Two scaffold registers Admins and Managers can filter the account-wide Scaffold Register and export it to Excel. It brings together scaffold locations, erection and dismantling dates, on-hire durations, duty categories, status and last/next inspection dates. Each project also has a printable Site Scaffold Register QR code. Anyone can scan it to view that project’s live register, inspection dates and handover certificates without an app or login. Handovers and project documents Generate handover PDFs with your company logo, header text and acceptance conditions, and email them to project recipients. Store SWMS, engineering drawings, site procedures and client files within projects for access across logged-in devices. Inspection history and photo evidence stay connected to the scaffold. Visibility across sites Dashboards and mobile reporting show overdue and upcoming inspections, recent results and inspector activity. Explore projects on an interactive map or use global search to find projects, scaffolds, inspections and users. Configure inspection intervals, app/email reminders and amber warning periods. Overdue scaffolds automatically display an unsafe status, distinguished from an unsafe inspection outcome. Teams and industrial scaffolds Organise projects by branch, assign inspectors and control access through Admin, Manager and Inspector roles. Additional access tags all open the same scaffold record and inspection history. Optional 100% tie-off status communicates conditional use requirements, while supported regional standards provide load classes and duty ratings. Replace damaged tags without losing history, and retain records when projects are archived. Builders and site visitors can scan scaffold tags to view public status, inspection information and special conditions, or report issues with photos. Scafflinq includes unlimited users, projects and inspections. The first five active tags are free on an ongoing basis; a credit card is required. Standard pricing is A$1 per active primary tag per week beyond the free allowance, with additional access tags at A$0.25 per active tag per week. Billing stops when scaffolds are marked dismantled in Scafflinq or additional access tags are deactivated. Custom Enterprise plans include rollout and priority support.
