ScanDeck gives regional trade shows, expos and association meetings a badge scanning app for vendor lead capture, plus staff-assisted and kiosk check-in and badge printing, all from one attendee list. Organizers import attendees from Eventbrite, RegFox or a CSV, print badges with private QR codes on Avery sheets or a Brother QL label printer, and give each exhibitor vendor logins. Booth staff scan badges with the iPhones and Android phones they already carry, tag and note each lead, keep scanning when venue Wi-Fi drops, and export a clean CSV for Excel, Google Sheets, HubSpot or Salesforce. Up to 8 people per booth share one lead list. Pricing is per event and published: Starter $299 (25 vendor logins, 150 attendees) up to Pro $2,199 (250 vendor logins, 2,000 attendees), with a free trial and no sales call.
