Schedulo is an AI-native event relationship intelligence platform for corporate events, conferences and industry forums. It goes beyond scheduling: it works out who should meet whom, briefs each participant before the meeting, and shows organizers and sponsors which commercial opportunities came out of the event. The platform covers the full event lifecycle in a single data layer: public application forms with organizer approval, attendee and company management, agenda and sessions, AI-assisted B2B matchmaking, 1:1 meeting scheduling with networking tables and time slots, messaging, a social feed, sponsor and exhibitor management, and post-event analytics. It ships as three surfaces on one backend: native mobile apps for attendees (iOS and Android), a participant web app, and an admin panel for organizers. Turkish and English are supported throughout, with event-level timezone handling for international forums. Every package includes fully managed setup, data import, branding alignment, a dry run with the organizer team and event-day support. Schedulo is used by insurance and reinsurance industry events including the 18th International Istanbul Insurance Conference (STD), the Azerbaijan International Insurance Forum (IIF) in Baku and FIAR - The International Insurance-Reinsurance Forum in Romania.
