"Simple, powerful MDM solution for scaling teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Scalefusion?

Scalefusion makes mobile device management incredibly easy to implement and scale. The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and gives us full control over our Android and Windows devices across multiple locations. We especially love the remote cast and control features — it makes supporting field teams much faster. Their customer support is also top-notch: fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scalefusion?

Some advanced settings (like certificate deployment or VPN configurations) could be a bit more user-friendly for non-technical admins. The documentation is good but could use more visual examples for complex workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good solution for managing classroom tablets and keeping students focused"
5/5
What do you like best about Scalefusion?

We manage around 120 Android tablets used by students in multiple classrooms. Scalefusion helped us lock down the devices into multi-app kiosk mode, so students can only access approved learning apps and websites. This stopped them from using games or YouTube during class.

We also like how easy it is to schedule app usage, apply content filtering, and disable device settings like camera and bluetooth from the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scalefusion?

The website blocking works well, but we would love even more granular controls for specific time blocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tight access control, smooth performance and works great for hybrid teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Scalefusion?

The way Veltar handles access control is spot-on. We’ve got hybrid employees using both personal and work devices, and with role-based policies and OneIdP SSO integration, we know exactly who’s accessing what. It’s seamless on the user side and gives IT full oversight without constant micromanagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scalefusion?

Would be nice to have more pre-configured templates for typical use cases like finance or HR teams. But the flexibility is there it just takes some upfront planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Singular visibility really is something."
5/5
What do you like best about Scalefusion?

We run a mix of Android tablets and Windows laptops for both teachers and students. Scalefusion lets us enforce platform-specific policies without jumping between tools. The single-app kiosk mode on Android has made exam seasons frictionless, and BitLocker control on Windows has been a lifesaver. The dashboard’s single-pane view is straightforward, and the report exports offer detailed, actionable insights we never had before. It’s not just visibility, it’s clarity. "Improved Security Policies for Windows Devices"
5/5
What do you like best about Scalefusion?

The Scalefusion deployer is a very helpful. We use it send apps, scripts and files to all devices without doing it manually. The Windows patch management feature keeps everything updated automatically, so we don’t have to chase people to install updates. It saves us time and keeps our systems secure.

The best part is it's really simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scalefusion?

Sometimes the dashboard becomes slow when working with many devices. It would be nice if it was a bit quicker, especially during busy hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helps us keep shared Windows devices locked down and easy to manage"
5/5
What do you like best about Scalefusion?

We have been using Windows Kiosk Mode for around 6 months now, mainly for devices in shared areas. In our case, we needed a way to stop users from going beyond what they are supposed to access and this did the job well. We allow just a few apps or websites, and everything else stays blocked off. Setting things up didn’t take long, and rolling out changes to all our devices is pretty smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scalefusion?

Sometimes, when we update policies for a large number of devices at once, a few of them take a while to catch up. It is not a big problem, but having a clearer idea of which ones are done syncing would make it easier to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good solution to manage Linux laptops without a headache."
5/5
What do you like best about Scalefusion?

We have some Linux laptops which are mostly used by support and backend developers. What we appreciate is being able to send custom scripts and updates without needing to touch each system. Just having a dashboard where we can see what’s going on helps a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scalefusion?

It takes a few seconds longer for some device statuses to refresh. Not a huge issue, but yeah, would be nice if that was quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We finally have full control over the apps that go on our Android devices and what doesn’t."
5/5
What do you like best about Scalefusion?

Before Scalefusion, managing apps on our Android devices was overwhelming. Users would install whatever they wanted, games, browsers, and random tools, causing all kinds of security risks and support issues. Now, we control everything. I can silently install or remove apps, block updates, and make sure only approved apps show up. It’s clean and easy to manage even across hundreds of devices. What do you dislike about Scalefusion?

Not much to complain about Scalefusion, they can work on support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
