What do you like best about Scan123?

The upside of using scan 123 is that it helps sort and saves scanned documents efficiently. You can also create folders to access the files when you need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scan123?

I only dislike that you have to select each thumbnail separately when saving as a PDF. There is no select all option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Scan123:

The only advice I have concerning Scan 123, is selecting each document when saving it. If you have a lot of things to scan, it can get annoying to select each of them individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scan123 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using Scan 123 to import documents and letters that are sent to us. I am saving them, so keep track of the mail we receive so that I can shred the paper copies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
