In Scalemate one rule checks several metrics and our own events at once, and pauses an ad the moment it stops working. That cuts how much we burn testing each creative by a lot. We put that saved money straight into testing new hypotheses. Every action lands in Slack with the reason. Our market's the US, team's in Europe, so this is what lets us sleep. Testing moved from our media buyers to the creative team, so I suddenly had to launch all the tests myself on top of doing creative. I just duplicate the campaign in Facebook and push at least 40 new creatives a day into it with scalemate, straight from Drive, across different products and 4 accounts. I used to lose half my week just launching creatives instead of doing creative strategy. Now it's 20 minutes at the end of the day instead of a couple of days. We're a wellness app and we run a lot of web-to-app funnels plus straight app-promotion campaigns, so we're constantly testing tons of ad + funnel combinations. We launch everything ourselves, we don’t have social paid team. Scalemate launches, manages, and scales all of it for us. Honestly one of the best process changes we've made: our performance jumped after switching and we've already grown more than 6x or more since then. And we're still on one of the cheapest plan, since scalemate doesn’t charge for higher spending, their prices are very reasonable, that’s one of the best model for us. Meta burns budget fast and unevenly. I kept waking up to a blown budget and ad sets that died overnight. Every buyer has a rule in their head (pause at ~1.5–2x target CPA, no sales), but you can’t sit in the account every hour to enforce it. Scalemate’s automation rules run that rule for me nonstop across Meta and TikTok, pausing low performing ads before they eat the day’s budget and reverting bad changes on their own. We run a web-to-app funnel, so creative volume is everything, and testing throughput was our bottleneck. The creative pipeline is what sold me: ads go straight from Drive into Meta and TikTok, auto-pause if they don't perform, and the winners scale into our BAU campaigns on their own. When something wins it pings the designers in Slack right away so they start on variations while it's still hot. Way more tests, way faster, and the manual ops basically disappeared. First-time setup takes some thought, get your naming and rules right before it runs clean, so that’s why we asked scalemate team to set everything for us on their end (we only shared in slack what process we wanna have).
