I really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. In terms of adding pictures to your outgoing emails, our software does allow you to add banner images or logos to the email header and footer, but we don't currently support adding images to the body of the email templates. I've passed your suggestion on to the team for consideration though. I'm elated you find our software to be user-friendly and that you had a great experience with our customer service team. What do you like best about SchoolAuction.net?

There seems to be functionality for just about any use case or combination of use cases between live, virtual, and hybrid auction and event-based fundraising initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?

The initial load times in the Chrome browser for some devices are too long, I worry about visitor's attrition before they even land on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use SchoolAuction.net for our gala auction to facilitate an online silent auction and to make out virtual auction easier.

It's auction format is easy to understand.

What do you like best about SchoolAuction.net?

One upside is the customer support - I felt like I could call Roger at any point in our planning process with questions and he'd help me figure things out. It's also very user-friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?

I think that it would be nice if the entire customer support system was available for phone calls, even if they had to be scheduled. Roger was the only person that could call besides the support team on the night of the event Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
