The software is user friendly. where it makes use of less of the paper works to manage it and reduces the manual workload. and it is cloud software so can be used in any Operating system. There is nothing to be disliked with this software but the graphic user interface needs to be improved as the quality of the software is one of the best for the price. It solves managing the paper files and manual work load and the support team fulfills most of the requirements and the updates make most of the issues covered. I like that it will group and keep up with the university records. What do you dislike about SchoolTonic? Some of the downfalls is that the software is updated immediately after we said that there were problems. It is still growing so that's one downfalls.
