SceneMixer is an AI short drama generator and AI movie maker that turns a script or a novel into a finished, multi-episode video series. Paste a script, upload a novel as .txt or .docx, or draft one with the built-in AI script writer. SceneMixer breaks the text into characters, locations, props and episodes, creates a reference sheet for every character, writes an editable shot-by-shot storyboard, generates each shot and assembles complete episodes ready to download or share. Every shot is generated against the character's reference sheet, so the same face, outfit and build carry through the whole season. Characters speak on screen in 15 languages, and projects can be 16:9 for YouTube or 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. Built for writers adapting their own books, vertical and micro-drama producers, YouTube story channels and marketing teams making narrative video ads.
