While I was searching for an app for monitoring the company resources android phones, i found this solution. While we were skeptical about using the spying sort of apps as it does put our data on risk which we are eventually trying to monitor, this solution looked good with enterprise level support.

the quick sign up makes it different from other similar enterprise solutions while they ask for request of a contact and no trial.

immediately after the sign up, I was connected with Nayan who is not only a product solution manager with complete knowledge but also helped with demo of the product.

I tried the solution several times as per my need and it almost fitted to my requirements. even when I was in dire need of support in late evening hours, vaidahi on chat helped and Ishaan Rana connected over the google meet to see my screen and we had a great conversation about tech and with an age gap of 18 years, i could see my past in him and I could see my present in his future. but he was exceptional and he waited for me to finish the setup on the call for almost an hour. Keep doing that and I'm sure scalefusion as well as you as a person will grow to unbelievable heights.

I am having to ditch the solution as it does allow the agent to run in stealth mode means it doesn't show the app icon which is controlling but at the same time, it shows the notifications everywhere about what being controlled and what not which is very disturbing and intimidating for user and for this single reason may be we are not going to go ahead with because we want it to run in complete stealth mode.

also there is no feasibility to take frequent screenshots without remote cast which again needs user permission and keep on throwing notifications about having sort of access to the device.

there is possiblity of disabling these notifications but then it disables every notification of any app.
