For example, I can't install antivirus software myself to scan files , every time I need a scan done, I have to open a support ticket and wait for the team to handle it on their end. As someone managing multiple client accounts, I'd much rather have direct access to run security scans myself on my own schedule than route every check through a support queue. I used to use Hostinger and one of my biggest frustrations was that much of the support was managed by artificial intelligence, making it difficult to speak with a person when a problem affecting the website arose. With my current provider, it has been the complete opposite: every time I have needed help, the team has responded quickly and I have always been able to contact an agent who understood the problem and worked until it was resolved. Everything just works, and the performance of their unmanaged servers is really fast. I’ve been with Scalahosting for over a year now hosting 5 large websites, and I haven’t experienced any downtime or outages. The is pricing is affordable. SPanel is usable and have all the features you need without being bloated. Only downside is that support is very average but that is because we only use unmanaged server which doesn't come with support. However, they do answer any questions if you experience some server issues so that was very useful. Over the past years, i have used many hosting provider and nothing comes close to ScalaHosting. Scala Hosting is simply the best hosting service I’ve found so far. Their VPS is really solid and has met all my needs. All of my company’s clients’ websites are hosted at Scala, and that decision has worked out well for us. They offer good infrastructure, interesting hardware, and a strong set of features. Their dashboard (SPanel) is quite complete and intuitive. It’s easy to manage the server and each individual website account, and to jump from one account to another when you’re setting up the same feature across multiple sites. User management is strong as well, making it easy to give clients access to their own website and define which features they’re allowed to manage. I also like that they have WordPress integration, which enables auto-updates, and makes staging and cloning straightforward. Their support is awesome, too. Most of the time they answer chat in under a minute, and whenever there’s something I can’t do, they help me find a solution—and often implement it as well when I ask. I have been using ScalaHosting for well over 10 years and I have a reseller account with them. I host multiple websites and customer accounts, and they make it simple to manage everything without making it overly complicated or expensive. For the price, the value has been outstanding. Sometimes when you find a less expensive hosting option, you end up paying for it with poor service or downtime. That has not been my experience with ScalaHosting at all. My uptime has been outstanding and the system has been extremely stable. The other thing that keeps me with them is the tech support. When I have a question or problem, I normally get a response within minutes. I have been in business a long time and deal with a lot of technology companies, and that kind of service is getting harder to find. My last hosting company simply shut down and left me scrambling to move everything. Experiences like that make you appreciate having a hosting company you can depend on. ScalaHosting has become my go-to. I trust them with my own business and with my customers' websites. ScalaHosting impressed me from the very start of the sales process by just answering my questions and not pressuring me into anything. Then they migrated all of my website absolutely seamlessly! I'm a one-person (for now) Digital Marketing agency that doesn't have the time or skills to manage hosting, and limited funds to do it with. The only minor thing I found is that setting external email clients has been slightly challenging as the configuration is listed differently depending on where you are getting it from. The SPanel is super easy to use, I love it. And the support is incredibly fast. I used to work with other hosting providers, but ScalaHosting's support is way faster and they actually fix things quickly. Yes, it is worth the price. Even though I am based in Brazil and the currency conversion makes it about three times more expensive than a local hosting provider, it is absolutely worth every single penny. What problems is ScalaHosting solving and how is that benefiting you? ScalaHosting solved my email issues. I used to have a lot of problems with sending and receiving failures when using hosting providers in Brazil and shared IPs. I also had constant issues with SPAM, and they fixed all of that immediately right after the migration. Their anti-spam system works incredibly well, and the email delivery rate is excellent. Customer support is extremely efficient, and they excel with this, every time I have had an issue with my site or even with my Managed Cloud VPS plan, they have solved it over the chat in minutes, even helping me identifying issues caused by myself! management of my plan is very easy, not need to be super expert, sPanel is very intuitive. I have my site at the Dallas data center, and performance of my site is great, all site on my VPS perform at top peak. price is good if you can afford to pay the whole year in advance so you can take advantage of the great discounts they offer.
