It is easy for me to set up my renter on the platform and makes collecting rent payments easier since I am not in real estate. The only con I can think of is that there is no iPhone app so I must log onto my laptop to use the platform. It is very user-friendly although sometimes tenants get confused on how to sign up. It makes collecting rent payments so much easier and I no longer have to write and keep up receipts. The tenant gets a confirmation for their payment and it cuts down on a lot of time and confusion.
