**What do you like best about ScalePad Quoter?**

creating quotes is quick and easy, and its so quick for clients to esign and process new and add on orders.  we like fast and simple, simple and fast, smooth like a babys bottom

**What do you dislike about ScalePad Quoter?**

Little custom formatting to make proposals "Shinier", the imagery and customization is pretty.  other proposal tools are more sophisticated especially how they appear

**What problems is ScalePad Quoter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have a weak quoting system that always had bugs.  Quoter does what it is supposed to do and makes it easy for us to sell our products and services. you know?

**What do you like best about ScalePad Quoter?**

I love that it's flexible and intuitive. Quote templates are easy to set up and their support is friendly and responsive.

**What do you dislike about ScalePad Quoter?**

I wish the body of the template (cover letter) was a bit easier to manipulate and change but it's not a big issue for us.

**What problems is ScalePad Quoter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quoter allows for users to bring in items that are not on the template. This makes it easier for the team to use for a variety of quoting purposes.

cannot change company / name after it has been sent
