SchoolAssist™ is an AI chatbot for K-12 schools that delivers instant, 24/7 support for parents, students, and staff across web, SMS, email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and voice. It automates common inquiries, including password resets, device troubleshooting, enrollment deadlines, bus routes, schedule changes, and HR onboarding, helping schools reduce repetitive support requests and administrative workload. Powered by retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), the platform provides answers from approved PDFs, policy documents, webpages, DOCX files, and Confluence content, with source citations for reliable, transparent responses. When an inquiry requires human assistance, it seamlessly transfers the conversation to a staff member with the full transcript available. Designed for K-12 privacy requirements, SchoolAssist™ supports FERPA and COPPA compliance, SAML 2.0 single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, and comprehensive audit logging. Integrations with Zendesk, Jira, and ServiceNow help connect existing support workflows, while a no-code administration dashboard enables schools to deploy dedicated chatbots for individual schools or departments in week's rather than months. Delivered by App Maisters Government, SchoolAssist™ offers customizable, white-label branding so parents can access support through a consistent, school-branded experience.
