BackupRadar has allowed us to move away from our previous time consuming method of manually checking backups and inputting their result into a spreadsheet. Our technicians were spending around 4-5 hours per week doing this and BackupRadar has freed up this time to be utilised more efficiently for our business, they now do a short review of the audit page each day and BackupRadar will automatically log a ticket with our helpdesk ticketing solution (this was very easy to integrate) if there has been no successful back for 2 days or more.

To be honest all is great so far and the only thing we could say is we would like to see a better way of storing the backup restore verification results more clearly. BackupRadar does pick up some of the email results, but would be great if it could display or link to the screenshot/video that our backup storage generates following a successful restore test.
