Scalebar is practice management software for architecture firms. It tracks projects, fee stages, time on the job, invoices and revisions in one hosted system, and compares cost to fee while a job is still running, so profit leaks show up in time to act. Variations are flagged the moment they happen so they can be billed, invoices are raised against the stage the work has reached, and a single drawing register means everyone works from the current revision. Principals see every project, its stage and whether it is making money, plus unbilled work in progress and who has room for new deadlines. Built on standard settings with no custom code, hosted for you, and built by people who have worked in architecture. Live in as little as one week, with flexible payment plans.
