Tags - Since we activate all jobs using templates, and since we can't use 1 template per customer to activate jobs, we have to have multiple customers activated by single templates, this prevents the ability to apply tags that are customer specific. It helps streamline checking our backups and saves us a few minutes a day, which is hours in the long run. We do not use it much, but it has numerous other features. We use Backup Radar every day, and it is easy to just sign in and check the backups.
