Scello helps short-term rental hosts and property managers protect their properties with documented evidence. Build a room-by-room inventory of every item, with dated photos, invoices, warranties and user manuals. For each stay, the guest receives a welcome hub and signs the check-in inventory report from their phone. If damage occurs, Scello generates a dispute file from the inventory, the photos and the signed report, ready to attach to a claim. Scello also covers turnover checklists, incident tracking, team access for cleaners and co-hosts, and a Smoobu integration. Available on the web, on Android and on iPhone (web app). The app is in French; guest pages are in French and English. Scello is currently in a free, open beta.
