures your pupil is well rounded in the knowledge of their area Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
