We ran our entire event from procurement to checkout on the system. We were able to have a successful event with the assistance of Roger on support who was a great help many times. **What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?** I can't give a full ten rating due to some check in problems that occurred and also because I feel like there is a lot of redundancy in setting up the event website and the checkout/ ticketing process could be more user friendly/intuitive. Non-profits need to do their best to reconcile down to the penny, thank goodness we have an accountant who's team took that portion over for us. From auction type to bidding style, it's incredibly versatile. Additionally, their support team is one of the best in the biz. Turnaround time is normally within minutes and they are exceedingly knowledgable with best practices. **What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?** This is rare, but sometimes the training/faqs aren't updated alongside the software updates. That's really my only qualm ad again, very rare. When I pointed it out, they were quick to get me the answers I needed through support channels and updated the training/faqs within a day. **Recommendations to others considering SchoolAuction.net:** SchoolAuction made us more money. **What problems is SchoolAuction.net solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mobile bidding and notifications have driven our auction revenue up every year for five years. It's also easy to migrate data from old sites and build off of those. **What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?** It is very expensive given that we are a non-profit. It can also be complicated to use if you haven't used it before. For this reason I would recommend a video tutorial to help orgs start-up their site. In addition to that, there are some limits with usage. i.e. the site runs a little slow, it has some limits with number of emails we send at a time, the auction thermometer only increases upon payment and not upon winning an auction item, etc. **What problems is SchoolAuction.net solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit to us has been the ability to migrate from past projects, it would be difficult to start from scratch as it can be a difficult website to understand. **Official Response from Kathy Doody:** > We pride ourselves on our customer support, so thank you for recognizing our team!
