What do you like best about SchoolAuction.net?

Very good customer support. The staff were extremely available and helpful in guiding us every step of the way. The functionality in general was good with the right features, even if they weren't always super intuitive. Was able to have several people trained and capable of running checkout, etc. fairly easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?

The user interface could be easier/more intuitive. Having to use a specific payment system (vs. being able to link to school payment systems) was also a little bit painful. The app could also be prettier/more modern in design. Not sure what's behind the program but feels like moving away from a coded experience to a non-coded/AI driven one could help. What do you like best about SchoolAuction.net?

We're able to use it for our annual auction as well as ongoing donations and smaller sales and its really easy for our event night volunteers use - 15 minutes of training and they're up and running! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?

The setup can feel a little overwhelming at first because there are so many options to customize it so it matches the way we like to run our auction. That was mostly an issue our first event - because now we just copy our settings for new events. The support was exceptional though - we always received an immediate response - even on evenings and weekends - who even does that anymore? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We also now offer 4 free weekly webinars and every Tuesday's is called Getting Started - many people find it helpful. We understand the frustration of not being able to fully access the old site after account expiration, but as an auction chair you should still be able to download and export donor info, user info, sales info, and more. Please email support@schoolauction.net if you're not seeing that option. I hope we get to work with you again in the future!

What do you like best about SchoolAuction.net?

We've loved the way schoolauction.net streamlines our check-in process, allows us to group guests according to table, and works efficiently with both a silent auction and live auction at our annual gala. The support team is incredibly responsive and helpful via email. It also includes excellent templates for guest commmunications pre-event, during the event, and post-event. What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?

The most difficult part for us was that the tool doesn't automatically sync with Kindful, our organization's CRM. We also wished we had more ownership over editing our invoices/receipts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've recently added more ability for your team to edit unpaid invoices. As for integrating with your CRM, there are so many great CRM options out there, we simply don't have the resources to integrate with all of them. But please reach out to our support team before your next event and ask them to explain how you can use supporter tracking numbers to export and import data from your CRM to your event site and back. They'll be happy to help!

I have loved our experience using SchoolAuction.net and would 10/10 recommend to others! The initial training, how to videos and tutorials are spot on and if I'm ever unable to figure something out their customer service is fast and friendly.
